Vegas Getaway: 3BR Home with Pool & Hot Tub!

The process from our initial booking went flawlessly. Information was provided in a timely manner and we appreciated the timely responses to our questions.The home was clean and the appliances were excellent. The home was stocked with just the right amount of supplies, utensils and bedding for the comfortable beds. The dining chairs could be a bit more comfortable tho. The internet was fast and entertainment was great.Shopping and great dinning options were nearby and easily accessible with a broad variety of choices.The only disappointment was discovering the hot tub had been left open for a long period of time allowing it to evaporate to 50% capacity. While refilling, the filter released a large cloud of dirt that left us unwilling to use the tub during our stay. I notified the host and they had a cleaner arrive the following day and serviced the tub while we were away.I don't fault the host, as it was clear they take good care of this home.Overall, it was a very good experience and value.

This is definitely one of the most responsive hosts and we really appreciated their constant assistance. We unfortunately went during the colder months so could not make much use of the outdoor amenities but it looked great. It is definitely an older place so had some quirks to it but overall was a good experience!

This was a comfortable home with excellent cooking facilities/equipment. We LOVED the firepit and grill. And we had the giant television in LR on most of the time enjoyiing Christmas music and classic Christmas movies....great fun. Pets were comfortable and the totally enclosed yard was wonderful for them. What a pity it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor dining, pool, etc. - its a great set up. I'd love for us to return in warmer weather to enjoy different things! Property manager was VERY responsive, even helped us recover a forgotten instant read thermometer after check out. Thank you from all of us.

This little home is well kept, beautiful pool/backyard area. FYI the jacuzzi I is only a 2 seater.

*Disclaimer* we were refunded $300. House was well stage, 2 off bedrooms well cared for. Nice outside seating area. The pool & hot tub were filthy and unuseable. Masterbed needs replaced and updated. Backyard fence needs secured. locking.
