Room was clean! Gym had weights, a strength machine, two treadmills, one elliptical, and one stationary bike which were in good condition. The pool was warm and clean. It was better than the photos! Staff was super kind from the very accommodating breakfast folks, wifi maintenance, and front desk folks!

This facility is either understaffed or they don’t take pride in their property. - HVAC was not working in the common areas and not working properly in the rooms. - There was a bag of spilled food in our hallway for over 24 hours. Then after the bag was picked up, the actual food was still there for another day. - We had water stains on a comforter, dishes weren’t clean, and the bathroom cabinet was crooked. - I also had an issue with our bill after we checked out. Hotels.com advertises this property with “free self parking” but when I got the bill they charged us for $5.00/day for parking. Which I find funny because it’s not a high traffic location. Just seems like a small way to nickel and dime you. To their credit, they adjusted the bill after I called to raise my concern. However, we had positive interactions with the staff during our stay. The issues with this property seem to be management/ownership driven.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms were spacious. Things appeared clean. Our mattress was not good, felt well worn and lumpy. It had a mattress cover with padding but that didn’t help. Our tv volume was very low, no matter how high we turned it up.

Awesome up grade and remodeling is great to this hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
