Dont depend on shuttle if yoy have a flight before 600 am. Girl told me i jad to get uber shuttle syarsts running at 600. My fligjt left at 545 am. If would gave known i would gave stayed some that had round the clock service for shuttle.

We arrived at Country Inn & Suites after a full day of driving, tired and eager to check in so we could rest. Upon arrival, we were told there was a "little problem" -- their elevator had gone out that day, and our room was on the third floor. Things happen that are out of their control, and we are reasonable people, but we were put off by the way the situation was handled. They were full, so it wasn't possible to move us to the first floor. But they also wouldn't do anything to offset the inconvenience (no discounts, credits, etc). The front desk staff were kind and they told us they were just relaying the stance of hotel management. So rather than schlep luggage for three people up two flights of stairs, we opted to cancel through Hotels.com and get a refund. We're grateful for the agent chat option on the Hotels.com app that helped us resolve our issue and get our refund. This may be a fine hotel and I hope others have good experiences with it, but this experience takes Country Inn & Suites off the table for us going forward.

Room and public areas were clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a good selection at the included breakfast. We were interested in checking out the hot tub, but after peeking through the window to the pool area, we changed our mind as the water in the hot tub looked brown. Not a dealbreaker for us, and I’d stay again if in the area.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Knocked a star off bc of the pool. We primarily booked for the indoor pool and while my kids absolutely enjoyed it, the area itself looks a little run down, the jacuzzi water looked filthy, though I THINK it's bc the floor is a darker color (I HOPE), and the pool water was COLD.

The room was nice. The gym, however, only had three treadmills and no weights. The free breakfast was okay, but I wish they had prepared oatmeal instead of just offering instant packets. I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu was the same both mornings: scrambled eggs, biscuits with cream, paper-thin bacon (not sure if it was real, lol), a juice station, hot waffle station, coffee, tea, a basket of whole oranges, milk, a bread station, and a cereal station. The hallways were a bit smelly. If they fix the hallway odors, add more gym equipment, and provide better breakfast options like real oatmeal, this place would be perfect for me to revisit. The price was very reasonable too.

Loved it, wish it had been a little more economical but par for the course. Great staff, airport shuttle starts at 6am but because my flight as for 6am they had a driver waiting for me in the lobby at 4:30am.💪

I found a bed bug that i brought to the front desk and they switched my room (which i read online that that was OK) but they offered no compensation. The room was dirty it wasn't swept there were crumbs on the floor but i was so tired after driving 14 hours i didn't have the choice to go elsewhere.

Check in (at midnight) was very slow. Staff member was polite and friendly but it took a long time! In addition, there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and no shampoo. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the 8 hour stay was fine!

Staff really did not know what was going on. Tried to get shuttle to airport-waited 45 minutes after being told they were on their way. Ended up taking an uber. Room was only cleaned once in the 5 days I was there. Toenail clippings in a drawer, hair wad in a corner. No alarm clock/clock. Hot tub a bit dangerous. Only 1 step to get in and it was along way down. Just not a good place.

Nice room. Comfy bed. My negatives are TV did not work. Lines of pixels across screen. Netflix offered but unavailable. Pretty noisy. Could hear person in next room snoring. Talk and doors closing in hallway very loud. Probably not a lot you can do about volume but it’s a no repeat visit for me.

The hotel room & lobby / common area were all nice and clean ! I loved the room it was spacious , nice shower / bathroom ! Very modern the only thing that wasn’t so good was the WiFi / internet connection and as a result of that the quality experience of the tv . Many features weren’t accessible on the smart tv and some channels would glitch really bad . When we brought this to the front desk attendant attention she basically shrugged her shoulders and said “ sometimes it work sometimes it doesn’t “ ?? If I've paid 3 - 4 hundred dollars for a weekend stay i expect the tv to work fine .. but it wasn’t an issue to them and nothing was done . Other than that hiccup everything else was top tier ! One of the best showers I’ve had in a hotel , the breakfast was very yummy & offered a good variety than most hotels , pool was nice & the cleanliness was above average !

Blinds didn’t close completely. Used coathanger to get privacy. Sheets were too small for bed. Water took FOREVER to get warm. Security doorstop was stuck. Needed a smaller pillow option. Used a towel!

Bed was very comfortable, that’s the most important aspect for my stay. Breakfast was average free stuff, however we ended up going across the street (walking distance) to the Toasted Yolk for breakfast. Very good!! Room recently renovated, nice, replaced most of the carpet with wood-look laminate floor. Looks nice but we could hear the people above us clomping around at night and early morning. Wonder if carpet would baffle some of that noise.

Booked this property because there was supposed to be free airport shuttle service. Tried calling for all day prior to our arrival. They do not answer the phone, so we had to make other arrangements for our transportation. Would not have booked this property if it would not have offered shuttle services.

The positive: it was updated with nice style. The negative: the staff. We arrived and the men behind desk was extremely rude had an attitude the whole time. He proceeded to tell us that the elevator was not working properly, that we could get in but it could get stuck it was at our own risk. He gave us a room on the second floor and when I asked if he didn’t have anything ground floor he answered in a very bad manner that if he had he wouldn’t have gave us second floor and immediately ask us you wanna go somewhere else and give us the documents. I’m Jen I asked would we get a discount since this it’s an inconvenience..he look us up and down and told us “we don’t do that”! “You want it or not” elevating his voice volume!! His attitude continued. Cleanness: the shower had black mold and it was dirty. The night stand had something sticky. I’m he whole room smelled very weird. The jacuzzi water was dirty looked like brownish. The breakfast was ok but luck in variety. If you stay here to go to Savannah you should know you are pretty far about 30 minutes. In the past two month I have stayed at about 7 hotels (big and small) I’d never ever been treated so poorly!!!!

Wonderful staff was very kind and thoughtful. We had an early flight and they were so sweet to be sure we had coffee, asked if we needed a ride anywhere, etc. Highly recommend, and if we come this way again I will book this hotel every time.

Trudy the receptionist was fantastic. Helped in every way possible. On our to N. Carolina and back to Florida we stayed here both times. Great breakfast and cookies in the lobby. It doesn’t get any better. Thanks to Trudy and the staff for a great experience in staying in a first class hotel

Terrible check in. We walked in to the lobby, all 6 of us to no one around. The "back in a few minutes" sign was on the counter. Finally, after 45 minutes, he showed up. Very unprofessional!!

Our plane was diverted to Savannah due to bad weather in Asheville, and this Country Inn & Suites was conveniently located close to the airport and offered free airport transportation and a breakfast buffet. We were pleased and our stay was enjoyable.

The stay was lovely. Plesant staff. The only downside was the breakfast was not good. We arrived about 7-ish, so fairly early based on the 0630-0900 time frame. The eggs were very watery and the grits lumpy. The buscuits were fair but the gravy was not. I would stay again but eat breakfast somewhere else. All in all, nice accommodations and perfect location to Tanger Outlet for dinning and shopping.

It was a nice place. Beds were comfy and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff worked diligently to keep food items stocked and fresh. Lots of options for breakfast including bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, pastries, make your own waffles, toast, and cereals. We didn’t really have noise issues that were mentioned in other reviews. Hotel was located in a nice area and was easy to find. Our only complaint is that the hotel staff called our room at 1030pm woke us up to ask if we had the luggage cart! We would recommend this to other travelers and would stay again.

We had a hard time with the entertainment system that was recently installed. Couldn\'t figure out how to use it. Called desk for help. Two employees came but they couldn\'t figure it out either. They summarized the dilemma as " sorry, that\'s just the way it is". Also breakfast was very poor. Toaster knobs were missing with only small metal piece to press down to get toast. And a major problem in that the only tongs on the table were metal. No wooden ones to grab toasted item. Someone is going to try using the metal tongs in the toaster and that should worry Radisson very much. We had stayed in a Radisson the night before and had a good experience. That\'s why we chose to stay at this facility. We won\'t make that mistake again. Linda Deitchman
