The exterior door was locked and required you to be buzzed in. We had a late check in due to traffic delays and at first I was irritated at it...but then after thinking about it for a few it made me feel that my family was safer. Good job. I thought the "incidentals" fee was unnessecary and left a bad taste in my mouth.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was a decent hotel. No issues. Very close to restaurants, the mall and the beach. Easy access to I-95, not too far from Port Canaveral. Tons of parking available. The only concerns we had was that the hotel is showing it's age, or there's some extreme wear and tear going on. Also, the breakfast was a little lacking, if you know what I mean. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms tv did not work at all. We had to wait until the next morning for repair man to fix it. We did get to the hotel late around 9:30pm. Also the room smelled like a wet dog, disgusting mixed with cigarettes smell.

This was a very basic, clean hotel. It was close to the interstate and food choices. But we had a few issues. The hall light in the room flickered like a strobe light when it was off. We didn't notice it until 11:30 pm when we turned everything off to go to bed so it would have been more work to complain and change rooms. There were also some drunk men being very loud in the hall, so we didn't want to leave the room. The beds weren't very comfortable with 2 people. They have a small store with some food options but if you wanted any other food you had to go get it or order it. It's a good place to stop for the night on a trip but not a good place for several nights.

There were two events involving police, one at 4:00 involving six dogs running and barking around the property inside and out of the hotel keeping residents up for three hours. The staff was of no assistance. Additionally there were several youth baseball teams housed at the hotel and with rainy conditions , the boys were running up and down the halls, slamming doors, leaving trash, etc at all hours of the morning and night. I would not recommend this hotel or area

The hotel would not answer the phone for us to request the shuttle at midnight. I waited on hold for over 20 min before someone answered and then they told me it could be an hour before the shuttle got to us. I had called ahead and reminded them of our flight time. Once there each bed only had 3 flat pillows and 3 towels. If I have to put in how many people are in our party then why don’t we have enough towels?

Frank the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing and understanding of our situation with our other hotel being overbooked upon arrival Frank went out of his way to make us feel extremely welcomed and informed of when the coffee would be ready and what time breakfast would start. I will absolutely stay at a Fairfield or any Marriott hotel. Not to mention the room was extremely clean well stocked and the mattress and pillows we're so comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and informative with our check in. We had an issue with the size of the room for the people we had and they switched our room with no issue. It was a relief especially since we had driven in the rain for 3 and a half hours.

Our stay was amazing. It was very convenient to everything we had to do. The staff was friendly and expressed their condolences when they found out we were there to celebrate the homegoing of our uncle. Breakfast was great and we will recommend it to others and we would stay here again.
