Location! Next to UGA in Heart of Five Points!

Unbelievable location and nice house. A little dated but otherwise fine. Would be nice to have info on how to operate TVs. Still a great place

Wonderful neighborhood and location. Spacious and comfortable home. Easy check in and out process. It's the south, but there were more bugs than we'd like in the towels, and bathrooms. There were no toiletries and barely a pump of hand soap left in the bathrooms. For the price it would have been nice to not have to buy hand soap for a two-night stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a perfect location. Wish I could stay here every time we visit Athens! Check-in was easy and the hosts were ver accommodating.

We checked in as scheduled and communicated with the host, the house had not been cleaned or changed over for new guests. My family had to leave for graduation without showering because there were zero clean towels. The host had cleaners com ends they made it through the house extremely quickly, no where close to enough time for a thorough cleaning. The sheets and pillowcases were very visibly dirty after the cleaners left. My family had to wash everything theirselves which completely disrupted our night. There was no soap at the bathroom sinks and a doorknob was missing from a bathroom door. Very disappointing experience, and the host never apologized.

Pros: Central location to restaurants & stores, easy to find in the dark, close to UGA, overall nice house, cozy front porch, nicely decorated, ease of parking, availability of appliances & supplies (coffee pods, soap, etc), nice neighborhood, outdoor trash can Cons: mattresses were very, very uncomfortable (all 3 of us had sore backs the next mornings), extremely loud, (across the street was a frat house & we were behind what appeared to be fraternity & sorority row), didn't feel it was 100% clean (little pieces of trash and hair here and there) Overall: We liked the location, parking, and stocked supplies, etc. BUT I don't know that those things would be enough to encourage us to pick this house again.
