We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Very clean and comfortable. Turn down service was wonderful. Great coffee and muffins in the morning near the lobby, comfy bed, nice little balcony off each room. Nice pool and hot tub area. Beautiful flower displays throughout the hotel. Safe and walkable area. Parking was great. Felt safe and secure and at home. We will be back!

Took my wife here for her birthday weekend and was very pleased. First, let me say the Four Seasons experience is all about service, and they didn't disappoint. The front desk, concierge, door men, wait staff at the lounges and restaurant and even the car service were all attentive, and super helpful. For the holidays, they have the whole place decorated, and it added to a festive vibe. The rooms were comfortable. (and my lord, the pillows they use are worth the price of admission alone.. we liked them so much we bought two from the online Four Seasons store.) Being an older hotel the only complaint is the shower is a little whacky, but once you get used to it, worked out fine. (Their free toiletries are awesome as well.. the shampoo smells vaguely of chocolate.. but wasn't over bearing.) All in all we had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Big thank you to the staff for making it special. Really want to tip my

I have visited many Four Seasons hotels that have always been amazing in every way. I had just flown back from Tokyo where I also stayed at the Four Seasons Otemachi, and was expecting the same high quality Four Seasons service I have encountered in other cities. I have been to about 10 other Four Season hotels as a regular customer of this chain. This Beverly Hills Four Seasons is very dated; the staff isn’t as welcoming; the service and food at the restaurant was terrible. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
