Wonderful family run hotel. Pool is awesome, outdoor seating area with grill is lovely. We actually spent one night on our way from NY to Texas and made a point to stay there on our way home. Great little place!

Room was ok. Bed was very firm. They had two treadmills but one wasn’t working. Breakfast was packaged goods with four choices of cereal (it was advertised as continental just smaller offering than i expected) Fresh fruit choices were good Staff was very pleasant and all greeted me. It is located nicely in Florence with easy access to 75 and restaurants

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was a little dated, but very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The room was very big with a nice kitchenette and living area which was very spacious. There was a DVD player in the room and a DVD library in the lobby where you could borrow movies to watch in your room. We thought that was very cool and fun. We were only there for a two night stay for business, but we slept well and wouldn't have any problem staying longer in this hotel. We Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Check in was no problem. Very friendly upon check in. They aren't staffed all the time so if checking in late arrangements would need to be made. Grill and pool area was nice. We got 2 queen beds, but i think we lucked out with a suite, the room was huge, with a couch, chair, fridge, stove. Was great. Its not a new hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

Such a nice, quaint hotel. Truly a gem. Yes, as other reviewers have said, the hotel is a little older, but it has been well maintained and updated inside. For those traveling with a dog, there is a grassy area to take them to use the bathroom. Very pleased with the hotel, staff, location, and price. We arrived late, but check in, without staff, was very easy and well explained when we arrived. Very nicely decorated for the holidays.

The after hours check in was awesome. The property had a coded lock box with my key and paperwork waiting for me Shower was excellent. My only negative was the TV kept popping up warnings about HD signal failure and I couldn't pull up the guide. No big deal, as it was late and i just wanted some noise, but for a longer stay it would be frustrating. Either way I'm happy to give my business to a local than a major corporation

Left a banana out for breakfast in kitchen area only to find a roach crawling on it when I went to retrieve it in the morning. Checked in late and it wasn't clear that there'd be no staff after a certain time which wasn't an issue but the door key locker that has my room key had faded instructions on the locker with name on it and I put in the wrong code and locked me out for 5 mins. Also saw a small cricket behind my toilet and some type of spray bottle left behind bed. Also nightstand light was unplugged for some reason and the plug head was underneath the actual light stand it all made for a underwhelming experience. Other than that it seemed like it was in a decent area and the people around I saw seemed friendly and beds seemed clean after inspection. Definitely room for improvement...

Hall had old old carpet, smelled like old chicken grease throughout hall. Half updated inside. Questionable location of rooms, if you opened blinds, people could see inside your room, pretty sketchy. People in car smoking weed. Cars parked in handicap parking that did not have placard or tags. We had to park far away. There was no one to check you in, just a note and your keys were in a mailbox type deal. Pretty sure it'll be the first and last time, we ended up leaving earlier than planned.

I arrived around 9:30 and staff was gone for the night, so I accessed my key from a lockbox. There didn’t appear to be an elevator at ground level so I carried my suitcase up to the 3rd floor. My room smelled like strong perfume. The furniture and decor were very old and dated.

This is not a big chain hotel, and it is not super modernized or anything... But what it lacks in modern updates, it makes up for (in leaps and bounds) with the spacious rooms, the full-blown kitchen and dinette area, three beds, and the homey feel! This is a charming hotel that we felt like we were taking a trip back to the 90's when you were treated more like a guest!

I had an excellent stay. The room was fabulou, and recently remodeled. There is a full kitchen with dishes, pots, utensils, and a microwave and full refrigerator. I'm definitely planning to stay here again!!!

The rooms are in need of a face-lift for sure. It also stayed hot despite having the A/C on the lowest temp and highest fan setting. It's just not big enough to cool the whole room. However, I loved having a full kitchen. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was well worth the price and we would stay again.

I gave 5 stars before but now I realize that the Manager was working...not tonight. It was a younger girl and her barefoot boyfriend or coworker...not sure but they were gone when I came to check in. I waited 15 minutes until they got there from somewhere other than work. Later we saw them disappear into one of the rooms together... very unprofessional on top of bare feet in the building, especially IF this was an employee, even if he's the boyfriend... what the heck is he doing there? Sorry Ashley Quarters...very disappointed

Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, we were behind schedule and would not arrive before 8 pm, the latest check-in time. I called the hotel around 7:30 until 8, but no one answered, so we could not stay. This is unacceptable!!~ If you are going to list hours that your business is open, stand behind them!

We reserved three rooms for two nights and all three were clean and comfortable. The manager, Eric, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived just in time for a pizza party in the lobby on Wednesday evening. We would return again if ever travelling through that part of the country. Breakfast was a lot of pre-packaged foods but was definitely adequate for our needs.

The pictures look nicer than reality. It was okay, but we got off to a bad start with no one there to check us in. Sign said they'd be back at 8, but no one there at 8:15, but we spotted the self check-in sign, and were able to do that. The entrance isn't handy, as there are narrow stairs to carry luggage up, and then when we're rudely greeted by the office staff by telling the kids to hurry up the stairs to get out of her way... wasn't really very welcoming. And, the follow up comments after that were just as snippy. Reception area and hallways all had a strange smell to them, but we concluded that must have been from someone cooking something in their microwave, as the smell wasn't there in morning. As for the room... it was spacious, and seemed clean. Things were more worn out / outdated than the photos show certainly. But, not bad. Breakfast is pretty limited, but sufficient. Staff in the morning was more friendly, just seems that if there's any issues overnight, you'll be on your own.

Eric was so nice to work for us to get into our room as soon as possible since the airline messed up our arrival time. The room was great, with the bonus of the kitchen amenities. I loved the family atmosphere of the place, including the nice breakfast options, a guest laundry facility, and they even offered free pizza to the guests on Wednesday night! It was also a plus that they provided extra needed items to grab (towels, Kleenex, etc in a central location if you needed it. The only drawback was the tv reception wasn’t always good, but I don’t think it was their fault. But they did supply dvd players in the room and a whole library of movies to check out for free.

Ashley Quaters hotel is the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The rooms are extra clean. BK is within walking distance ( next door) and Golden Corral is about 3 blocks, within walking distance. There is shopping within walking distance behind the hotel. The hotel is within 20 miles or less from the ark encounter and creation museum, about half way between the two and 11 miles from the Cincinnati zoo. I highly recommend Ashley Quaters Hotel.

We checked in late and left early for a flight, so can’t comment on the breakfast. I really appreciated having microwave and dishes in the room, so we could bring some dinner and make coffee before we left. The room was very clean, staff was super nice, and it’s a quick and easy drive to the airport. The only negative was that someone before us had set the clock alarm to go off at midnight; it was so loud that I’m sure adjacent rooms could hear it.

We chose this hotel for its great location, value, and amenities and it checked all the boxes! The kitchen, free breakfast, and outdoor saltwater pool were exactly what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to April, who hosted the daily breakfast; she always made sure there was plenty of food and a warm atmosphere to start the day. While the hotel is a little dated, it was very clean, functional, and felt safe. It’s a great option for longer stays, families, groups, or anyone who prefers the convenience of preparing their own meals with in-room kitchenettes or full kitchens. The location is central—perfect for visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We highly recommend Ashley Quarters and sincerely thank the whole team for helping make our trip so memorable!

Great little hotel. I appreciate that it is family owned. Clean, easy to navigate, easy to get in and out of from I-75/I-71 with plenty of things to do nearby. Rooms are spacious and I felt they are a really good value. Breakfast is continental - muffins, donuts, poptarts, and similar. Coffee was good and entire staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked the Family Suite for a girls trip. It was fantastic! We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel that we could. Stocked up on ice and water in our drink cups daily on our way out the door, ate a light breakfast each morning, relaxed at the pool one day, enjoyed the outdoor pavilion area nightly.

My stay was good. No issues. I appreciated breakfast was open later on the weekends. I also seen they have a pizza party on Wednesdays. I love that simple touch. If I'm ever in the area again. I would book with them again. The bed was softer than i would like, but it didn't keep me from having a good night's rest.

Wonderful hotel! Convenient to the highway and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and very convenient to include a complete kitchen. The bathroom shower was awesome. Understand that this hotel is older and could use a bit of maintenance such as paint touchups and replacing some worn carpet. But very good nonetheless. The continental breakfast was very good which included coffee, tea, apple juice, milk , hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, and fruit. The attendant, April, was very friendly and provided great service. It could be a bit better if they provided a few more food options such as waffles, OJ, takeaway egg sandwiches, etc, Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
