DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked this hotel for two nights during OSU move in week. As soon as I walked into the hotel it smelled of cigarettes. I went to my room and the room was warm. The air was set to 68 but was either not keeping up with the heat or was just turned on. I went to the front office and was told there were no other rooms available. I decided to wait and see if it would cool. It did not after three hours. I checked to see if other hotels had openings and none did due to it being college move in week. I asked the front desk if they had any fans or something to help cool the room. They offered no help and told me the AC doesn't work great in most rooms. I told the front desk i expected a discount for how uncomfortable the room was and was told it was added to the notes fir check out bc she didnt have authority to make the discount. At check out they didn't honor the discount. They didn't have to bc I had no where I could go in town. Besides bad customer service the hotels pool is closed and on the third floor off the elevator there are loose tiles that catch on your feet and suitcase. The entire place smells of cigarettes and there are signs everywhere asking you not to smake. It needs a remodel. The bathroom was gross. I also asked for someone to come clean mine and was told housekeeping had already gone home. I checked out early and stayed 30min away.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff I encountered were helpful. However, pool was broke. Hot tub was broke. Multiple tiles broken throughout. Laundry facilities broke. Back door card reader broke. So so much broke but prices didn't reflect no amenities. Probably will not stay here again

Hotel is a above average , bathrooms have signs of water damage around the tub, shower head needs replaced, in places there is mold present in the caulking. Air conditioner worked well in 100 plus heat. Bed was average in comfort, Hallways have a strong musty order. Price of rooms was better than anything else in Stillwater, Decent hotel with a good price range.
