Hotel, very adequate and comfortable at truly a bargain price. King size bed comfortable. Very nice hot buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the swimming pool. But wished that there had been a hot tub. Quiet though just off I-20. We would have preferred hard surface flooring in the room rather than carpet. Parking right outside our door.

Easily accessible located just off the interstate, check-in was quick and easy. The pool was open, and an on site fitness center was available. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet, and the shower had adequate water pressure. The TV channels were limited but acceptable. Another plus is there were gas stations and food options nearby, some within walking distance. They offered a variety of great breakfast options, including a waffle maker, cereal, muffins, eggs, grits, and more. My only complaint was having to listen to the left-leaning commentary on MSNBC playing on the lobby TV during breakfast, instead of a non-news channel out of respect for guests with different views. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would definitely return.

Property was dated and in need of overhaul. Needed painting the room. Bed felt new and comfortable, but chairs in the room were worn out and one was broken. Not that we were going to use it, but pool was half drained and full of alge. Smelled as you went by.

Fairly nice place but rather worn. The shower had issues and the whole place just needed upkeep. Hot tub was not working even tho I called before to confirm before booking here so don’t trust the staff. Not bad in a pinch for the price but there are definitely better options

The maintenance was awful. My desk lamp didn't work, and it took them almost two hours to bring me another one. My room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I did NOT put my bare feet on the carpet. The pool area was closed, and one of the reasons I stayed here was because of the hot tub, hoping it might help upper back pain from driving. About the only things good I have to say are: 1) convenient parking, and 2) excellent Internet. Other than that, just stay at the Quality Inn on the east side of Jackson. Much better managed and maintained, even though their Internet speed is at a dial-up level.

My stay was pretty bad, I chose this hotel because of the breakfast, pool and the hot tub! I wanted to relax at the pool In 95’ weather and relax in the hot tub, after I checked in I returned to the front desk to inquire about the amenities; only to find out the pool and hot tub which is out doors has never even been opened this year! That was the whole point in me staying in a hotel and not with family! A complete waste of my money! Clearly hotels.com is not updated on the actual amenities of their hotels!

First, the pool there is no pool is not clean. It has green water. The room had a nasty smell to it and some of the smelled like smoke when we where in non-smoking room and no hot water.

There were stains on the sheets and duvet. The pillows were small and crumpled. There were holes in the sheets and we asked for a replacement and they told us they didn’t have anymore fitted sheets. There were stains and mold on the walls. And trash on the floor. The chair in the room was stained and gross. We ended up asking for a full refund and went to the Best Western right next door.

Not the fanciest motel I've ever stayed at, but clean, comfortable, and affordable. The bed was the best I've slept in for a long time. It's an older property, but safe, and has a really good breakfast.

I was very disappointed with the customer reviews on this motel. They missed the mark on with misleading reviews about the condition of this motel. It’s in MUCH need of a remodel. Very old and outdated, has a smell that they attempt to cover with air freshener, but it just worsens it. Parking is extremely crowded and not accommodating for your pickup trucks we all drive now.

The front desk staffs are not polite. I asked politely for only 10 minutes to park my items the manager refused and requested me to get accompanied to the room and leave. This is something that I have ever seen in any of the hotels.

Staff really bad, knew the wifi was out and didnt tell me. Other guests said it was out for 4 days. Lamps in room didnt work, everything but coffee ran out at breakfast - staff said "oh well" too bad. Worst run hotel and staff -- Dont stay here !!

First of all I’m a very kind person. Gentleman at the front desk was very rude. After getting to my room, it smelted like stank feet. The tv had poor quality, remote needed batteries, light bulbs were out. Outside the room smelled like drugs (you know what I mean) and it seeped in the room. The bedding stink, I didn’t complain because from his attitude when I checked in, he wouldn’t have done anything.I should of followed my first mind an left in the beginning People hanging outside, I would never stay at the Quality Inn in Clinton Mississippi and would never recommend.

We had a great 2 day stay. The room was clean, beds was comfortable, very quiet place. Good breakfast and great host on all shifts at the front counter. I would definitely recommend others to stay there and the price wasn’t bad either.

Old but clean property with comfortable beds. Very poor breakfast, either cold or not refilled promptly. Condition of some of the breakfast food items makes me question the freshness as if they had been held over from previous days.

The hotel is good and clean for the price. The breakfast in the lobby didnt taste that good and i wish they would get rid of those half pillows and put full sized pillows in every room. You can ask the front desk for them but it would be easier for them to use thwm already.

Friendly reception by staff in evening. Morning staff not so cheerful but took care of business. Older hotel but very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cold cereal, orange juice and waffles plus more. Would stay again

Room was not cleaned, no fresh towels nor trash removed by the staff. I had mentioned, at check in, that this is why I was not staying at a competitor. After being out all day, in need of a shower the person manning the desk gave me a few towels and trash bags and told me set the used towels and trash outside of the room. I was very unhappy that they chose to have me service my room. The breakfast really was not what it was on my last stay there. Much less variety, much less quality. It's unlikely I'll stay again.

A nice hotel stay that was clean with friendly staff willing to help. Breakfast was pretty good. More choices than most, less than some others but did include hot items such as egg party, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Staff was attentive to needs and didn’t act put out by minor inconveniences. I wish I could remember the lady who checked me in but she was terrific.
