We have stayed here before and the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a nice little breakfast provided in the morning with pancakes, bagels, English muffins, toast, fruit cups, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal and more. There’s also a nice pool. It’s not fancy but for the price, you can’t beat it. It’s our go to in Port Charlotte!

The hotel was nice as well as the staff… however we did not have a good stay.. we checked in late at 8PM went to dinner came back at 10PM then went to bed.. lost power at 2AM with no lights, TV, AC etc. It was horrible for our one night stay and we were very uncomfortable…. In addition, we were on the third floor and had to take the stairs up and down since the elevator didn’t work! Unfortunately our one night stay didn’t turn out good. We checked out around 8AM and there was still no power restored… it was extremely difficult for us. It was a bit of a nightmare… We would like to be refunded for our night stay and get a future night free for the inconvenience. Thanks, Anisa Rivera

The pool wasn’t open and we weren’t informed of that. The ice machine was broken on the first floor. Had to use the third floor ice machine. Breakfast is weak. They have an automatic pancake maker but no hot food otherwise. The lobby was clean and presentable. The pull out bed is very uncomfortable with an old spring mattress.

Air conditioner runs constantly - was told all are like that. Site advertises gym facility - it is closed/not available. Was told due to hurricane - ONE YEAR AGO!! Check In is a kiosk. Technology sketchy at best, hard to hear. No one at front desk most times I try to get help. Will NEVER stay hear again!

Would not return. Check-in and check-out were completed at a kiosk with a webcam (even though there was a staff at the front desk). It was difficult to hear the person on the other end and very impersonal. Our first room had an overpowering smell of mold. We asked for a new room and it smelled a bit better, but was still off and was very small. The pool had not been cleaned and was green and gross. There were no lounge chairs to lay on, so we laid on the hard concrete. We didn't dare go in the pool. Overall the experience was disappointing and I couldn't wait to leave. Wish I hadn't wasted my money

Poop in my rooms toilet when i checked in. Looked like it was just used and nobody flushed so i was questioning how well the room was really cleaned. I was given a nother room that seemed okay but by then i was wondering how good they clean any room. Have stayed in other microtels that were much nicer.

The room I had was very damp and smelled of mildew. They had a dehumidifier in the room when I arrived but it couldn’t keep up. Staff were kind and the area is located right between Punta gorda and port Charlotte. The room itself seemed older with stains on the carpet and the microwave and mini fridge in poor shape. This property just seems a little older or in need of some repair on the inside and specifically the rooms.

Our room on the first floor was so musty and stinky. We felt like we just rolled out of a wet tent every day. Even with trying to fix the problem by adjusting the temperature you couldn’t fix it. We took febreeze and some carpet fresh to it to no avail. Definitely DO NOT stay here if you have respiratory problems. We would never stay again.

The hotel had s very nice appearance and the staff was friendly. The pricing was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The roaches running around the bathroom sink and the main area refrigerator is something that needs to be addressed. We stayed on the second floor and the ceiling above the shower looks like there a plumbing leak from the third floor. It was stained black.

Had to change rooms 2 times. First time air conditioner so loud could not sleep. Second room TV did not work and WiFi was miserable on that end wing. Third room WiFi was intermittent. Not good place to stay if you are trying to conduct business.

The air conditioner sounded like a washer machine..Kept us up all night. Wouldn't give us another room saying they didn't have any, even though 6 cars in the parking lot. When maintenance came to look at the AC, he said, it's a lot colder then most of them, mid 90's everyday...Also the hotel said it's non smoking, but you could smell marijuana through the whole floor and elevator...Rank this hotel about a 2.2/10

Check-in was a nightmare. Should’ve taken 5 min. Took 20+ After talking to front desk, talking to computer, supplying ID multiple times, supply confirmation number multiple times, finally I asked for a key because it wasn’t my fault they were running into problems and I’m not sure if that did it but I got a key within five minutes.

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and unfortunately, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. The hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital, which was essential for our visit. However, that proximity did not make up for the unwelcoming and downright rude behavior of the evening front desk staff. Checking in should be a smooth and courteous process, especially after a long day. Instead, we were met with the most unpleasant interaction I’ve ever had with hotel personnel. Front desk staff training should be reevaluated.

Kiosk check in. Horrible!! Unable to understand. I told the staff and she just smirked. Other people in the lobby were arguing with the person on the kiosk as no recept etc. she just stood there. No customer service. The tv eas difficult to programs so my husband went down to ask. She just told him she didn’t know.

I would never stay here again. First, the halls smelled like weed. Second, the shower head was unable to stop leaking, so I constantly heard dripping all night long. Third, everything was paper thin! You heard EVERYTHING! Fourth, it was in a really weird area and I truly did not feel comfortable. Fifth, it says there’s onsite parking — and I technically did park onsite — but it was against a curb in the parking lot because there are barely ANY spaces. Thank God I was just using it as a place to put my head for the night. I will NEVER stay there again.

The stay was nice and the room was clean, the only thing that I would recommend is the staff is not friendly and the shower head in the bathroom is not good at all. need to upgrade their shower heads. The air condition does not stay on at all it on automatic, but it stays on less than 60 minutes. The complimentary food was good except I think you should add meat or eggs. I really like the pancake machine that was awesome. I will stay here again, I would like to have a microwave in the room.
