Booked a handicapped room and when we got there it was no available. That is why we booked this hotel. No pool says there is one. All being remodeled

Staff was friendly, Bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet,had a problem with the stool in the morning but I believe the plumbing is old and they are renovating. however I had requested a handicap room (roll in shower) upon arrival I was told none were available due to construction wish they had told me this when I made the reservation

Tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t help with it. Seems like I get the worst rooms when I use the app vs calling a hotel direct for a room at the same pricing.

First of all, they charged 1st night at 3pm before I even arrived. Then, they charged the entire stay upon arrival causing me extra pending charges for several days. The pool is not open, down for maintenance. Then, my room had dead ants all over the bathroom. We would occasionally see ants crawling around thru out 2 night stay. The carpet and walls in room had stains all over and just looked dirty. None of the tv channels worked. We dealt with kids slamming doors and running up and down the hallway at all hours. The outside and lobby of hotel looked clean and well kept. The breakfast was good.
