Pool hours were good. Breakfast was nice though it was the same thing each day. Close to everything you needed in gatlinburg and the rooms were a very nice size!!

The dining area is very crowded. Our room was pet friendly, but animals had clearly been left there for a long time. The doors are very scratched up and have not been repaired. You can hear dogs barking from other rooms all the time. The three luggage carts were not enough for the 7 floors and we had to make 3-4 trips when we got there and when we left.

It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The place was relatively clean but it is old and is in disrepair. The property is in need of some help. Very rusty hand rails, rock walls falling apart by the pool. Plants growing out of the gutters. Elevator works but creaks a lot (kind of sketchy). Main office has a very weird smell (not the greatest 1st impression).

Building is in a good location at edge of town. Making it a quiet area. However the building it’s self is way overdue for updates renovation. Personally I would not use this hotel again unless it gets remodeled. Staff was polite and courteous. Building was clean and provided breakfast was good.

Rooms need to be cleaner. Wall was dirty and floor. There was a finger nail left on the floor.I mopped floor because it was dirty Around the caulking on tub is black with looks like mold. Nice place just needs to be cleaner

Property was affordable but there are reasons why. Grounds, offices and rooms are extremely outdated. Our room had ceiling cracks and water stains. The towel rack and ironing board holder were both coming out of the wall. Our room was also filled with ants. We advised the front desk and housekeeping about it and nothing was done. We had to pull off the comforter because of the ants. No help from staff. We do not recommend.

Area was good, but the big downside was how dirty the rooms were. cobwebs in almost every corner, stained sheets, dead bugs in sink, bath, ground, and corners. toilet barely flushed, stains and chips on walls. Just overall, very clear that they haven’t deep cleaned. price was only $77 a night, would NOT pay more during peak times for this room tho.

I told myself I wouldn’t stay here again. But I did. Never again. When we walked in the smell took my breath.The whole stay there I had trouble breathing because of the smell.Dead bugs on floor. I used my swifter and it took 4 to 5 swifter sheets to get floor clean.The entrance door has such a big gap on the bottom that a snake,rat, or whatever could get through could come in our room. I was scared to sleep at night.They had little black ants on the bathroom floor.when it rained water came in from under the big gap on door.HORRIBLE

My room was really dirty. Sinks, nor tub had a stopper. So anything could fall down the sink drain. And the tub was so full of hair that it would not drain. The two lamps had shades falling off... big dents and no finials so hung sideways, the ceiling in bath was falling in, there was blood spatters on the shower curtain and wall and even behind the toilet and on back of bathroom door, the door to the room had a big crack when shut where you could see the light, floor had not been cleaned or even mopped for a very long time... no bulb in one light and the one over the sink was filthy... wish I could attach photos. The front desk staff was pleasant and that is the best I can say.

I have stayed there once and room was really clean. But my room this time had BIG cobwebs the floor was sticky and needed swept the bathroom light switch was broke so we wasn't able to turn the light off. It appeared that the room had been vacant for a while or the house keeper just didn't do their job.

There’s three different areas you can park, which is great because parking can be very limited in parts of town. Room was clean. We had the suite so had lots of room. I didn’t even attempt the breakfast. I have celiac disease and I am very limited to what I can eat. I would most definitely stay here again. Great location for a great price

It wasn't the worst stay. Room was huge! Definitely dated. Spilled something on the bed and instead of changing it, they just made the bed. Fireplace didn't work. Told them about it and they said they would look into it after our stay. Double charged my debit card. They said it was a security thing with the bank, but then a $1.00 charge showed up too. First business day after our trip and we're still waiting on it to go back.

The hotel was showing a little age, but it was clean, and the staff at check-in was nice. Splurge for that king suit, a wrap around porch and a jetted tub?!?!? Only disappointed we were too early for fireplace season. :)

This is an Ok Hotel. Amazing location. This a good hotel for a one or two night stay. Needs to be updated. Bed was not comfortable and the beds were super squeaky. You can hear the noises from the rooms next door. Bathrooms need to be updated. It smelled clean, overall it was clean, once again just needs to be updated.

We could hear our neighbors like there was no wall between us and they had a dog plus we had a dog and they put us back to back with joining room door…not a great experience. Breakfast coffee was out both mornings within the hour and no one brought more. Bed Mattress needs updating as we slumped to the middle. No one picked up dog poop in the dog walk area so we had to be very careful to not step in poop.

The staff at the front desk seemed like we were a bother checking in. He was also wearing I don’t tolerate stupid people hat. Not warm or inviting. We had ants in our room that kept getting into any snacks or food we had. The room was super dirty. Bathtub and sink clogged.

There is an older man in the front desk at nighttime by the name of Jimmy. He was very disrespectful towards me and i believe the PO that took report, just because I ask him what to do when a bear breaks into your car. Just to let u know we did not have any food in it! His answer was very inappropriate and he was also very nasty.

My family and I had a great experience. Air conditioner was not working when we got there. I let the front desk know and they were quick to the room and got it replaced. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was great. We will be back. I do wish they had an area with a grill.

I had tried to cancel our last night during the time frame allotted, and the hotel would not permit it. This is the second year we have stayed there and I will not go back. The older man at the front desk when we checked in was not at all friendly.

Perfect spot if you want to be able to walk to the Main Street of Gaitlinburg and not have to pay $20 for parking. The hotel sits at one end where all the main stores and restaurants are at, and it’s about a mile to walk to the other end. Very easy. You’re also super close to the national park so you get the best of both.

Hidden gem just off main road. Close enough to walk into gatlinburg- yet very quiet area. Parking is limited , so it was nice that there was a trolley stop close by and it was a short walk into town.

The room and hotel are on par for this price range in this area. What makes this hotel nice is its location. We also like it because it is pet friendly. Mountain coaster is across the street, trolley stop is close. It’s just on the edge of the main strip so you’re close to everything but out away from crowds. I think every room has a balcony and some sort of view.

The room was clean and great for us. Has a great breakfast but the earlier you can get in there the better as far as the crowd. You can take your food back to your room or there's an outside area good for eating or just relaxing. If you have trouble walking you will have to walk up about 6 stairs. The only issue I had was one of the beds was terrible and had me hurting all night but I used the other bed the next night and it was good. It is a nice place.

My wife and I stood here last winter (I forgot to write a review). The hotel is has some stunning views if you happen to face the hill with the mountain coaster. The staff during the time was somewhat nice but honestly it seems everyone in Gatlinburg is a bit hissy. The hotel is a tad far from the main strip where all the tourists locations are at if you decide to walk like we did. The Breakfast was amazing everyday we were there, no complaints. The room was great to, it had an amazing view, and also had a chimney that kept us warm. Overall great hotel!!

Property was clean and I felt safe. However the rooms are dated and don’t match the original photos online. Breakfast was interesting and the options provided weren’t terrible. The “breakfast room” is extremely small and cramped. Overall it was a decent place to stay. Very basic.
