Pet friendly overall clean hotel in good location. The breakfast area was very clean and had a sufficient breakfast options. The room was clean, bedding was clean and comfortable, AC worked good, TV had plenty of channels. The bathroom on the other hand, was ROUGH to say the least! The bathroom had mildew on the grout, the shower curtain also had mildew, the tub had stains and felt gritty, the exhaust grill was hanging and did not appear to be properly functioning and the floor did not look mopped and the towels did not smell fresh. It was okay for our one night stay but would not stay long term. We did not use the pool either because it did not appear to be clean.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast included sausage eggs biscuits and gravy and waffles. Staff was great and pool was clean, as well as all the other parts the facility. Definitely will stay there again the next time I’m in Columbus.

A very pleasant stay for a girlfriends weekend getaway, the staff was so nice and friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommend staying, it’s around a lot of food, grocery stores just about anything you need. Spent one day for the pool and very peaceful and clean,

Our room was fine, but the hotel is being renovated. The noise in the lobby and breakfast area was awful, at times, from seemingly endless backup alarms on equipment. Dining area and pool were closed. Very mediocre breakfast.

The staff is really nice. The property is dirty. Our sheets had hair all in them and candy wrappers so I’m assuming the sheets weren’t washed. Comforter had pink stain. Pillows were flat. Bathroom was nasty. Ceilings were moldy, tub was dirty and floor had hair and dirt. I felt very dirty staying there.

The first room we were assigned to had water all over the floor from a leaking refrigerator. The second room had dirty sheets (what seemed to be sauce), a dirty mattress with pee stains, black mold growing in the refrigeator, and no working fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

I don't recommend this property, the bathroom was soo dirty and the rooms have a lots of trash behind the furniture plus they never clean the rooms on the day's we expended I we have to take the trash out we have to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels was the worst hotels we had been. We had several issues with the cleanliness of our room. First issue was that we had a cockroach in our bathroom which we took care of. The second big issue was that our sheets had a blood stain on them. Third issue was that the TVs are old and the remote volume did not work so we had to adjust it manually. The place was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the walls and in the vents above you in the shower. They need a thorough cleaning of the rooms. We will definitely not stay again.

Me and my family arrived around 11:30 Friday night. I checked in and we went to the room. As soon as we walked a DEAD ROACH was on the sheets near the pillows. We immediately asked for another room. Went to that room the sheets was too big for the bed whoever made the bed they just put the sheets on the bed didn't bother to try to make the sheets look flat. I went and spoke with the attendant and told him i was leaving asked for my refund he stated he couldn't gove me a refund the GM Myra would be in at 7am. So i called around 7:30 Saturday morning she told me she would refund me my money. I asked for a receipt to send to my email. Never got it. I had to go back to get a printed receipt. I have stayed at a lot of LaQuinta hotels NEVER nothing like this. I was very disappointed

This is a really nice hotel. The modern decor really makes the hotel. We went to Columbus for our 1 year anniversary. We arrived to check in and the guy at the front desk didn’t look too enthusiastic to be there, he barely greeted us. We took our things to the room, went to check out the area, and went to pick up some things. Upon returning back to the room to wind down, the tv wasn’t working. We called the front desk to ask how to fix it and the guy on duty didn’t know so he offered to put us into another room so we got our things together and went to the new room. The room was just as nice as the first, the tv worked as well, but the door didn’t close correctly. In order to get the door to latch it had to be slammed shut really hard for it to latch correctly. If you didn’t close it that way you could open the door without the room key. We decided not to call the desk, we just kept that room, and made sure that we locked the door with the swing lock as well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was basic, water temperature stayed hot, and the water pressure was great. All in all it was a really nice hotel, it just needs some minor touch ups.

The front staff wasn’t friendly AT ALL. The lady tried telling me I had already received a discount (I had not, I paid full price) when I asked if they did a military discount.

We booked a King room but we’re told we could only have a double queen. Not a huge deal. Very strong mildew/ mold smell. Were given a room on the pet friendly floor but were not traveling with a pet. Had dogs barking on and off all day and night. The room was cleaned well and the day staff was lovely. Great area of town to stay. A lot of dining and some shopping options very close by.

STAY HERE! PET FRIENDLY! Myra and Charlie at yhe front desk, WONDERFUL! Kim, the breakfast lady, WONDERFUL! COFFEE 24 HOURS! Room was very clean and an "at home" feel. Breakfast was great. A lot of selections. The hotel and the grounds were VERY well clean and kept. A nice sitting area out front to visit and smoke. I have trip to Ft Benning in December and March and I'm about to book my stay!!

Hotel is looking older than I previously experienced. I was also charged an additional room tax besides what was charged by HOTELS.COM. Room service was poor. My bathroom towels were the only amenities that was changed by the room service. Female staff was impolite during check-in. Breakfast was fair.

Overall the staff was friendly. However friendly did not equate to helpful for the following reasons: dirty/used washcloth in my shower on the curtain rail- oh we are sorry. Another of our rooms did not have a working tv for the entire 3 night / 4 day stay- oh we are booked up and then the last night…oh do you want change rooms. We couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone did not have a cord so EVERYDAY we checked with front desk to let her know the problems weren’t resolved, and it never was. That’s pretty bad but also water was leaking on one of the beds. Lastly when we spoke with the manager about the worst room the response was “she doesn’t see any incident reports”. Now whose fault is that?!!! And is requiring more work to follow up with the GM. This is bad customer service at the highest level and I am sorely disappointed. (Party of 11, 6 rooms).

I checked in on the 19th of July 2024 and checked out Sunday morning the whole time I have been asking someone to come fix my refrigerator they never did and when I went downstairs to tell them about it she told me it was really nothing she could do without it because they were privately owned I feel like someone owes me and apology and some type of discount next time

Started out bad with check in. Arrived about an hour before check in and was given a room that was not cleaned. Went back down to discuss it and learned that that room should have never been given to us due to it already being someone else's room. Was then just told will get you a room when we can cause none was cleaned yet. Asked how long as my family was ready to be in a room after a long drive. Was told they didnt have an exact time but it would at least be at the exact check in time of 3pm. Finally got a room at about 315. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Nice room overall. However, that night the hallway smelled of Marijuana to the point that it was seepiing into our room. Horrible smell!!! At approximately 12am, fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated. Never seen anyone of hotel staff checking rooms to see if everyone was evacuated or clearing rooms or floors. Alarm was shut off and people started going back in before fire truck arrived and cleared the building. Did not feel safe. Got no compensation of any kind and no apologies from the get go thru the next morning. Would not recommend and will not be staying there again.

This hotel is in a great location.. lots of shopping, restaurants, just off the highway. The beds are amazingly comfortable, plenty of space in the room with a couch, work desk, microwave, and mini fridge. water pressure was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

We booked a King room but we’re told we could only have a double queen. Not a huge deal. Very strong mildew/ mold smell. Were given a room on the pet friendly floor but were not traveling with a pet. Had dogs barking on and off all day and night. The room was cleaned well and the day staff was lovely. Great area of town to stay. A lot of dining and some shopping options very close by.

This COULD be a great place…has potential. The breakfast was good, although yogurts were expired and foul. Beds are ok but sagging, need to be flipped. I slipped and fell on ice coming out of the lobby the first morning on my way to my son’s Boot Camp graduation and severely hurt myself. I went back in to tell the staff what happened and that they should have warning signs out and need to salt the path and the manager just looked at me like I was crazy…and did nothing. Didn’t even take an incident report although I reported it to two different managers. Then two staff came twice to my room completely inappropriately and up to no good schemes. They did take action and fired one immediately and said the other would not be around while I was there, however the next day, there she was. There was a giant cockroach in the room and silverfish…they also didn’t care when told. The management is an absolute joke and do NOT know customer service or how to manage. The room overall was ok with fridge and microwave but was overpriced for what I dealt with.

Check in was easy, rooms were nice. The bed was super comfortable. Showers was lacking in a sense that the shower head didn't work and they give you a super small amount of shampoo and conditioner to use. It was just me and my two boys and it wasn't enough for all of us to use. Then at 12am while we were sound asleep the fire alarm was set off. As soon as you open the door you can smell weed. Somebody was definitely smoking in the building when it's supposed to be 100% no smoking. There wasn't even a staff on site. Nothing. Nobody to even tell you when it was okay to go back inside. Breakfast was terrible! Sausage was super dry. Eggs were soggy. But at least the biscuits were good. And there was no waffle mix. Milk tasted funny, and the cereal tasted stale. I would definitely stay away from this place. We even came back and I gave it another shot on another day. Breakfast was still terrible. They were only bringing out like 10 sausage at a time, and a plate of eggs. Not enough for everyone. And again, no waffle mix.

STAY HERE! PET FRIENDLY! Myra and Charlie at yhe front desk, WONDERFUL! Kim, the breakfast lady, WONDERFUL! COFFEE 24 HOURS! Room was very clean and an "at home" feel. Breakfast was great. A lot of selections. The hotel and the grounds were VERY well clean and kept. A nice sitting area out front to visit and smoke. I have trip to Ft Benning in December and March and I'm about to book my stay!!

The hospitality was great. Staff was wonderful, kind and welcoming. The only dislike was the hot breakfast, eggs and sausage wasnt good and yogurt was expired. Other then the breakfast, the staff, location and rooms were great for our extended stay in Columbus. Thank you again for great staff, made up for the lack.

Property was good. Lady at checkin was excellent. Room was good but door to room doesn't close easily. Door Will pop open if you're not careful. Breakfast wasn't too good. Sausage patties were very overcooked and eggs were undercooked. Pool was really nice. I'd stay here again.

The property needs some maintenance in small places. Like mold in the grout around the tub. But the staff was doing a good job of cleaning and responding to questions. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had!

Second room had mold so bad, clearly water had poured thru recess cans. Started sneezing immediately. 3rd room was not even cleaned and had a giant urine stain on the bedding! Hotels.com gave us a refund. Manager said she’d refund our pet fee, instead we have two $25 charges and a $50 charge from La Quinta. Total garbage!
