We have a very pleasant stay at Anook. The hotel exceeds my expectation and the staff are kind and helpful. Location is also convenient and it is just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anook. The hotel has a very modern, stylish design, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful details, the drinking-water fountains, pleasant scents in the hallways and in the rooms, complimentary ice cream after the spa, and the beautiful bathtub & shower in our room. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for us that was absolutely fine. What really made this a five-star experience was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind and helpful. In particular, both the shift manager (I did not get his name) on August 18 and Jason (operations specialist) went far beyond what we expected. We were trying to find KTX tickets to Seoul, and everything appeared to be sold out. The front desk manager took the time to look into it and help us find a solution. The other helpful person was Jason who helped us find a swimming pool for my husband who is a competitive swimmer and wanted to get in a practice swim before our train later that day. Jason actually searched for swimming pools in the area and called around to help us find a pool with a proper lap lane and public access. That level of personal attention was extraordinary and made a huge difference to our stay. The location of Anook is also very convenient, close to Haeundae Beach, restaurants and shopping, and within easy reach of the major subway station. Overall, Anook is stylish, modern and well located, but the genuinely exceptional hospitality is what we will remember.

Very good location. Great Onsen. Lots of nice little free stuff like water, candy for kids and ice cream outside the Onsen. Staff limited English, but really tried to help. Would stay again.
