Motel 6-Spokane, WA - East

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds are full of green grass and big beautiful trees that smell amazing, and the other guests have All been friendly too. It’s lovely to sit outside in the shade and enjoy the summer days.

Needs to fix the washer and dryer

It was very noisy. The beds were very thin and not very thick. There was no chairs to sit on, only the bed. The back door lock didn't work therefore not much for security. Not much rest for the price. I did like the no fee for pets but it wasn't enough compromise for lack of rest.

Advertise a pool booked it for my kids and my family for the pool and the pool is very well out of order and it does not work. It is not clean. Very upset with booking this for the advertise pool that is not even functionable or usable. When we only booked it for the pool

This motel is about as basic as it can be. No minifrig, no microwave, no coffee maker. Small room, small bed. The rear entrance door does not lock, so no security against random people coming in off the street. Two different folks were rebuilding old cars in the parking lot. Parts and tools scattered about.

No elevators in use. Pool not accessible. Construction that wasn’t told to us ahead of time. Side doors don’t all access late night, even with a key card, front desk staff unfriendly. Would not recommend.

I stayed for 10 days. Barely got the room cleaned couple of times. They didn’t changed the sheets even once! Dogs barking and other guest screaming in the hallway all night. Room supposed to have microwave and fridge… good luck. Laundry out of service the entire time.

The hotel stunk, the laundry was down and was told by staff no one would fix it, it was extremely loud all night long. Highly don’t recommend staying here, I’ll never go back.

The wifi was down the entire time I was there. When I went up to the front desk to ask about the wifi the employee was passed out in a chair behind the counter. It took a good 5 minutes of trying to get his attention before he finally woke up. Then when I asked about the wifi, his response was “ it’s been down all day & a tech would be out to look at it sooner or later.

The room was fine. No internet in the rooms. People were standing in the hallway all night trying to make calls or get emails

There was FECES on rhe sheets when I turned down the bed, and the toilet seat also had excrement on it!!! Will NEVER book a room here again!!

I found five cockroaches in my room the first four I ignored at the fifth one I went to the front desk to tell the guy he was very rude and said the boss would be in at 10:30 and he came he was super rude also told me he would reimburse my money through Expedia which I have not heard anything of it since

Clean and quiet

The price was good and reasonable. The room was supposedly a queen size bed but it wasn't. It was a full size bed. The bathroom toilet didn't drain. The bathroom fan was broken. The room smelled like smoke. The staff were friendly and nice. I got in at 130 am and didn't the energy to go and request a different room. The parking lot had a lot of cars that people were living out of and random people looking in others cars. Didn't feel safe. The following morning I checked out and into different hotel. I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of everything.

So it was a little dirty.... It was good until it wasn't. I'd stay again because they allow cats however, I'd bring my own bedding, and a gallon of bleach. For real. Staff was sweet as pie. Just an old rundown place. It's more the location than the dirty. Hard to stay clean when the people staying are the ones making it filthy.

It was very clean and staff was great!

The stairs up to the 2nd floor was not vacuum and had a lot of either dog or cat hair. No toliet sets cover- things can fall in so close to the sink. The bed cover had a few stain. There was a light switch at the door- no light in the ceiling

Sink wouldn't drain. Ice machine didn't work. Room was dirty with brown substance on tub. Facility was quiet and bed comfortable.

The sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. I asked for new sheets and towels, they said no. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it and the edge of the bathtub did as well. Children running up and down the halls at 2:30am along with barking dogs. Worst stay ever. So disappointed

Some guests were noisy in late evening and the sound of doors closing carries down the hallway.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was just really dark. There was a light at the bathroom when you first enter the room, and the a small bedside lamp and that was all. We were not able to get any work done

Excellent Motel. I really liked that they allow pets for free. My only negative was there was no refrigerator in the room.

The bed was so extremely not comfortable it was really hard to get sleep. The AC unit turns off and on all night which would wake us up every time.

Easy check in and check out. Shower was good. Very minimal amenities. No coffee maker and only a couple bars of soap. No shampoo, etc. No remote for TV.

We were in Spokane Valley when Spokane's annual Hoop Fest was happening (unknown to us when we booked). Room rate was more than double the normal amount. Bare bones room with nothing in it that could be stolen or damaged--no lamp, nothing on walls, no toiletries. Apparently hotel has problem with damage by guests. Rod for shower curtain pulling out of wall. Towels are small and thread bare. No elevator. Bed was OK; plenty of hot water in shower.

The hotel was in a nice area, the room was clean but it had a weird smell, may have been coming from the air conditioner..

Electricity was shorted out in some areas. The bathroom light needed to be replaced because it was burnt out. The lighting in the room was poor and dim.

Very bare amenities. No refrigerator. Poor lighting. No where to put anything in the bathroom. A/C very loud. Otherwise clean.

Nicer Motel 6 but don't understand why the towels are so small and thin, no fridges in rooms. Recommend for traveling with dogs.

The property was easily accessible, and the reception staff provided excellent service, allowing us to check in at any time. highly recommended!

I booked late during Hoopfest so it may have been a room availability issue but I was given a room in what seemed like the pet friendly area of the hotel. The hallways smelled of cat litter. The room was clean but had a very strong bleach odor. Understandable for a pet friendly room but not really when traveling without pets. I would consider staying here again if I was traveling with my dog but otherwise no. Another issue I had was with the reservation. When I made the reservation I noted that it would be a late check in. At around 8:00PM I receved a call asking if I was still going to be checking in. I informed them that I had requested a late check in and was told there were no notes stating that. I informed them that I would be checking in but it wouldn't be until midnight or later and that they had my card number to gurantee. At about 10:00pm I received another phone call asking if I was still going to be checking in. I informed them of the late check in and was again told that there were no notes on the account stating that. I asked that they put a note in as I was very busy and didn't want any more phone calls about this issue. At about 11:45PM I receive another phone call asking if I was still going to be checking in. I went over the late check in again and was again told that there were no notes on the account stating that. After the second call I specifically asked for the account to be noted and to have no more phone calls about it and was still called again.

I didnt need room service or anything like that but it was a very good stay. The front desk gentleman was very informative about the hotel and the surrounding area. I would stay there again.

Staff is good

When I showed up and they scanned my ID, their system said I was on a Do Not Rent list. Mind you, the name of the person that showed up as DNR has a different name than me and lives in a different state. Didn't seem to matter to them at the desk. I ended up having to rent a different room at $50 more for the night. Terrible.

Property refused to check us in because the internet was down. Didn’t offer any alternative other than to wait indefinitely or go away.

The staff were excellent and highly personable. They were easily able to handle any check in or extension issues and had obviously been fully trained at every level from new employees to management.

Front desk clerk at valley motel 6 spokane valley wa was excellent customer service

This is one of the better Motel 6 for trades working in the greater Spokane area. Quick freeway access to down town and the valley. There are restaurants, a large grocery store, one hardware store and a builder's supply, actual wholesale vendors, minutes away down Trent and Montgomery Street. There are security cameras and 24/7 staff at the desk. The location saved time and money, all on it's own.

Perfect resting-stop for our cross-country journey... clean, courteous, convenient... just a block off the freeway but in a cul-de-sac so no dangerous traffic. Oh, yeah... so AFFORDABLE, too !! Food choices within walking distance. 'Wish room had a fridge, that's all... Overall, GREAT !!

Nice and quiet but close to shopping

Very clean room. Area around hotel is sketchy. People sleeping in cars overnight.

So convenient. Right off freeway. Fast food down the block. Great deal !!

The outside was well maintained, free WiFi, good parking and it’s right in town. For a motel and it’s what you expect and why it’s so budget friendly. It’s clean, friendly service with limited amenities.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in all my travels where the Beds were not fixed in mornings! Rooms were not cleaned daily especially the garbage containers! No coffee pot, microwave & fridge for our use! No shampoo’s or lotions, No clean towels for the next days use! I had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels but was asked to bring the dirty ones before receiving clean ones! No free breakfast for the amount paid!

Would like breakfast

The staff is great. The building is old but it's clean and close to the bus line if you ride the bus. Lot's of choices for food that are in proximity.

The stay was ok. Convenient to many eatery options. Room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, iron or a pool. Ok place to just get some sleep and move on.

The staff is amazing very helpful....nice people. The motel is old but is clean. The price is reasonable . They accept pets which is awesome. There are many choices for restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

It was a no frills room; no coffee pot, no fridge, no hair dryer, no breakfast in the lobby, just coffee. But the room was clean and comfortable.

Aa for Super 6 this one is one of the newer ones. Some s6 are old and dingy, some are ok. Basic, but remodel, newer, clean..with comfortable bed, fridge, microweve, flat screen , good wi-fi. working AC (not the most modern but fine) Far from luxury but all clean. And no stinky carpet!!! Plastic floor, clean. Lightning litle crappy, plasticky "eco friendly" dim light. If you need a bright room in the night, not reccomended. Perfect for traveling with a dog ( no extra fees).
