Zimmer sind sauber und zentrumsnah. Aktuell wird renoviert bzw. im Haus ist eine Baustelle, da geht es nicht leise zu. Leise empfanden wir auch nicht die Umgebung, nachts konnte man zwar das Fenster offen lassen, morgens aber musste man es früh schließen. Klimaanlage war aufgrund der Lautstärke keine Alternative. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, die Auswahl an Semmeln hätte besser sein können, ebenso der Kaffee, es war aber auch kurz vor 10 noch ausreichend gedeckt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Great rooms and breakfast. 1star property rating because spa prominently featured on Web site and even in elevator. Upon arrival informed spa closed for weeks with no opening date determined. Told reception was main reason we selected hotel and no compensation offered. Still listed on web site. Felt it was a bait and switch.

Der Check-in war einfach und das Personal freundlich. Leider wurde man bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man für den Stellplatz auf dem Hotel Gelände im Voraus reservieren muss. Die anderen Parkplätze waren zum Glück nicht weit und tagsüber bewacht. Das Hotelzimmer war ganz in Ordnung, dass erste Problem was mir aufgefallen ist waren die ca 30 grad im Zimmer. Es war wie eine Sauna aber die Heizung konnte man nicht regulieren da der Thermostatkopf nicht angebracht war, sonder lose. Dauerlüften hat geholfen. Ich habe leider ein paar Härchen auf dem Bett entdeckt und im Bad waren riesige dunkle Haarsträhnen auf den Handtüchern. Das im Bad war leider etwas unschön/eklig. Die Wanne hatte auch eine Macke und die Fugen waren an bestimmten Stellen etwas hinüber. Abgesehen davon war das Zimmer gut und das Frühstück an sich auch. Die Lage ist aber wirklich toll, es ist eine schöne Gegend und sehr zentral.

Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit. The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages. Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet. That being said, the staff were on top of it. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip out in a couple of months. Thank you all!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist ein solides 4* Hotel. Allerdings darf man auch nicht genau auf Details schauen. Im Bad war in den Ecken Schimmel und ein Wasserschaden an der Decke. Die Wand hatte Risse und der Fernseher ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein wenig zu klein. Dafür war das Bett gut, das Hotelpersonal überwiegend freundlich und das Frühstück sehr in Ordnung.

Had a 3 night stay and found the hotel to be clean, quiet and value for money. It is near to public transport, but many places of interest are a relatively short walk away. We had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and found it very good for choice and value. There are many bars and places to eat nearby.

This hotel was very well placed just a 9 minute walk from a large shopping centre and 17 minute walk to old town. They provided a fridge and kettle in the room and the breakfast was excellent value. The beds very comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom modern. Has a bit of trouble to get bath tap to convert to shower but managed in the end. Hotel staff super helpful and friendly. Weather was very hot and they obliged us by filling out flasks with ice and water whenever we asked. Mini market a couple of doors away and a few restaurants too. I will definitely stay again

Gracias a que nos dieron en teoría un free upgrade pudimos dormir, ya que, no se si por el hecho de comprar por expedia nos penalizó, pero tuvimos que dormir en una habitación que parecía sacada del siglo xix, apartada del resto de habitaciones al lado del cuarto de la Limpieza y la maquinaria del ascensor (habitación 614). La ventana con una cortina que dejaba pasar toda la luz, y cables sueltos por todos lados. Después nos dieron una habitación maravillosa de la que no nos podemos quejar

Vi havde booket det i forbindelse med halvmarathon. Det lå tæt på start. Der var badekar og dejlig morgenmad. Eneste minus var at min kæreste og jeg ikke kunne ligge ved siden af hinanden i sengen, fordi den var for lille og der var et stort hul, når sengene stod tæt.

The hotel was very responsive and helped me with how to get from the airport to the hotel. Service was great. The key code for the door sometimes acted up, however. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked the long counter for toiletries in the bathroom.

Incredibly rude staff. Asking questions at the dining room, they bounced me around to each other, then spoke Chezc, without realizing that I understood some. Lots of nasty words “behind my back “. Similar situation at the front desk. One of the worst experiences ever. And that is after using about a dozen hotels throughout the Europe over the course of last three months.

Overall the hotel was very clean and perfectly located. We paid extra for breakfast and was very disappointed with the vegetarian options which were fried egg,scrambled egg and boiled egg along with boiled veg(I don't know about you, but I don't want boiled veg with my breakfast) some items were very sparse and were not refilled straight away. Rooms were clean but very dark, not a problem for some people but for myself as a women who likes to get ready and do her makeup it was not good. Staff seem friendly, We did, however call one day for an iron, The gentleman said he would get back to us once he's located one, but we never did. Aside from the breakfast and the dark room I would still recommend the hotel.

Il est situé juste à côté des arrêts de tram, métro et bus (et même la gare des bus internationale) ce qui est super pratique. La déco bon ça a son style mais tout était hyper confort. Le seul bémol : l’insonorisation n’est pas la meilleure, donc quand des gens parlaient dans le couloir on entendait, et surtout j’entendais très très fort les travaux à côté. Sinon, vraiment top

Great room, bathroom floor was very warm, but better than being very cold. Provided airport transfer at a reasonable price, and reception open 24 hours so can check in during early hours of the mornings!! Staff were great over email too. Were all very helpful.

Iniziamo col dire che mi aspettavo di meglio. Note positive: dimensioni camere e varietà colazione salata. Note negative: varietà colazione dolce e in generale mancata attenzione ai dettagli. Per fare un esempio, hanno sempre omesso di reintegrare shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Altro esempio, a colazione lenti nel reintegrare i prodotti quando finivano.
