🌷Steps to Siesta Beach, Chic Studio, Pool & Patio

Overall, we had a good stay here with some hiccups. The space was pretty clean and location was great, a quick 5 min walk to the beach and super close to the nearest trolley stop so getting around was really easy. The pool area was pretty, although the water had some dead bugs and dirt in it so I didn't get in, but it was fun to sit by. The complementary beach chairs were also very nice, but several were broken.Upon arrival, we noticed a weird smell and that the AC unit had significant mold on the vents. When we told the host, she said that they clean the AC units as part of their standard turnover process and that maybe it was just dirt. We sent pictures showing it was clearly mold and she insisted again that it was part of their cleaning process and that it is "very common in Florida". I didn't appreciate it being made to seem like this was normal and justifying it when it was a clear issue. They did send someone to clean who got most of the mold. We also asked for a place to store our bags until our flight and were directed to an outside cubby with a broken lock. When I talked to the host, again she made it seem like it was us saying "it has worked for other people" and they "haven't had any issues before" when it was clearly broken. She then had us store our stuff there and just make it "look" like it was locked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I was pretty dissatisfied with the responses from the host. She apologized but only after invalidating our concerns.

Great time in siesta key for a long weekend. Have stayed at this property many times. Always great experience and location to the beach and short walk into the village

Perfect for a couple on our honeymoon. Easy walk to the beach, amazing pool, amd conviences of home (full kitchen, TV, comfortable bed).

Perfect spring break location for a mom and two middle schoolers. I could take my chair and a book right across the street to the beach, and they could take a 5-min bike ride to meet friends at the Village. The property had everything we needed, and was cute and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this place!! Perfect for two people and the property was amazing. We loved the pool after hitting the beach all day. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and free transportation right on the corner. The property was beautiful and well kept. The pool area, grill, beach chairs and little areas to sit was great. We enjoyed the small patio outside our suite to eat breakfast in the morning. Lovely property and would definitely stay again.
