Apprécié: l’emplacement. Moins aimé: le coût trop élevé d’accès au spa.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le spa et l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique. Quant au déjeuner, j'ai bien aimé.

I had a great stay at this hotel while I was in town for a conference. It's conveniently located next to a metro station and within walking distance to many of Montreal's great neighbourhoods. Staff were courteous. Food options at the buffet-style breakfast were perfect. Definitely take advantage of the spa while you're there—it's worth it!

The main thing this hotel has going for it is Location-Location-Location. We walked everywhere. Thrift shops, record stores, restaurants, theatres, cafés… it’s all there. One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is a maze. You can get lost looking for your room. After a certain time at night, the front door is locked and a door beside it opens with the room key. From there, we made it up the stairs in a corridor with rooms… nothing else. It took us some time to figure out that you have to leave the hotel by going outside on a balcony (on the second floor) and find another door to re-enter the hotel. Then, we walked through some maintenance room/hall and ended up back in a familiar part of the hotel and found our room. Coming back from the bar Saturday night, it was quite a surprise not knowing where to go or what to do. The front desk is empty, all the lights are off… it didn’t feel safe. Maybe a little heads up or a warning from the front desk would have gone a long way here. While we’re at it, the $25/day parking was convenient since we didn’t need our car at all. It has to be the tightest parking lot in town, snuggly located in a tight back alley where you need to do a 90 degree turn on a dime while avoiding a brick wall, an thick iron fence and a car that didn’t pull into it’s spot all the way… not impossible but not simple. I want to end my review on a good note. We did have a good trip and the hotel’s location can’t be beat.

I enjoyed this boutique hotel. It was calming. The staff were knowledgeable. The breakfast room had everything anyone would want to start the day. I enjoyed both the spa and had a massage. These were extra but worth it. I would return.

Great little place, breakfast buffet was amazing. Only downside is parking is half a block away and limited during busy weekends. If you want parking, reserve early.

Reasonable cost with spa options, very accommodating, parking available at extra cost (~20 per night). Very close to Sherbrooke Metro Station and La Fontaine Park. 10 min Metro ride to most Montreal attractions. Small and clean rooms. Good privacy. Excellent roof-top terrace. Good "European" continental breakfast in the attached small Indian restaurant (with local bakery croissants included), but not-so-good coffee.

Hard to get to the parking .

This hotel has a comfortable lobby and nice breakfast. And the roof deck is really lovely!

L'eau refoule dans la douche, déjeuné manquant de variétés. Propreté impeccables. Le métro est près, situation idéal. Dommage que le spa n'est pas inclus, ce n'est mentionné qu'après avoir payé la réservation.

we got an economy room. the hotel put us in the annex building. it had moldy carpets in the hallway and the common areas looked pretty beatup. the rooms themselves looked newer, although the windows didn't open up to anything, and it was a little dark in the room. the location is excellent. staff were friendly and nice. free breakfast was okay.

Dirty toilet seat, hair everywhere, all over the bedding, stuck to the walls... wifi doesn't work at all. Several huge flies waiting for me in the room. I was offered free spa entry but I question the cleanliness based on the room. Duvet smells and has brown stains. The duvet cover is not secure around the dirty duvet. Bugs come in through cracks in the windows. I would not recommend this hotel.

Water temperature was inconsistent, ac was noisy and leaked water, the elevator smelled like rotting flesh, and the bed was hard.

Accueil peu chaleureux, explications peu claires pour trouver les chambres réparties dans plusieurs bâtiments. L’escalier « Sortie » menait à la lingerie. Mais le pire c’est la saleté de la chambre, tache blanchâtre sur la tête de lit, sol sale, meuble de salle de bains pas nettoyé, soin rinçage cheveux dans le flacon gel douche, mais pas de gel douche ni savon.

This hotel is unique in the fact that half of the rooms are located in 1 building and another 2 floors are located 5 doors down from the main building. I booked a Superior queen room and it came with a full kitchen. Full size fridge and oven and stove. Overall it was a nice stay, the spa is tiny but quaint. I rated a 2 on cleanliness because my duvet cover clearly had not been changed based on how it smelled and at 11pm, the front desk could not find a new duvet cover for the first night. Upon request, the next day, housekeeping changed my bedding for the next night. I would stay here again though!

In my Assigned broom the water was not working, the staff changed to a bigger room but the heating was not working properly has the room was cold.

Room booked as wanted a hot tub - hot tub not fit for purpose and not repaired during visit. Room very small and noisy with windows adjacent to noisy road. My Partner unfortunately left her handbag/I phone in the hotel and we were too late to realise after setting off to Toronto by train for return flight to Spain - hotel very unhelpful to assist and it took an extraordinary amount of effort just to get their assistance in the matter!

The room is not AT ALL what was advertised. It said queen bed, it's a double, and so old you can feel every spring, there's no hot tub in the room even though the photos of the room we picked clearly had them advertised. The wifi was spotty and you could hear people having a conversation right outside our room door

I loved the spacious, very clean room with the jet hot tub within, and with a pair of ear plugs had no trouble sleeping through a Summer Saturday night on St. Denis...I will be back!

Zimmer zu klein und dunkel

I requested a quiet room away from elevators - supplied. But unfortunately it was street frontage with car alarms at 2.00am, late street noise, and actual vibrations to bed from occasional heavy traffic. The staff were all incredible and the breakfast was one of the best complimentary European style ones I’d experIenced. There were facilities I didn’t use for such a short stay but if I was to return for more days, I would choose this hotel again. Great location.

Personnel très sympathique, on nous a permis de faire le Check in avant l’heure prévue. Très bon déjeuner avec croissants maison,saumon fumé, yaourt, bagel, jus, fruits frais etc.

Our stay was excellent, starting with the warm & welcoming reception of Hameed & William. Hameed made us feel right at home & exceeded meeting our every need. Our lovely room was very spacious, bright & most importantly, it was clean. The spa & restaurant were also excellent choices. The neighborhood was perfect too & away from any chaos, yet walkable to touristy neighborhoods & attractions, plus a quaint local neighborhood bar with live music just across the street. The hotel has a peaceful rooftop where one could sip some wine while relaxing reading a book. It overlooks a beautiful park right next door, which has an old historic type building converted into a coffee kiosk. All in all, it offers an excellent vibe, location & experience. Go stay there!

Le service manque franchement de chaleur et politesse. Je trouve inacceptable qu’ils refusent tout simplement les clients en chaise roulante pour simplifier leurs opérations. Un peu de flexibilité et d’ouverture serait le bienvenu. À part cela, les installations et chambres sont biens.

To use spa, you have to pay extra fee. We booked here because it includes spa as well but it was actually not. They did not let us know before the payment. After I payed, the message informed us that the spa was not included in the fee. And the staff was rude. They did not even apologize to me and I just did what they told me to do, but they rather questioned me why. And they told me not to come again. Their service sucks. I will never go back. It is the act of the guilty party criticizing the innocent one. If they admitted and apologized to me, I did not even write a review like this on this platform. Sorry but it is what it is.

Easy check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Great location.

Very well kept and great location! Very easy place to stay without a car and also great food options near by. However, it was difficult to check out at 6 am. No one was around or picking up the phone and we had a flight to catch.

I know they’re fairly new so I think they’re doing a great job and I feel like they can only get better. My stay was fabulous, except for the Sunday morning receptionist/front desk. She needs to learn customer service manners and general politesse for example “that’s what I just said” is not something you should say to a customer or client. Or saying a blunt “No” to a late check out request instead of saying “yes but we charge $50” is not a good idea if you want to bring back hotel guests. The Saturday receptionist on the other hand was absolutely lovely and kind and talkative he should be the face of the hotel as many days as possible, he is the type of person who makes guests want to return!

This boutique hotel has lovely rooms, a good breakfast and is in the perfect location if you love the Plateau and Mile End, which we do. It is right beside the Metro too. We came by VIA train and never missed having a car. Carre St. Louis and the surrounding neighborhoods are gorgeous in the autumn and I hope to come back in the summer.

Great location, close to Sherbrooke Metro stop and many restaurants. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The spa on the first floor is another wonderful reason to stay at the hotel. The small kitchenette with a two burner stove top, microwave, and bar fridge were helpful to have access. The jacuzzi in the room was also nice to soak aching muscles. The restaurant on the main floor serves delicious Indian-inspired food. The continental breakfast was included; the croissants were fresh, flaky, and crispy.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Inn. I know from past visits that not all rooms are as great as mine: I was in the building with an elevator for starters, while some rooms are accessible only by stairs. I also had a patio right outside my door. Some rooms do not.So, if you have mobility issues, best to request a room that has the elevator service. the breakfast is varied and plentiful (smoked salmon a definite plus). Carré St-Louis next door is both beautiful and historic, and the Metro (subway) is right across the street.

The room was so nice and spacious, the staff was nice. The restaurant and bar were closed and that is not advertised but the morning breakfast is still served and is really tasty.

Hôtels est propre super Mes le petits déjeuner est trop médiocre. Je n’ai pas aimé le spa imaginez vous fêtez vos 3 ans mariage vous n’aviez pas le droit de prendre des photos en souvenir… car certain ce plein que leur photo on était mise sans leur consentement est il on eux de problème…. Donc les vraix couples on payé…. Pour certaines personnes….. . Après le spa on a demandé de l’eau à vendre c’était impossible!!! Pas d’eau même un verre d’eau j’ai dû insister, il m’ont dit il y’a un dépanneur à 1 min …. J’ai juste aimé la chambre d’hôtel c’était paisible… le spa les autres vous regarde …c’était gênant c’était une variété de jeune

Property is not worth the money I paid, breakfast options are very limited. Rooms are clean, but the hallway carpet smells bad. Parking is not ideal
