Easy check in. Foam in the hot tub, so much foam ît went over the edge of the hot tub. The chlorine levels were so high that I began to choke and had to leave the pool room.

The stay is one of the best stays I’ve had honestly! Rooms were cleaned. Dove products a plus! Only complaint no ventilation in the bathroom (leaking ceiling from steam) Breakfast was great (pancakes and Cinnabons a plus) Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I love that check out was at 12pm and I was giving a comp hr till 1pm. The gym was nice also! Although treadmill didn’t work. The staff were kind and friendly! I appreciate the free water giving at front desk. Also plenty of free parking. Places beside hotel KFC, Arby’s, Popeyes, and Sheetz gas station.

Fantastic check in, lady at front desk was very fast and kind to my two daughters. She gave each give piece of fruit at check in and daughters got chocolate chip cookies a little bit later. Nice clean room! In a good location , lots of quick foods within two minutes. Indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the girls. A small workout room also. Only two downfalls -fire alarms went off at 4am had to evacuate, it was in sprinkle system was told, and the breakfast was a little cool. All in all would always stay at holiday inn express places

I picked the place because it had an indoor pool and spa. Even had a picture of it on the add (see above). When we got there it was closed for repairs. The desk staff said it was on their website, but I booked it through Expedia. Expedia gave me a $25 credit for future reservations. My other complaint was, believe it or not, no electrical plug on the desk, only USB ports. Nevertheless, overall it was a nice place. Nice room. Decent breakfast. Worth the price except for the pool.

The location was great and convenient. We were surprised by the dirty room conditions. The pull out sofa bed was covered in washed blood stains and other dirty stains, so it was unusable. There was a pile of hair on the bathroom floor, the tissue box was empty but left on the counter, there were used bandaids laying around the pool area, etc. I witnessed two front desk employees swearing back and forth at each other (at first I thought they were joking, but when one looked at me and said "I\'m not helping you then" (the vending machine ate $ and one employee was helping me with it) after her confrontation with the other employee, I realized they were serious. The breakfast was good. Overall, the experience was not one I expect from a hotel chain I stay at frequently. I would have tried a different hotel in the area if I knew what I was going to get.

We Lovett the breakfast, the jet tub and the pool, the room size was good, the staff at the hotel was amazing, but they need to clean underneath the furniture, vacuuming corners, was a lot of food on the room carpet when we came in, the pool floor was dirty, it is most of a better cleaning, more details cleaning. The overview was really good hotel. We enjoy our time there.

AC was set not to go below a certain temp (68) when it was hot and humid. Only the manager could change it, and they were not onsite. Other guests complained at the same time as us. The person at desk did her best and gave us a fan which helped.

The hotel is finishing up some renovations, and the fresh room I was able to get was fantastic. Very clean and being an early sleeper/early riser, I really appreciate the blackout setup on the windows! Excellent breakfast setup for health-nuts and splurgers alike!

We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the staff kindly let us check in around 1:30 PM which was very helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus and since not many people were using them, it felt like a private facility just for us. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality!

We we’re out on the side where the off ramp is. Probably 40 yards from the hotel. Very noisy. This is one of those HIE that is showing it’s wear. Breakfast was good back on the road.

We waited 10 minutes at checkin because no one was there. No sign stating that the person was on break. We could hear people talking and some coughing and we called out hello then eventually someone came out from behind the wall and said she’ll get someone. Took a few more minutes then the receptionist came out. No extra bedding for the pull-out couch was offered.

From checking in late from a long day of driving all the way to the next morning when we had to continue on our journey with our four children was exceptionally wonderful service. The lady at the front desk was sweet and kind very helpful. Went above and beyond. Just very impressed with this place. Clean, even though going through renovations. Would stay here again.

Was easy to find and close to a lot of things. Issues: half the tv channels did not work, staff seemed bothered having to do anything above check me in. The phone in the room didn’t have any sort of cord- for power or a telephone line. Staff just shrugged it off and offered no solutions

So we didn’t know we would be arriving while they were renovating, which I know is unavoidable sometimes, but that said, check-in was at 3, so when we arrived at 6, our room should have been ready. It was not and the person who checked us in didn’t even seem to realize how late it was! Then when we finally got our new room, the pullout sofa bed we requested wasn’t made, and instead of sending someone up to deliver bedding or come up and make the bed, they made us come down and get a weird duffel bag full of bedding and make the bed ourselves. Seems like for what we paid for a suite (which was barely bigger than a normal room) we should’ve gotten better service. Also the hot tub was full of little kids so we couldn’t enjoy it. Plus the brand-new breakfast kitchen had a pancake machine that didn’t work, and a brand new table being stabilized with a styrofoam cup? Hopefully they’ll finish improving things soon—beds were comfortable, sound-proofing was good, and there’s a very cute little town nearby.

The person working at check in had to be on drugs. Eyes half shut, couldn't keep things straight and didn't activate our room keys. She looked pretty bad. The rest of staff that we saw looked pretty ruff too. I don't recommend this hotel unless they improve their staff. We really didn't feel that safe or comfortable in there.

The room was plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was amazing for hotel breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub were a nice end to the day of travel and hiking.

We chose this hotel specifically because it was not pet friendly. I am allergic to pets and some of the cleaners they use afterwards. In the past when we have stayed at hotels with pets, my husband always winds up with flea bites. This time we had a clean room, quiet, and no problems associated with pets. The breakfast was also excellent.
