This was without any doubt the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Floating bandaids in the the pool, used bandaid in the pool area, broken hot tub, broken treadmill, broken stationary bike, the floor felt like it was falling out from under us, terrible smell in every room. Terrible, terrible hotel.

Carpet was stained near fridge and there was brown mildew or something on shower wall. Asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean it but after having our room serviced, it was exactly the same! Was told the wrong hours for breakfast when we checked in so missed breakfast one day. The indoor pool was not heated so very cold and the hot tub wasn't working either! None of the gym equipment worked either. Very disappointed that we weren’t able to swim, use the hot tub, or the gym during our 4 day stay. The staff were nice though.

The property is in really poor condition. The elevator has lots of cosmetic damage, several light bulbs were out, the up & down arrow lights are out and the casing around the cracked. The pool & hot tub was filthy, there seemed to be toilet paper floating in the bathroom. Once we got in the room, the deadbolt part of the door would not lock, and the safety lock at the top of the door had several screw holes around it, looking like the door had been kicked in, and the lock reattached, and there was a huge crack at the bottom of the door, enough for the light from the hall to peer through. The walls had what looked like water damage, the paint had deflated bubble pockets. The mattress on the sleeper sofa has stains all over it, and when I went down to ask for linens for the sleeper sofa, they didn’t have anything, the desk clerk just gave me 2 sheets. The shower curtain was brown and stained at the bottom, and I had to kill to wasp in the window.

First room smelled terrible so we requested a second room. Second room smelled not nearly as bad as a first. There was a layer of dust across all the furniture though. The hot tub wasn’t working and pool temperature very cold. The shower had no shampoo, but the towels were nice. The worst was the a/c was barely working. It would turn on cold for a short cycle than just blow warm air. Not a good night’s sleep.

The staff was wonderful, they made the stay tolerable. Whoever the General Manager is they should be fired and replaced! The pool was dirty, the hot tub wasn’t a hot tub. It was cold and didn’t work. We purposely stayed here so we could enjoy both. We also selected to stay here because of the advertising of a jacuzzi tub suite. There were only 3 working jets in the jacuzzi tub. There were trip hazards everywhere outside. It’s a shame that the GM has been informed of all of these problems, but is more interested in him making money. We will not EVER be staying here again, and perhaps never again in a Comfort Inn that used to be our 1st choice in our travel accommodations.

The rooms ac didnt work, window screen was missing, the pool and pool deck were filthy, the hot tub was not working, both pool ladders were broken, the door to the pool mechanical room was wide open so my young kids could access the equipment as well as the chemicals, the elevator, 4th floor hall, and our room all smelled awful. Im sure there's more but nothing from the stay was good.

The room was clean and the staff were absolutely terrific. However the hot tube doesn't work and the pool was cold due to lack of working jets and pump was a huge disappointment for my kids. Other small things in the hotel are showing signs of neglect

The linens were stained and the shower curtain looked like it had some blood on it. Housekeeping did not come and pick up trash, change the linens, or bring fresh towels. I was there two nights and it was late when we got back to the hotel. I didn’t want to complain by it being so late. I felt uncomfortable being on the first floor with my son. The door was suspect and made me on guard. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First room209 was dirty ac unit you could smell at the door look in it was was dusty molded and rusted dust bunnies everywhere ceiling fan hasn’t been dusted since they opened carpet was stained the bathtub was horrific hair in it never been cleaned reused sheets curtains also dirty with spots and stains overall first room was undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever seen changed rooms second room 319 a lil better but at no cost was it even worth the money/stay for one big thing there were ROACHES/BABY ROACHES I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING room still smelled terrible the bathtub was better still stains on curtains carpet and dressers Never will I ever stay here again and thru it all you can’t get a refund and that’s why because they know this place is up to par that’s why there is no refunds available this place needs to be CONDEMNED IMMEDIATELY P.S I do have pictures of everything

Do NOT waste your money here! When we got to the room, the sheets had crumbs and hair all over them so we left for the day and asked for our sheets to be replaced. We even called later to confirm that they had been changed, and the front desk worker assured us that they were. When we got back to our room, nothing had been fixed and we had to call AGAIN and change our sheets ourselves. Also the floor is filthy, damp, and sticky carpet. Don’t stay here if you like clean rooms!!

Checked in from a 6hr drive at 11 pm Room Was Nasty The Whole Hotel Need A Remodel Carpet Stinks, Towels Need Bleaching, I Lysol everything down to try and sleep until morning. Toilet was backed up went to ask the front desk for maintenance an it's no maintenance man on the premises. The lady at the front desk with one tooth told me the plunger was locked up. The lady in the breakfast area was awesome

First room209 was dirty ac unit smelled terrible looked inside the vent it was dirty molded and rusted ceiling fan not dusted lamp was rusted around edges and lamp shade was dirty, spots on all the the appliances and dresser tub was absolutely unacceptable looked like it had never been cleaned since they’ve built the place went to flush the toilet the toilet backed up instantly on their 2 ply tissue had to change rooms319 after that second room looks kinda better still dirty spots on everything ac does work and look better (newer unit btw) the tub looks great carpet does have burnt spots all around without a doubt this hotel will never have my money again

For the love of your Customers’ sanity, fix the key entries to the rooms. Had to go down to the desk three times the day of check in because the keys wouldn’t open the door, switched rooms, same issue. Other people trying to get into their room, same problem. You have to keep inserting the key and taking it out over and over and over until you get lucky and it turns green to open the door.

Terribly hard bed. Some of us travelers cant tolerate hard beds. After parking my car, i was walking to the elevator noticed that the front desk clerk was a few steps ahead of me, got on the elevator and let the doors shut knowing that i was only a step or two away. I felt that was very rude.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby & breakfast areas were neat and clean. Our room was clean, but clearly had not been updated. There were strange spots on the walls that looked like the wall had melted. The sofa and ottomans had paint spots all over them. The TV had poor definition, one could barely read words on the screen. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but the tub/shower was dangerous. There was only 1 grab bar where you get in and it was not textured, so holding onto it with wet hands was impossible. The floor of the tub appeared textured, but was very slick. My feet slipped multiple times, and finally I ended up falling half in & half out with the shower running. Fortunately, I was uninjured, but it was several hours before I stopped shaking. My husband said that the hair product containers attached to the shower wall were hard to squeeze and would be difficult for someone with arthritis in their hands to use. I don't usually give such a negative review, but felt it was important for others to know. We stayed in room 207.

Room key reader did not work; possibly related to this: internet & wifi did not work consistently. Therefore, no watchable TV service; morning coffee was awful. For more than $100, I think I should be able to go in & out of my room as needed, be able to relax after driving all day & watch TV & have a decent cup of coffee in the morning.

It was clean but our room needs upgrading. Door wouldn't open properly with the card, lamp going off and on, one drawer missing the handle, another handle dangling on one side, picture frame coming apart, etc.

We were initially given a room that had non-functional heat, a non-closing curtain, and a loose toilet. We were quickly reassigned to a room where all those items were satisfactory. The room was clean, but there were places that needed for appearance-maintenance in the room. The common areas were in good shape. Breakfast was very good. Staff are very responsive. Rooms just need better maintenance.

The room was generally fine, although the whole place has definitely seen better days. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had a few significant problems with my stay. The WiFi was so bad that it was basically useless. Breakfast didn't start until an hour later than they stated at check-in. And in the room, the curtains were set up so that they didn't close at all, which mean that the bright lights from the parking lot were shining into my window all night.

The rooms are extremely outdated and in serious need of renovation. When I checked in, the first room I was given was in poor condition—stained carpet, a strong unpleasant odor, stains on the lampshade, broken bathroom tiles, and a broken door hook. I requested a room change, and while the front desk clerk was kind and accommodating, the second room, though slightly better, was still outdated and had a lingering odor & the carpet extremely dirty & in need of a deep cleaning. While the staff were courteous, I would not recommend staying at this hotel until it has been properly renovated.

I didn't like the fact we have to pay a deposit of $100 dollars..I have never heard of such..You pay for your band the a deposit. Too much. No other hotel does that. What if that's all the money they have. Then, your room is expected before money applied or given back after check out. Like you are gonna do something boring. Prejudging...wrong.. that's the bad side of the reservation.smh... l am a choice member and this is the only place that requires deposit. Considering staying somewhere else in Clinton, MS now.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had trouble with the office chair and they switched it from another room. The manager came up to fix the chair that was not working properly with in an hour of the chair switch. Room was clean - property is showing it age and could use some updating. Not entirely a reason to bypass this property. Breakfast was the usual.

We got to the hotel and the poor woman manning the desk had a line of people to help and a constantly ringing phone. She was efficient and personable, but having another person working would have helped. We got to our room and it was dirty in areas and the previous guests wash clothes were hanging on the shower curtain rack, there was scum on the counter, and it was unclear if the bathroom had been cleaned. Also, there was a single bath towel, no hand towels, no bath mat and no (clean) wash clothes. When we got back to the desk to ask for towels, someone else was there asking for clean sheets since it appeared the room they just checked into had soiled sheets. Our bed was comfortable, everything worked, and the room was relatively quiet. Breakfast was a standard hotel included breakfast, and was adequate.

My stay was good, however at check-in, I was informed that there was a $100 hold placed on my credit card for incidetenals. I felt this was an inconvenience. I was told this policy just came into effect. Not sure if this is at all Comfort Inn or just the one in Clinton MS.

The property is in disrepair and is dirty. There were holes in the carpet in our room, the door hardly shut, and the bathroom tiles were coming off the floor. This was not a good experience for our family. The breakfast was bad, even by hotel breakfast standards.

The indoor pool temperature was too cold. There was not a breakfast. We were told by other guests that the staff person did not show up. The front desk person just sat there. She did not address us or apologize for there not being a breakfast.

Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30am. We showed up at 9:10am and the grouchy employee was putting everything away. When we asked if there would be anymore eggs, she said no and literally told us “sorry y’all showed up late”. She then turned all the cereal containers toward the wall and turned off the juice machine. No fruit. No yogurts. No coffee. No milk. She also said out loud that she had to go and do laundry too. The thermostat in the room also didn’t work and the lobby bathroom lock was broken. Terrible experience and we definitely won’t return.

Good location on our trip from Texas to Tennessee. Close to the highway. Only dislike is that the hot breakfast was not put out by 6 a.m. as we were told it would be. We ate a continental breakfast and left about 6:20 a.m. but the hot items were still not out.

The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The entry light and bathroom shower light were both out but no maintenance there to replace. She offered to move me but I was already unpacked. Not a gamechanger, I will stay there again. Good variety for breakfast.
