The Galleria Mall is within walking distance. The elevator was broke the whole time I was there. It took 6 hours to get fresh towels.

Quiet neighborhood just next to the Galleria area. Seemed very safe and was convenient. The building itself needs some maintenance. One of only two elevators was not working and the staff seemed to be unaware although it had to be obvious since staff used the same elevators as guests. No signage or instructions placed to direct to second elevator at opposite end of building. Mostly garage parking with limited outdoor parking for larger vehicles not mentioned on website. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know. Would stay here again.

It was a great stay. The front desk persons were nice, however the parking garage was a hassle…the card would stop working and the gate lifted towards you possibly hitting the vehicle while going up.

We enjoyed our stay here, although there were a few hiccups. We had booked this hotel specifically for their pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool would be closed for the entirety of our stay due to roof repairs (hurricane damage). There were shingles in & around the pool area, as well as the perimeter of the property, as the workers were just tossing their construction garbage 4 floors down. There were a few dumpsters present, but I was still worried we would drive over whatever was being tossed off the roof. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from a sister hotel location for pool access but booking this was a bit of nightmare. We had called the hotel numerous times with no answer, so we had to pay for a Lyft to bring us back to our hotel. The bathroom fan was broken with a painful squeak. The staff, Blake specifically, were all very kind & beyond helpful - but it was a bit of a disappointment. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The staff did their best to keep the place clean, however the whole hotel had a moldy smell, spoiled and discolored carpet, holes in the ceiling, chipped paint, cracks in the mirror, weird tv placement, and chicken bones in the fire pit. Overall the stay wasn't pleasant and I didn't feel comfortable the whole time I was there. This place needs major renovations done. I would never stay at this location again.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I booked two rooms for a family trip, the room smells, one of the room was poorly lighted and they was heavy smell of cigarette and staleness in the air. The hallways were dirty and the carpets on the floor in the room looks like it’s not been cleaned for a long time. It looks extremely dirty and slimy. We could not stay in the hotel with my 11 months old and 7 yrs old kids due to the strong cigarette smell and sanitation level of the hotel. If you care for your safety and health, stay away from this hotel

Hotel desperately needs remodel. not very clean. Men's room on ground floor had used toilet paper on floor for at least 2 days--disgusting. Breakfast was fair. Overall, not at all like experience I have had at other Hyatt branded hotels, especially not the experience I have had at other Hyatt House hotels.

The hotel had roaches. The roaches were in the microwave. The room was filthy and had a terrible odor. Hotel staff didn’t do anything to accommodate my stay after showing Them pictures of the roaches. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This property is poorly maintained, it’s time to use all the money the Hyatt has to upgrade some things on this property, starting with the disgusting moldy carpets. I saw a cockroach in our room and we had to purchase air fresheners to make our room smell better. The couches in our room were full of stains. I understand you get what you pay for but this was overboard. Nonetheless, the staff were great.

The room was disgusting as well as the facility. The ceiling had traces of mold and mildew. I went in the room to lay across the bed in the bedroom but the television didn't work. I went downstairs to speak with the attendant about it. While doing this my wife and daughter called and said that there were roaches in the room. I immediately packed up my family and left the facility within 15 minutes. This was a terrible experience for me and my family. This was not as advertised. I will be seeking a full refund. Thank you in advance.

The room a/c made a loud bang noise every time it came on and turned off. The unit is located above the shower and has a metal access panel that seems to be the source of the noise. I could not run the a/c while sleeping. The room itself was cool when I walked in. And the layout is very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

It’s an older Hyatt they hide the smell of mold with a fragrant perfume. The room was spacious but the air conditioning wasn’t working it stayed 73 in the room and there wasn’t great ventilation . When the bathroom light was on the ventilator was also on and it’s noisy sounds like it may fall from the ceiling. The room was spacious we did have a kitchenette the bed wasn’t terrible nor was the couch. The floor was uneven but they offer feee breakfast and the pool was open. Not the best not the worst air was the main issue for us oh and the housecleaned coming and knocking on the door at 9 in the morning hours before check out.

The rooms have been renovated recently so all the furnishing are in great condition. The carpets need changing. The kitchenette was all set up with dishes and silverware. I’ll stay there again.

Fairly cheap hotel in a good location near galleria. The pool looked nice but I didn’t go in, the rooms were a little dated, extractor fan in the bathroom was like a jumbo jet, air con was similar whenever that kicked in too. Otherwise everything else was good

I really liked the hotel. The room was comforfable and well laid out. Ine touch I appreciated was the lighting. The lamps had warm lighting. Often hotels have the brightest bulbs in lamps which wear on the eyes. There was also a nice,large, L-shaped sofa. There was a great division between the living and sleeping area. And, the kitchen was well equpipped. Another nice touch was the mirror with coat hooks at the door. The suite was really comfortable for long-term stay. Last my room faced a larger internal court with the pool; that made it nice and quiet during the night.

Upon check-in at 3 pm I was told that there was no available clean rooms. I did not get a room until 7pm. Then upon check-out the receipt I received said one price but my card was charged an different price. When I called the hotel and asked it they didn't know what I was talking about.

I will say all staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The hotel was well kept and smelled of fresh laundry throughout. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which is spacious and almost comfortable. When making the reservation I specifically chose a handicap accessible room as I’m an amputee using a Walker to get around. The disappointment happened when it comes to the bathroom. Just because the room has a walk-in shower doesn’t make it accessible. Just because that shower has a grab bar doesn’t make that accessible. When using a mobility device, there has to be enough room for you to get in close the door and turn around and in my particular room, I found going to the bathroom and in the shower very frustrating because there wasn’t enough room to open the door with the shower door open and toilet in the way… the struggle was real. Because I was only staying one night I didn’t make it an issue. However, I would advise your staff to really be aware of the requirements of the Americans with disabilities act entails to truly make it an accessible space. Being able to turn around in the bathroom is important and being able to do that and being able to close the door for privacy is kind of a big deal. When a disabled guest arrives (especially those using a mobility device walker, scooter, wheelchair ) and has requested an accessible room it’s not just one shower rail that we need. A roll in shower with multiple handrails and space to maneuver is what’s necessary.

The check-in time is 3 pm as stated in itinerary. The lady at the front desk told us too when we arrived at 2:45 pm. At 3 pm, another lady took over while the other left for the day. We stayed for only one night I was skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews but my group of 4 loved it. The location was excellent and walkable with various stores including cvs which was a plus. However, the late night manager was super rude to me over the phone even hanging up on me in the middle of me talking. I won’t let that take away from me liking the place, I would stay again.

The stay was so average , we had a noisy room near the road , one elevator was out of service , ice machine wasn’t working. The worst part was when I walked into the parking lot and saw a car right next to me broken into! With a shattered window! I definitely won’t stay there again!

Hotel was nice. Not far from the mall and plenty of restaurants. Location is very convenient. Breakfast options were good. Pool was nice. Only downside is parking. I don't understand why parking is $25 per night when you're a guest at the hotel. It's literally attached to the building.

Quiet neighborhood just next to the Galleria area. Seemed very safe and was convenient. The building itself needs some maintenance. One of only two elevators was not working and the staff seemed to be unaware although it had to be obvious since staff used the same elevators as guests. No signage or instructions placed to direct to second elevator at opposite end of building. Mostly garage parking with limited outdoor parking for larger vehicles not mentioned on website. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know. Would stay here again.

The surrounding area was filled with lush green trees and gorgeous architecture, while also being in close proximity to the water wall and a few parks worth visiting with your family or your loved one for a quiet lunch. It wasn’t a big deal to me but I do mean to mention the entrance gate to the parking deck is cut off so you have to go in and out of the exit side.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate our requests. We were disappointed that there were no dining options our first evening, but that issue was resolved the second evening. One of the shuttle drivers was very rude, but the others were delightful. The Hotel Restaurant was closed. We specifically book hotels with their own restaurants after a long day of travel so we don't have to go back out and eat dinner. The Hotel was dirty everywhere - Hallways, elevators, entry, parking garage etc. Looks like the don't own a vacuum cleaner. The breakfast was subpar. The Scrambled eggs were a giant block of egg and the fruit was brown and very nasty. This hotel doesn't deserve the name "Hyatt" to be associated with it.

The AC water drips into our shower, room 431, from all the condensation from the AC units, so you have to keep the bathroom door closed and it will muffle the sound, during the season of AC useage. The toilet seat was broken and we asked them to fix it while we were there for 4 nights, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, hot, and there was a variety of foods and drinks. I loved how we could park in the garage on our floor level and walk right into our floor from the parking garage. It felt like a little more private that way.
