I booked one room online but the app crashed before I could confirm it so I booked it again. I was told I booked two rooms ??????? I told the receptionist to cancel it ! He told me to go online to cancel it then I went online to do so but it was directed me back to the hotel ?????? What is going on ????????

Staff, amenities and general cleanliness were amazing. Only thing stopping 5 star reviews were some maintenance issues that could be easily sorted, new silicone, loose door hinges etc. Overall a great stay, my partner noticed no issues and was very happy, I would say that I noticed them being in a building trade and that the average customer would not.

the staff where nothing but rude. we made a complaint at 3 am because the room above us woke us up with all the banging . i went down the stairs to report it but nothing got done about it . went back to my to my room and was on the phone we asked to add on a extra night but because i was a little bit to loud but when the manager asked me to "stop being loud" so i did . even tho i was just on the phone to my mum . do not suggest
