The electricity was tripped and that was easily reset once going to the office. We cranked up the heat but really never got warm. We ended sleeping with coats on. It was a very cold day. Parking lot was really icy. Definitely a cheap hotel experience.

Great price but don't expect much. Poor lighting and hardwood floors. Fridge and microwave did not work. No hot water in the tub/shower. Parking lot was poorly plowed - almost got stuck in the slush. Otherwise secure and comfortable.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. Literally looked worse than a homeless shelter. Nothing worked in room. Fans broken, taps, no screens in window, beds were full of dirt/food and god knows what else. Walks were super dirty and floors. Both stays different rooms but still exact quality and condition. You get what you pay for. It’s a place to sleep..that’s it. No pool here it’s back filled with sand.

Nothing works there,they have vending machines that are broke, but don't put out of order signs on them, the washer and dryer are the same, the bathroom light in room didn't work and the heater kept shutting off not cold water and room key had to be replaced multiple times and manager had to use master key once, I will never stay there again

The fire detector was not working, the bathroom was repainted but the tape was still up and there was plaster and paint covering up the smoke detector. The bathtub/shower was very cracked. The ice machine didn’t work. It was very noisy till after midnight with people partying .

The rooms were recently updated but the exterior of the building was horrible, metal railing was rusting and decaying, the dumpster was overflowing, tied off bags of trash were piled everywhere at the back of the lot. The area was very noisy with traffic sounds and slamming doors.

the shower curtain was dirty and crusty on the bottom. the pillows were so wore out, more like half a pillow. the laundry room upstairs was so loud, it vibrated thru the walls, loudly. the outside area full of cigarette butts and garbage. Not on my list of returning.

Very dirty not painted the pool was covered with plastic horrible They didn't notify me that I didn't have a room and tell the day of my arrival at 4:30 when I was already at another hotel Very poor management makes the Motel 6 look Really bad When Not recommend anybody to go there They should pay for my hotel I had to get I was alone with 3 children how sad my children are even scared when they see the hotel

When I first arrived and checked in, two men were grilling hamburgers in front of my room. The parking lot outside my room had a large dumpster parked in it, two water heaters, and two air conditioners laying next to the dumpster. I decided to come back. A few hours later I came back to find a chair in front of my door with black hair all around it. Someone got a haircut. I looked in the window of my room only to find that one of the beds was leaning vertically against the wall. I complained to the front desk and he informed me they didn't have any clean rooms with two beds. I tried to get a refund, but he said I had to do that through Expedia. I left in disgust and stayed at another hotel.

This room was filthy! Roaches crawling in the bathtub, only one light working in bedroom. The floor was “sticky” to walk on. We left was soon as we could the next morning. Sleep in your car… it is cleaner and safer!

It was absolutely disgusting. The floors were filthy. I found an old cigarette that has been used by the mattress. The shower was filled with dirt. I asked for a better room and they said that was the cleanest one which def has not been cleaned in who knows how long. Had a whole above the tv with a towel shoved in it. The towels were dirty. Comb webs in corners. They were rude about fixing or any kind of refund for the filthy room we were given.

Dirty. I wish I could post video of our room, the exposed part of the bed frame at the end of the beds had dirt/crumbs/hair in them. The floor was dirty and still had pet food in the corner. The bathtub and toilet seat had cigarette burns all over it. Paint splatters on the counter, sink, and air conditioning unit. The pillows were old and lumpy and the blanket on the bed we did use had an odd smell. The bed that we didn’t sleep in, but put our luggage on, rattled every time we touched it.

Honestly I’ve never been the person to write reviews but holy is this place horrible the staff seems nice but my room had stains on the bed,floors,bathroom the doors seem to have have been kicked in just over all looked like 3 homeless people trashed the place for a year an then tried to clean it but you can’t expect no luxury in a 2 star motel 6 lol I just thought maybe atleast the beds would have been clean an free of stains but that was not the case I would definitely not recommend staying here I would pay the extra for a hotel room with a clean rep

I don’t know the last time the place had actually been mopped. There was dirt all over the floor. It was disgusting. I bumped the fridge and bugs came just flying out of it. I had to stomp on them. If I had more time, I would’ve definitely went down to the office complained and asked for a refund and went and found a different hotel but it was late and I was tired, but it was absolutely disgusting.

The bath tub had grease marks on it. There was no trash can. We found a couple items left by previous visitors. The room had a very weird smell to it, and a couple children could not sleep right away cause they kept coughing. It seemed like it was previously smoked in.

I liked they upgraded me a from a double bed room to queen bed with handicapped bathroom. The air conditioner was fabulous cooling the room. The bedroom flooring was not clean, bathroom was cleaner. The towels super small and thin. Next to major road some traffic noise can be heard.

The room requested was gandicap accessible. Ridge in doorway, wheelchair needed to be manually lifted over, not enough space between beds to use the wheelchair, no place for anyone to sit other than the bed, no grab bars in bathroom, barely enough room for a standard wheel chair.

I booked a room with queen bed. The 1st room they gave us had nasty stains on bed/sheets and bathroom walls. There was no dead bolt on exterior door. Additionally the room had a queen size bed frame but the mattress was much smaller. I complained and they sent us to another room. The 2nd room was cleaner. Had the small mattress on queen frame (motel person argued that it meets queen criteria). Huge gap under door to outside (it was -20 at night) we stuffed towels under door. No face cloths. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. No lamps besides bed. Only 1 plug for phone charger. Tub was stained bad and has cigarette burns. Working dead bolt. Small TV few channels. Here are some good things: cheap, lots of hot water, microwave, mini fridge and location.

Absolutely NOTHING for amenities: I didn’t expect much and got less - not even a coffee maker or a chair, never mind a microwave or mini fridge. Prison-style metal bed frame and a slab of a mattress. Terrible sleep, impossible to be comfortable or not hear the neighbors on three sides and above. Don’t be like me: spend a few dollars extra for a better place because life is too short for this nonsense.

I secured a room on line for one night and paid up front. When I got to the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely disorganized. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got the key to my room. I went up to #249, put the key in and tried to open the door. The security lock was on and a voice from inside said, "What's going on?" I replied, "This is my room." The male voice in the room said, "No, it isn't. This is my room." There was also a female in the room who kept asking, "What's the problem?" I had to go back down to the front office and was told, "There shouldn't be anyone in that room." It was a complete fiasco. I was in Bismarck to play for my Aunt's funeral on Saturday morning. I secured a room on line for one night and paid up front. When I got to the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely disorganized. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got the key to my room. I went up to #249, put the key in and tried to open the door. The security lock was on and a voice from inside said, "What's going on?" I replied, "This is my room." The male voice in the room said, "No, it isn't. This is my room." There was also a female in the room who kept asking, "What's the problem?" I had to go back down to the front office and was told, "There shouldn't be anyone in that room." It was a complete fiasco. I was in Bismarck to play for my Aunt's funeral on Saturday morning. By this time it was midnight. Luckily, I called my cousin and he came and picked me up. I ended up sleeping on a couch. I want a total refund. I will never use Hotels.com again. Camilla Horne

I will be calling to report this property. The check in staff put me and my family in danger and made us incredibly uncomfortable. He even took my phone number from this website and texted me from his personal phone. We did not stay the night there.

Really liked the owners but the clientele was scary. People yelling and screaming all night and loud voices all hrs of the night. Didnt feel safe at the property at all. Keep thinking we were going to be robbed or our car stolen. The owners told us park right in front of the office so they could keep an eye on our car.

The whole place is a dump. I slept with onr eye open because our door wouldnt locl and it looked like someone had already kicked it in. If i had not booked it on Hotels.com and wad out the money, I would have left. We did not feel safe at all! I tried to sleep in my clothes because the room felt so icky. I even kept my shoes on.

Stopped for the night to get rested, and let me tell u, I would have been better to sleep in my car. Very rundown, very dirty inside and out. Area was very sketchy. Save ur money and drive past this place

Probably the cheapest hotel in town, and it shows. Worst sleep ever. Noisy! With the paper-thin walls, front door that doesn’t quite close, you hear everything. Absolutely NOTHING for amenities: I didn’t expect much and got less - not even a coffee maker or a chair, never mind a microwave or mini fridge. Prison-style metal bed frame and a slab of a mattress. Terrible sleep, impossible to be comfortable or not hear the neighbors on three sides and above. Don’t be like me: spend a few dollars extra for a better place because life is too short for this nonsense.

The first room was dirty; moved to a 2nd, just as bad. Exhaust fan in bathroom ripped out of ceiling; wires hanging out. Bugs & dirt in bathroom light fixture. Dim lighting. Gaps in bottom of front door, letting light & dirt in. Tiny TV screen with an array of bright lights shining through from the back, creating bright spots on the video. It was bad. I can’t recommend it.
