When we arrived the room had bedbugs. They moved us to a different room and it had bugs and the pullout couch bed was so nasty that we refused to stay. The owner Jay refused to give our money back even tho we did not stay in his filthy motel. He said he would but he refused when contacted to give our money back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because they definitely have bedbugs and are not decent people.

The staff were very nice. However, the room smelled VERY musty when we entered. The beds and bathroom looked clean but the floor was very dirty, it turned our white booties on our feet black after walking around in the room for just a few minutes. There were many gnats, flies and even moths flying around the room - we think because of whatever was causing the really musty smell. The sheets looked clean but seemed a bit dingy from the yellow water that you could see in the toilet bowl. The shower and toilet looked clean. But you could see the dirty spots on the floor and it was really off putting having our footies turn so dirty so quickly. The pool area looked really clean and inviting but we didn't come prepared to swim. The pet area outside was clean = no nasties on the ground, etc and there was plenty of poo bags and a trash can right there to throw away the full poo bags. I'm usually the type "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all" but I believe some things need to be corrected and the dirty floor is definitely one of those. We appreciated that this was a pet friendly hotel and the smell in the room didn't smell like animal waste, just very musty like moldy stuff. But its a fact that even WITHOUT animals staying in the rooms, the floors should definitely be being mopped thoroughly between each and every guest.

This hotel was very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. The toilet in my room did not work. The microwave was very dirty like it had not been cleaned out after every use. I was traveling across country and stayed at a Motel 6 that was cleaner than this one for the same price. There was paint missing on the walls. The rooms were dirty, not wiped down. My family was with me. We rented three rooms. All were the same. I have pictures to prove this. There was a chunk of black hair in the elevator. They did a survey right when we booked it and got into the rooms and I put that the rooms were dirty and the front desk never responded. I was very uncomfortable with sleeping here, but it was nonrefundable. do yourself a favor and search for a different hotel. Don’t stay at this one.

The lobby and whole first floor smelled like weed. The lock on the door in our room was broken. I might've gotten a better sleep on the floor than the bed since the bed was harder than any mattress I've ever laid on and I'm one to enjoy a firm mattress. Continental breakfast was literally cereal, toast amd Sunny D. Staff wasnt super friendly.
