Hotel Murano

Air conditioning issues with the first room. The remote was also out of batteries. And the extra door lock was missing. being that it was 11pm I asked to change rooms. The second room worked fine but by the morning the shared door adjoining the two rooms (I wasn’t traveling with this person) made that guest unbearably loud at 6am. It’s not unexpected that downtown hotels have downtown noise but the downtown, the neighbor, the water pipes from morning showers, it was all too much. I enjoyed the bed and the two front pillows (down or down alt) and the fact that the mattress was totally encased in a zip barrier cover plus a fitted sheet and not just flat sheets tucked tight. However, the sheets and comforter were pilled and itchy.

Beautiful historical building and very spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Great location.

Excellent hotel that has great staff members along with beautiful glass items. The beds were very comfortable Felt very safe here.

The biggest issue we had is that our room on the 24th floor was next to the elevator. It made a pounding noise when it went up and down
