Excellent staff . The cleaning staff worked hard but I had to ask everyday for clean towels and garbage changed s. The place had a smell like a wet dog to it and several dogs were seen in the hotel . I also observed a run down van permanently parked in the parking lot . Some seedy people were also seen here man and woman you get my drift . I’d give it a 6/10. Breakfast was a granola bar ? No carpet on floors and were dirty to walk around in bare feet . Staff was super nice and the price was good . Prob won’t stay here again unless absolutely necessary. Suspected bed bugs also .

Alexandra was very helpful. The place was very clean…only down side is no pool and the traffic noise outside. I will definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in town. ☺️

Second night i came here, should have learned from the first. Ground floor, right in front of the smoke pit with loud rude people right oitside my window.....spent the very last of my.money thinking the last time was just a bad day, yeah, nothin against the staff, but i woulda been better off putting my 87 dollars into a donkys butt and letting it kick me in the nuts repeatedly then lay under it while it defacates on my stomach. I would haave gotten probably a little more sleep. 2nd day of work ill miss now.

The guest upstairs was so loud kept me and my Husband up loud music and jumping. When we first walked in a strong smell of raid. Garbage was Left out in the front door of the room in front of us In walkway and was still there when we got up the next day Was there upon arrival and there when we left in the hallway which made sense why the smell of raid was was so obvious.

The staff at the front desk was very nice. The room we stayed in was very dirty. The ground was so dirty our feet were black on the bottoms, as well as things we sat on the ground. The room smelled of cat urine pretty strongly. The blankets and pillow cases don’t seem like they were changed in awhile. They also had an odd smell and some pet hairs. The desk also had dirt marks on it, which was easily cleaned off. Unfortunately, these rooms are not being cleaned properly between uses. The room was a good size though. It provided a full fridge, stove top and microwave. Good for longer stays.

The room was nice and clean. The service is good too. I really liked that I could make my own food in the room on a electric stove top. Two things that I didn't like that could have made it a 5 star experience was that the free breakfast was cheap with just boiled eggs, yogurt, and bars. And the shower had very little pressure, so it took me longer to shower to make sure the shampoo and soap was all rinsed off. Also, 2am the room above me was noisy with foot steps.

We drove 12 hrs got to our hotel that we had reserved for no one to answer thetefore we slept in the truck. What kind of place right of 75 don't answer after 11 it wasnt listed we couldn't check in after hrs. Couldn't get them to answer in the lobby. Locked doors phone on wall said after 11 pm press 0 for service no answer at 12 then sat in the truck and tried calling until 3am phone rang for over 6 mins still no answer. Then they had the audacity to try and charge my card that I used to reserve the room.

Staff couldn’t use computer to check us in, they had us go up and down elevator multiple time to return to the front desk, staff asked to keep my drivers license overnight until 3pm the next day to be able to check in after we leave. We paid full price for only 8 hours, room smelled like smoke so badly we had to sleep with face covered . Rooms had no hair dryer. Items in vending machine were stuck and or empty, I would not recommend to stay here unless they are smokers

I made the reservation through expedia. I was traveling there when I recieved a voicemail they had no WIFI and needed me to cancel the reservation and remake it. I called them back immediately and reached what I believed to be a call center for them and they said my reservation was still good. I explained the message and she placed me on hold and came back to say the reservation was indeed cancelled because of their issues. I said can you please book me as I'm enroute. She said they had no bookings available. I went to the Hampton Inn and it was awesome, cleanest hotel ever, best breakfast ever and I'll go there from now on.
