Liked the price. Did not like the shoulder height showed heads, patched holes in walls, rotting eaves and roof line, light in window all night to bright unable to sleep. Not big enough room darkening shades to cover entire windows, carpets were dirty and stained. 1 Small bath towel, 1 hand and one wash cloth per person. No water in dirty pool, wall a/c unit was extremely old, bent, and filthy. But the price was about $75.00

Pool looked like a swamp pond and roaches in the rooms

Not very friendly or welcoming. Pool was disgusting. Room door lock works backwards, seal around door was missing sections and outside light coming through. HVAC thermostat didn't function. This brand facility is usually much better.

Pool broken, original room door knob broken, roach in room, extremely tiny room. We left after 15 minutes and stayed somewhere else

Falsely advertises a spa/hot tub & pool. The pool was dirty. NO SPA/ HOT TUB. No hair dryer in the room or motel period. TV was on the fritz.

The pictures are highly misleading. This is a poorly kept facility and definitely not somewhere I would ever stay again. We booked this for 2 nights with our kids but after the first night we moved to another hotel. It didn't feel safe, was not very clean, and the room was incredibly small. The pool is green and slimy, door on the shower wouldn't completely close and was super short. The walls were pretty dingy and even the television didn't have channels that came in without fuzz. Would not recommend.

The check in process was quick and straightforward. I enjoyed the light discussion of the individual who helped me check in. I did have concern only in two areas. The first is the wifi does seem to go in and out of connection. The second is the pool does not seem to be usable at this time.

Chose this place on price Bad idea. Near dead cockroach in the bathroom. Bed pretty bad. Unidentifiable smell when I arrived. Second floor room with no elevator. Would not stay here again, unless I was broke.

There were a lot of men standing at and around the stairs drinking staring and making me uncomfortable. They stayed out near our door all hours of the night being really loud.. The only breakfast was cereal that was old and stale, bananas that were brown, there was bread and a waffle maker that had mix put in the cup and make yourself it and that seemed okay but the juice machine had nats around it.. When you walk in to check in they have peoples drivers license posted on the wall showing all their information like the license number, address and date of birth. He said they were bad people that talked too much and he didn’t care that he didn’t have their information blocked out. There was screaming and yelling outside our door and constant traffic of people all hours of night. There were a few roachs in the room and the bathroom. The bed was broke, you could see where it sloped down and sagged in the middle. The towels didn’t even dry your body they were so thin. The pool was greenish and mercy not clear like in the pictures st all and people were sitting there getting high while the kids swam and I don’t care but I don’t want to smell it.. I definitely won’t be staying again and I hope my drives license doesn’t get posted because I made this comment but I couldn’t not say something. But we only paid $65

Bed bugs! I'm beyond disgusted! We switched rooms after we called the manager to our room to show him crawling bed bugs! Dirty sheets and comforter as well! The room we transferred to also was filthy dirty!

There was mold in the bathroom and all around in the shower. Shower door did not latch. bathroom door broken , strip on floor between the main room and bathroom was missing and many kinds of bugs . Had to kill bugs multiple times. LuckI bring sanitizer spray with me . Would not ever stay there again.

Everything was great except the 3 cockroaches that met me in the bathroom in the first minute of being there. Floor was dirty and had crumbs. It was not clean

The hotel room smelled and the shower was dirty. Don’t stay here, should not be listed on Hotels.com website

The room was so disgusting we did not stay in the room at all. The front desk avoided us to check out and would not respond to our complaints. Bugs in the bed and stained sheets upon arrival

We paid $300 for a room that was so dirty. Floors were caked with dirt. The bed had multiple hairs on the sheets. Would not recommend.

The property is rundown and neglected. Our floor had water damage. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Bedding had holes all over it and the mattress itself should have been thrown out. Uneven snd not worth sleeping on

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and wifi was fast. Great for a tight budget. Not a lot of amenities, but it gave me what I needed for a quick overnight trip.

I've never stayed at Amer Best before, I will never do so again. I know this is a budget motel, and I had doubts before arrival. Prices were crazy because of the concert weekend, so this was the choice I made. The beds were a joke!! Smell of smoke, few bugs, noisy, toilet continuously running, so many things... If my husband wasn't with me, I definitely would not have stayed there, I didn't trust the lock on the door! I feel terrible about taking my family to this place. Staff was friendly but no thanks!!

Room was super small - which we were fine with. Room is very old. Metal door frames were rusty. But the bed was conformable enough. No bugs (I always check for bed bugs no matter the hotel). Room had a super strong bleach smell that was coming from the bathroom. It was so strong my husband felt nauceous from it. So we closed the bath door and left the fan on while we were gone for the afternoon/eve. Asked for an extra blanket and pillow - which the staff left in the room for us while we were out. The air conditioning, while it cooled the room off extremely well, the room still felt somewhat humid. Would I stay here again? Probably if it was another busy weekend in Stillwater. The price was good for a game weekend. On any other day, probably not. Overall, OK.

The room was small and smelled awful. Beds were broken down and foot sat higher than the head. Nothing close to pictures shown.

It was clean , definitely old and small. Pillows were rock hard and so was bed. It was good enough on a pinch

The beds were smaller and there was minimal room to maneuver. We were upstairs and the cement and stens were old cracked. It was clean but TV had minimal channels and was fuzzy. Office was locked/ at 8 am and no way to check out. We left keys in mail slot at that door. Defiantly good for 1-3 people but recommend not going during calf fry weekend.

The room was very small. 2 queen beds were in the room. However both beds were against each wall with only about 12inches between. ceiling light was out. could not see if the beds clean. Beds were very low and not good. No light on stand between them. No internet. No phone. No water in sink. Towels were very inadequate. No kleenx. No bolt lock on door. Area did not look safe outside. Do not recommend this to anybody. We did not stay and left after about 30 minutes evaluating the room.

Dishonest trash. Had reservations for 6 months. Management sold my rooms for more money since a concert was in town. But never cancelled with my via hotels.com. Tried to leave me stranded

The manager was very helpful. His name was Alimul Kadir. He came up to my room to replace my remote control for my TV and also made me a new pot of coffee after the coffee had run out after breakfast hours.

The showers were filled with soap scum and black mold. Absolutely disgusting place to stay. When we got locked out of our room the staff was very rude but eventually helped us get back into our room. The room smelled terrible. The beds and pillows were run down and heavily used.

Not a nice or modern place, but there was good service, and it was about as clean as I'd expect. I got what i paid for, which is a good thing. No bugs or anything.

Sketchy motel already, but at one point a second group of people were given keys to our room and came in while I was changing.

check-in was a joke. no access to a check-in desk but had to buzz a ringer which was broke. since buzzer didn`t work there was a phone number to call. I would be embaress to represent this so called motel. worse place in my 79 years

Worst stay ever. Nasty Run down place. People drinking and smoking weed all night. Room was absolutely nasty. Slept with a gun praying my truck would still be there

It was easy to find. Rates are affordable.

Front desk aria looked like someone lived and slept there. The whole property is dirty and sketchy as heck. Shower head was about chest height. Roofers started working at 8:00am. So much for sleeping in.

Room was dirty, was noisy outside with questionable looking people roaming around. Looked like people were living there. Not a safe environment. We left after 30 min.

I came to town for the college rodeo so I was looking for a last minute room. The check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my room, it was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again when we have to come to town. It was located in the edge of town so there was not a lot of traffic noise, easy to get to, very adorable and was a comfortable stay.

The worst hotel I have ever been in, mold in the bathroom and in the shower. l was afraid to take my shoes off. very noisy, there are people living in rooms month to month.

I was concerned about reserving this property but was told by a friend that it was clean. When we arrived there were people living on the property, drug usage going on, and general loitering of questionable people. When we arrived to our room the bed looked like it had just been slept in, garbage in the garbage can, bathroom floor pealing up from mold and blood on the wall in the room!! We immediately told the desk attendant and they apologized and offered another room which we declined. Then submitted a refund via Orbitz and I had to call Orbitz to get the refund processed to me which was an extremely quick and easy phone call.

Disgusting rooms nothing like pictures and people are that are are sketchy to say the least. We were booked for 2 nights but left next day and the motel I’m sure cleaned our room and resold it but wouldn’t give me any money back. Tv we got 2 channels and the rest static. Dead flies on floor. Next morning took a shower felt like falling thru floor. No coffee in breakfast area at 816 am breakfast was a few pieces of bread and some nasty muffins and gross stale cereal. Never ever again. Stay away

No hot water for tea. No napkins at breakfast.

Bugs everywhere even in our bed. I have pictures showing the nasty shower. No coffee maker or microwave. Breakfast was cereal , no milk. They do not refill if something is out . We ended up with a banana. Light all around the door like it had been kicked in. Bugs filled light fixtures. Refrigerator didn’t cool and was rusty. Toilet broke and the manager was rude.
