Pool not open until late (12 noon) and closes early (9pm). Lots of noise in parking lot and paper thin walls. Breakfast was very limited and many items missing. Water fountain does not work. Building is very old and beat up, parking lot had lots of tripping hazards (patchwork asphalt) Elevator was not working.

I picked this hotel because it was reasonable priced with a pool. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, I was highly annoyed to discover the pool was closed after booking 3 nights when it was the sole purpose of selecting it. The room smelled like marijuana, the toilet isn’t properly secured to the floor so it rocks, all the grills on the property are also broken so basically this hotel is for the shut in. If you’re looking to stay in your room or just sleep this will work.

Booked and paid online and was told there may not be a room. Got to room it was outdated and old bugs there sheets didn’t look the best. Pool had mold would not recommend swimming in.

The pool was out of order but they did offer a pool across the highway which was very inconvenient to get to. There were no coffee or tea amenities in the room. They need a new TV stand as the one there was rotted. Otherwise it was good. Beds were very clean.

It is sad and an absolute shame that this hotel continues to book out their rooms knowing that they have bugs. Whether it’s roaches or bedbugs there is most definitely an infestation. My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin to attend our son’s turning green ceremony. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and did not start to notice all the weird bumps on us until our 3rd day there. By the fourth day, it was too late we were covered in bedbug bites, extremely uncomfortable, terribly itchy and the bites were sore and inflamed. We felt disgusting and taken advantage of. On our way back to Wisconsin we stopped to rest for the night so I took my throw blanket to our room and immediately as I spread the blanket out to check it over there was a huge nasty bedbug hooked to it. This Hotel and all of its management and employees should be ashamed of themselves.

This place was absolutely nasty. Left over food in the fridge. Huge squashed spider on the wall. Permanently dirty toilet. Toilet tank was off. Smelled awful. Holes in the blinds (that didn't close all the way). Key card stopped working. Asked for a new one. They didn't check my id. This was just a disgusting place. Employees constantly smoking while working.

It was a terrible experience. I was bitten by bedbugs and found many roaches. We had to throw away clothes and buy products to disinfect our belongings. I'll have to go to the doctor when I get home tomorrow because the mite bites seem to have become a little infected. bites on the hands, feet and back.

I killed so much roaches in my room. The never clean the room the days I was there. Say breakfast was included I went down to check and nothing wasn’t there. I wasn’t going to eat there though just wanted to check.i made spoke to 3 different people that work there about the roaches and ants. One of the front desk lady say oh trust me I know what you’re saying about that. Bottom line I would never stay at this hotel ever.

The noise level at night made it hard to sleep. While the hotel itself was not a security concern; the immediate area around the hotel was somewhat bothersome. The only other concern, as a diabetic, the continental breakfast could use more protiens as it was largely carbohydrates unsuitable for people who need to watch blood sugars.

Why would they assign you to a room on the front dide of the building where vehivles revving bounces off? Sounded like they were coming into the room. Also placing someone outside an elevator? Will certainly have to change the check in process to address these issues.

Lower your expectations to stay here. In need of a serious makeover! Old looking, bathroom floor had crumbling tiles, toilet that rocked when sat on.Bed pretty uncomfortable and worst pillows ever. Pool alot smaller than pictured. If on a tight budget guess its alright, but not higher than a 2.5 star rating!

My door didn’t lock when you closed it. It opened without the key. I didn’t realize it until last night. I was gone and thought the door was locked but it wasn’t. Thank God nothing got stolen but it wasn’t safe to leave the room because it didn’t lock

When we got.there at 845 pm the lobby was closed, and the sign said sign in at window. There was no one at the window, and when the desk clerk finally came she was rude and just put a form through the window and told me to sign it - but gave no pen?! I signed it and she put the key through the window without saying a word. She was totally rude and it was evident she did not like her job or her customers. The room was okay but not worth the money I paid for it - the water came out rusty for a while. However the beds were comfortable and there was a fridge and a large screen TV. The bottom line - I won't come back to this hotel!

So I paid my total cost for my room when arrive at check in. Then a few hours later my card was randomly charged for an extra day at 2 am. On top of the 50 dollars deposit. When asked about the extra charge. They said they had no record of the extra 100 that was taken out. Even though I had proof it was taken. So I don't recommend staying there.

A large group of people rented the room below us for a party. There were tons of people in the room, in the hallway, and on the stairs drinking, smoking, and playing loud Tejano music until 5am when I had to get up. When I called the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do about it and to call the cops. The shower curtain was installed incorrectly. Broken doors. Roaches in the room.

This hotel is not the Ritz, but it is neat, clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. My only complaint is there is no longer coffee pots in the rooms and the continental breakfast has been downgraded. Beyond that I would absolutely recommend the place, I’ll be back again.

The breakfast sucked. The oatmeal didnt take good. They cleaned the rooms late in the day. One of the days they didnt make but one bed. Another day they came at like 4 to clean the room. But we were there. Fridge wasnt cold enough.

Shower curtains not fixed properly and water runs out of the bath tub right gut into bedroom and if not cleaned can build mould. On checking with staff they mentioned the owner wants a curtain rod which is like a bow and it’s the cause. Breakfast is served but not available as staff fills it once and if it gets over they do not refill.

This place was ok for the price. External/outside entrances into the rooms. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was not that friendly. They do require a $50 deposit/retainer that is returned upon check out (or within a few days if you put it on a card). I was pleasantly surprised to discover a decent hot breakfast: scrambled eggs and sausage.
