I liked the security of the elevator pass cards and the cleanly rooms

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Home 2 Suites, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and modern aesthetics of the facility. The updated decor added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Safety was a top priority throughout our stay, providing peace of mind for my family. The well-lit grounds and secure parking added an extra layer of reassurance, and the easy check-in process streamlined our arrival. Our room was a haven of comfort, boasting lush furnishings and cozy amenities that made us feel right at home. The highly adjustable mini blinds allowed us to customize our privacy and lighting preferences, while the television provided a plethora of channels for entertainment. Although the pool wasn't heated as advertised, it didn't deter my kids from enjoying every moment. The well-kept grounds provided ample space for relaxation and recreation, ensuring that our family had plenty of options for fun and leisure. Overall, our stay at Home 2 Suites, exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt safe, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, family-friendly retreat with impeccable service and amenities.

The bathroom light didn’t work, and they could not fix it. Also, only 2 towels provided. AND… only one elevator worked. Horrible.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were roomy and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet average. Pool area and gym average.

Our only disappointment was the pool heater was out. Other than that we all had an excellent experience first time ever staying here. I will stay there for any other time I’m in area.Staff were so courteous and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for better people.Breakfast was way more than we expected. It had so much variety we definitely enjoyed it. Thank You

First off, I rarely, if ever, give a negative review. I have stayed here before on business. It was okay, then, not great, but okay. Pool was closed and breakfast was not very good, but thought I\'d give it another chance. 6 months later - pool heater doesn\'t work, but it\'s open if you want to swim in 60° water. Evening check in staff was borederline rude, but did give me extra towels when requested. We had only one bath towel in the room where 2 of us were staying. Bed was worn out with big dip in the middle. Room thermostat didn\'t work. It took 4 hours to heat from 64° to 70° and it wouldn\'t stay warm. A maintainence man came to fix it the next morning while my roommate was showering and I was getting dressed. Bathroom sink light was out. Tub was extremely slow draining during shower - water above ankles. Dirty dishes in dish washer. Breakfast was a prepackaged omlet or sausage sandwich or cereal or waffle. While it fulfills "full breakfast" criteria, with the cost of the room, breakfast should be better quality than gas station food. I will NOT be staying here again.

The hotel was very clean, well lit and close to everything. Staff were very nice and friendly. It has an outdoor dining area, comfortable lobby seating and an outdoor leisure area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean and modern. It had a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen items like silverware, cups, plates and bowls. The room had a sitting area with couch and ottoman. All the room amenities were fantastic and better than any hotel I have stayed in in the past. The breakfast was less than stellar - premade reheated breakfast sandwiches. Not impressed. But outside in the lack of breakfast offerings I would absolutely stay here again. I would just know to go elsewhere for breakfast.

After sleeping in the bed the first night I discovered large toenail clippings in the bed. Front desk did not even offer apology but said I had declined housekeeping so there was nothing he could do. I asked for clean sheets and changed them myself.

Once again, the art of the customer experience is out the door. Myself and another gentleman waited at the unattended front desk for about ten minutes before someone (pleasant) came to the front. My room, although it was a well maintained space (maintenance-wise), the room wreaked of urine. By the time I found the source of the smell, there was nobody to come and clean it up on-site any longer. I was promised that someone would come and take care of it by 9am the following morning. I waited until 1030am and it didn't happen. I walked down and the next inattentive person at the front was nonchalant about my followup complaint. I left and came back a few hours later and the spots were remedied, but the stench still engulfed the room. I asked the maid playing loud, explicit music from her phone that was next door if they had anything to get rid of the odor. She went in and sprayed the room and I sat outside for a bit before going into the room again.

The room was filthy & disgusting with stains on furniture. Overall cleanliness was less than impressive. If you zoom in on the picture you can clearly see blood on the napkin!

The hotel smelled like sewage. In the morning my son found a bug in his bed. We let the front desk know and emailed them a picture of the bug. We were told management would reach out to us but that dud not happen. We will not be staying here again.

Great location, just minutes away from the OSU campus. A wide variety of dining options are literally right next door. The rooms were very clean. And the staff was really friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Stillwater.

The front desk clerk was very nice and made checkin easy. When we got to the room the condition of the room was deplorable. The bedding on both beds was disgusting with a variety of stains. The top edge of the quilt was brown with use and had obviously not been changed in a while. The floor had not been swept. The pullout couch was filthy with stains and long, black hairs all over it. Under the pullout couch had piles of crumbs, dust, fingernail clippings and even a dried up contact. The front desk clerk was kind and brought us the only clean blankets she could acquire, but there was no extra clean bedding. A spare pillow for the pullout couch had what appeared to be dried blood and drool staining. We tried the pool which was open, but the heating element was broken. Our kids were thrilled to swim, but we soon had to leave because they were shivering with blue lips.

A nice stay. Very clean. Zero complaints.

Showers had mildew, they carpet seem super dirty, the whole building poor kept. Some lights were not working. Paying almost $350 for one truly not worth it.

Great location next to a Starbucks. Nice hotel with great beds. Black out curtains were fantastic. Would stay here again. Hotel breakfast was enough to feed the family. They had oatmeal, waffle station, pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches, and bagels.

Large rooms, very useable space, lots of countertops. Our stay was short so we did not cook, use large refrigerator or dishwasher! Good breakfast provided. Hope to stay in one of the again sometime.

Price was raised for the night I stayed because of graduation and it was not worth the price I was charged. The only good thing was I could walk to my destination. Bed was very uncomfortable and it was very noisy. I was charged 500 for a night of discomfort. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone….

Very spacious

The sleeper sofas were the worst i have ever encountered. First...no sheets provided. Second it was like laying on a piece of cardboard over springs. Bar pokes you in the middle of your back. Just sitting on the couch before converting to a bed makes your behind sore...way too hard. You have the worst pillows ever. Way too soft. Had to fold over a bunch. The bed itself was good. The cover on the bed is too heavy. Breakfast is one giant choice of preservative food items. I cant eat preservatives. I appreciated the kitchen. Thank you for the opportunity to provide input.

The only change would be to change to a traditional door for the bathroom. The barn door does not close all the way and does not provide full privacy.

We always stay here, it's such a big room with a full kitchen, and tons of storage.

The air unit in our room didn’t have power/wouldn’t turn on for heat, didn’t realize til late. Two pillows without pillow cases. Bathtub cracked in large areas with thin repair over that flaked off when wet. Front desk staff was fantastic at check-in, hotel was very clean aside from the issue in our bathroom.

Check in was smooth, no issues. When we got to the room, booked for 3 people, there was only one bath towel, no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. I went to the front desk and asked for the missing linens. I was provided with one sheet, one pillow and one towel. I asked for a blanket and another towel and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they could look in another room and was told no and that I would need to figure it out on my own.

It was close to the concert venue. We couldn’t check in at 3:00 like is posted because they didn’t have rooms ready. There were multiple people waiting on rooms. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair and buggers in the shower still. There was hair on the sheets and pillows. We ended up checking in at midnight because the room wasn’t ready before the event we were going to.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very family friendly. Several restaurants were walkable.

We had 3 unrelated people traveling together and specifically reserved a room with 2 beds and 1 fold out. At check in, we were told the hotel was overbooked, and they were downgrading us to a room with 1 bed and 1 fold out. We were repeatedly told there was nothing that could be done. The manager even suggested that 2 of us share a bed. It wasn’t until we escalated the situation that the hotel finally budged. They ended up giving us a second room, but it was like pulling teeth to accomplish that.

Arrived well after check in time and waited along with several other guest aa rooms weren't yet cleaned and available.....missed a planned event due to extensive wait time and once given keys they still didnt work so had to get reprogrammed. Just seemed unusual and not very prepared

We had a great stay and will definitely return! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the patio.

Lady at the front desk was very helpful and remedied an issue very quickly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is in a good location, walkable to food options and having the kitchen in the room is a huge bonus.

Went to football game and the hotel was within walking distance so didn’t have to find/pay for a parking spot at the game. I wasn’t really in the hotel for all that long, but it’s clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed Wednesday-Saturday and they never cleaned the room even though it states that room cleaning is every other day. The breakfast was not appealing at all except for the yogurt. The rest was prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that were still in the package and was microwaved. The water backed up in the shower and took 15-20mins to drain after jiggling the plug around. There was no body soap in the bottle but I brought my own anyway. We also had to get more towels since housekeeping never refreshed the room. On a positive it does have a Starbucks in the parking lot and close to several places to eat.

The shower water pressure was great! The breakfast and the late check-out was probably the best part of our stay.

We were a little disappointed with 2 things. First, our shower’s shower gel dispenser was empty and the shampoo dispenser lid fell off. Also, our kitchen area was not well stocked with utensils. Second, they did not prepare enough food at breakfast and didn’t have anymore to add. They said they were expecting a shipment later in the day. They also ran out of plates and people were having to ask. There didn’t seem to be anyone monitoring the breakfast area. We chose this specific brand of hotel because we had stayed at one previously and loved it. We were underwhelmed by our stay there last night.

Every morning the breakfast was very sub par. We were told our rooms would be cleaned every other day of our stay. We stayed for 4 nights and never had our rooms cleaned once.

My stay was good overall. My only complaints are the bed, not much hot water for showers, breakfast was cold, and the heat didn’t work. Every day I was here, when waking up my room would be 64 degrees..
