The property was under construction which I had no knowledge of when I booked the room. The first room I was given had 2 loud blowers in it and the front desk clerk said she wasn’t aware they were in there. She did give me another room after I requested it. The parking lot was being redone so there was limited parking and the front entrance was taped off during part of our stay. Good things were the front desk clerk was nice and helpful and the room we stayed in was clean and the pool was open even tho there were parts under construction as well and roped off.

Everything was outstanding, from the availability of our room early, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness everywhere, the quiet environment to the hot breakfast that was delicious! The only drawback was that there was some ongoing construction that made some areas not aesthetic. But, a great stay nonetheless!

The laundry room Facility was outdated. The pool grounds had cigarette butts inside the swimming area and garbage on the outside of the fence. And the water was murky. The elevators were old and were down for a short time. But in today’s world, it is hard to keep things nice. The staff there was impeccable. Over the years, I have never met more wonderful people than I have at this hotel. It was a very comfortable room.

They are doing some remodeling on the hotel & due to that, large shipping containers are taking up a large amount of their parking lot making parking for customers. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant & helpful; location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, & interstate. We were there for a graduation at Fort Benning & it met all of our needs. Took us about 20 minutes to get there from hotel.

The property was mostly clean but was under construction for renovations, which created a multitude of problems. The fire alarm went off for hours and forced us to leave. Then the elevator and WiFi were out for an extended period of time.

Initially thought room looked clean but realized the floor was really dirty. Our feet were black so i kept my shoes on whenever i walked through the room. When the bathroom floor got wet the dirt was more prevalent. The shower curtain had mold on the inside and had a smell to it. I would stay here again if it was cleaner.

It was me and my youngest daughter. Our first room bed was horrible and pillows were extremely flat. Woke up several times in the night with neck hurting and horrible headache. Shower/bathroom area was dirty! They switched us to a different room and charged us more! Second room bed was better but not the greatest. Bathroom/shower area still was not the best! Smelled marijuana every time we went in the elevator!

They're was trash piled up in the hallway and by the elevators on the 5th floor. It was there from Friday evening to Saturday evening... over 24hrs. I should have taken photos of it.

Pros -the breakfast was good -one of the ladies who helped us at the front desk was very nice Cons -the first room we checked into the heat got stuck on and wouldn’t go off, someone was supposed to come but never did so ended up moving rooms -the floor in the first room was sticky -moved to the 5th floor, much nicer but ants on bathroom floor -our room didn’t get cleaned in the 3 days we were there- come to find you had to request it -the trash gets picked up at 2:30am which is very loud and woke my entire family every night -workout room was dirty and equipment was not kept up, also no water or cleaning materials

A good first impression make a difference. When I opened the door of my room, I was greeted by two beds that were carelessly made. That sends a visual message just upon arrival. Talking about beds, the mattresses on room 203 are due for replacement. I was hoping to recharge during the night and be ready to continue my trip the next day. I slept very uncomfortably. On the brighter side, however, the property, including my room, was very well cleaned. The furniture, tv, etc, was up to date. The room was actually very nice. The teat of the building also looked clean and welcoming. The person at the front desk was very efficient and helpful, which I really appreciated. I will definitely give them another try on my upcoming trip to Colombus, GA.

The two bedroom suite was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. The only problem I encountered was a large group of guests were at the pool just under my window and were talking, laughing and yelling very loudly late at night. The next night I am assuming it was the same group of people outside at 2:00 in the morning and arguing loudly in the hallway. This went on for several minutes and made the stay not so pleasant. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay very much.

The location is great. The bathroom toilet was not seated properly and rocked side to side. Not very soundproof at all. Towels and washcloths were rough feeling, not up to the standards of Holiday Inn. Employees were friendly. Never received a towel service on a 3 night stay, wasn’t sure if I was supposed to receive one or not.

I was assigned a room fitted for disabled person. I did not need that type setup. The water in the toilet continuously ran, and would flush without being flushed even during the night. And it would completely flush. Front desk sent someone to fix it but it didn't fix the problem. After the bathroom not being fixed, I asked to be moved to a different room and was told there was no other available room but a swap of rooms could be done although I would need to remove my belongings by check-out (11:00) so someone could go in to clean. The following day I was told that someone had provided me the wrong information - they could not move us to another room. After a lengthy conversation by phone and during my work hours, front desk said they could assign us a different room. It was an inconvenience and took time out of my already limited work time to deal with the issue.

Everything was great. My only complaint was before our departure, someone opened our room door and I had to say, “someone is in here.” I did call and let the front desk know, but that is unacceptable. There was no knock or anything at our door. I believe it was maintenance or housekeeping, but it was only 9:30 am and check out time is 11:00 am.

It was terrible. Our truck got broke into and they were less than helpful Also hotel was dirty, breakfast was terrible and the door handle broke off from the inside. Luckily we were able to get out but if there was a fire we would be in trouble.

Arrived into town 2 hours before checkin. Did not expect our room to be ready but thought we'd just give it a try. Lady at the Front desk was very understanding and while our room was not quite ready, she upgraded us to the suite and gave us a call as soon as it was available, which ended up being before the advertised check in. Very accommodating and friendly, would recommend.

This was a nice hotel. We got a suite with 2 queens and fold out couch. All of the staff was very sweet, hotel smelt nice, breakfast was delicious. Hotel is in walking distance of Texas roadhouse, Burger King with a gaint outdoor playground, IHOP, McDonald's and a gas station. Plus, about 8 min drive to Sam's Club and WalMart amoung many many other places. We were there for my son's turning green ceremony, it is about 23 min drive to the main gate. We loved it!

We normally stay at the North take north cols ha holiday inn express but this one is new and closer to my mom . We come for the great breakfast BUT not at this one . All They had was coffee and eggs … nothing else. The cook said he had no food to cook.

Major remodeling going on. Both elevators were covered in plastic like someone got Dexter’d. That being said, the hotel DOES need serious renovating to get it to Holiday Inn quality. It is not and I wished I would have booked someplace else. Quality of rooms was poor, my room didn’t get cleaned while we were there although you could tell that they did clean it before. Bathroom faucets and shower was rusted. Shower rod was bent preventing you from being able to close the curtains all the way. Just very outdated hotel and not the quality I expect from Holiday inn Also shows cinnamon rolls on the pictures which I was excited about bc I love Holiday Inns cinnamon rolls. There were no cinnamon rolls. Disappointed I booked there and paid holiday inn price and it was way less quality

Difficult to find, as the roads around the property are confusing. Inadequate number of luggage carts, and the ones they had were not serviceable (flat tires). Breakfast was poorly staffed, as the food was entirely gone for over a half hour. On the other hand, friendly helpful staff. Adequate size room and furnishings. Clean. Everything worked well. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. HVAC worked well. All in all, a good value compared to other properties in the area.
