The property is extremely outdated. The rooms look like out of the 1970s. The pool and hot tub were dirty and unusable. The shower was so low you have to bend over to get your head under the water. Another guests car alarm was going off constantly for about an hour in the middle of the night. Internet cuts out intermittently. The room had a strange smell likely from the old carpet, although they did seem to be clean. Pillows were hard flat and uncomfortable

We checked in the middle of the night with two babies and there was no parking available! When i asked front desk where to park , they said they dont know because its full! Rooms are old , smelly ! Would not come back

Two reasons I chose this hotel were the hot tub and breakfast. Pool/hot tub were shutdown by health department and breakfast was 5 muffins in the lobby. Beds were like plywood. My car had better sound proofing than the room.

The two main things that were the deciding factor for me choosing Vantage Point were the hot tub and free breakfast, yet both were huge let downs. Misled: When I checked in, I asked about their free breakfast and was told that it was continental style (info not clarified in the ad) consisting of coffee, juice and assorted pastries, but the next morning there was one choice of large muffins and coffee, but nothing else. Fraud: The hot tub that I was so looking forward to was another huge disappointment. When I noticed the water level was low and very cold, I expected bad news, and sure enough, I was told it was broken. When you're using your pool and a hot tub as a selling point, don't you think they should be in working order? It would have been more forgivable if I had at least been offered a discount for the room, considering the amount of deception involved. The photos and amenities in the ad did not line up with what I saw or received.

It is a great property. Some rooms haven't yet been renovated, I do wish there was a bathroom fan, but felt really safe as a woman traveling alone and their security ensured my car was safe too! So clean!

the absolute worst place to stay. There were bed bugs, spiders in the shower. Once you turn on the water it doesn’t turn off. Not to mention how rude the stuff was, specially the manager. When I complained to him he threatened to cancel my reservation, make me leave and not give me any compensation. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The property was clean and quiet both in the room and on the exterior and ran me about $200 less for the weekend than other hotels nearby. Room came with a television, dorm size fridge and microwave. Granted, you can stay at a little nicer place, such as the nearby Hilton, but I don't think it's $200 worth of nicer.

Both rooms were roach infested. I brought it to the attention and They were willing to Move Me to another room however the other room had an infestation problem too. Definitely health concern for me.

This is an older Inn, with a dated motif, but it had almost everything a weary traveler could need. The bed was clean, bedbug free and comfortable. The climate control system was older, but completely functional. Run was clean. Amenities were on point. Microwave and mini fridge in unit. It was a little pricey, but overall a solid stay.

The staff was so very nice and helpful! I’m not sure about the reviews mentioning safety, it’s located in a very safe area, close to a Whole Foods. This is probably one of the cleanest most well maintained places I have ever stayed. Sure it’s older but who cares- it’s clean, quiet and you sleep there. Totally will stay there again!

I liked the price because most hotels in this area are twice as much. It was a no frills hotel with good staff. Any issues they are on top of it. Breakfast was sweet breads or croissants with pretty good coffee. Like I said no frills just good old fashion hard working staff and clean facilities. Thank you!

It was a lovely motel. The room was clean, there was a small but nice looking pool and pool area (didn’t use). Nice area. Very clean surroundings. I’d definitely stay stay. Breakfast was coffee and a muffin (a good muffin), which isn’t what I prefer, but sometimes it happens.
