For a bargain hotel, this is an excellent choice--everything worked--it was clean and spacious, with good wifi, showtime, and dish network, an iron, hangars, and plenty of towels. Good safe parking. Corporate run. Climate control--excellent heat and cooling. For the price of a converted nursing home or a zombie semi-salvaged formerly abandoned motel you can have a decent room here in a modern building. Recomended in the under 70 dollar a night category.

We had emailed days prior about an early check in and recieved no response. So we went straight to the hotel to see what they could do for us. The team lead at the front desk did not allow us to have an early check-in and was quite rude about it. We had to venture off for 3 hours, came back at 2:30 and room still wasnt ready. 10 minutes later another couple walked in and they were able to check in. They didnt even have restrooms for customers. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, oatmeal packs. Our second and third day ONLY had coffee and the oatmeal packs that do not taste good. Our room was never clean, no bed made, no fresh towels, no toilet paper. Not impressed. Only good thing is that there is a plaza across with restaurants (20 min. walk, 5 minute uber ride).

There were a lot of sketchy characters around the property at night and they played their music loud in the back parking lot, so I had to call the reception to deal with it. Around midnight, things calmed down. No breakfast just power bars ...

We were there for two nights on a busy weekend for Austin, so there weren't many choices, but I was happy to find this place. It was extremely expensive for what it was, but I got it was this particular weekend, so I was okay with it. But there was no water on the premises. The vending machine was broken. There was no ice. The TV didn't work. There was a kitchen, but no plates or cups or pots or silverware or anything to use the kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. It was just disappointing.

no ice machine the expedia website advertised free breakfast which in fact it was only coffee & prewrapped muffins no hair dryer sink in bathroom leaked onto the floor when i pulled back the sheets to get into bed, the bottom sheet was dirty. I pulled it off & slept on mattress pad lighting in the room was poor the tv did not work the clerk that checked me had a white shirt on that was ragged and extremely dirty. her appearance was unkept the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life! you should remove this hotel as an option from the website

Had a reservation but I arrived and there was no room available,even though I had paid online. Was waiting in the lobby and there are no restrooms in the lobby, just in the rooms. Had to leave and find another hotel when they could not give me a room.

Pros: A good size fridge that looked new. The room was roomy, air-conditioning was up to par even on a 102 degree day. I did walk to Domain every day (20 min walk). But as you walk next to highway, it is loud (you can not talk on the phone). The hotel itself was quite (my windows were facing the road) Cons: Desk is not open 24 hours. The breakfast leaves to be desired. Also, there was only one trash basket in the room. As I stayed for a week, it was filled up (they do not clean room during your stay).

The front desk were so sweet and accommodating while we were displaced during the ice storm debacle. Room was clean. The grounds, however, were trashy. Cigarette butts, dog poop, beer, soda and food trash. Y’all need trash cans and ashtrays around the property and more than one dog waste basket especially since you are pet friendly. Maybe y’all need a dedicated grounds person to help clean up when inconsiderate people throw their trash on the ground…which is just immature. Anyway, could be a much nicer place.

My late 1 am arrival apparently happened during a " nightly audit" that ultimately delayed my check in by 45 minutes after I arrived. Their late entry phone number was also not working which is actually what put me into the audit time frame because I could not connect to the front desk to let me in the locked entrance.

The staff is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, in the room, couldn't adjust where the AC would blow, the bed was so uncomfortable and noisy, and the fridge was extremely loud. So I didn't even sleep normally. :-(

The location was fine. The properties to the west were under construction/renovation, so there was not much to see, and the weeds and grass along the sidewalk were pretty high. The property itself seems like it is old, and some paint was about all they did to cover it up. My room was handicap accessible because I had surgery, and my balance is sometimes off. I do not use a walker or crutches, so the lady at check in kept looking at me and asking if I needed to change even though I told her I needed handicap accessible. The shower head needs to be replaced. The furniture looks like the stuff you buy at Walmart, and it was pretty banged up. I wasn't in my room much, so that was okay. The breakfast was a grab and go. There were granola bars and some instance oat meal. There wasn't any fruit or anything else. There was one spot with a bin for the dog but it was under trees that prevented any grass, and it was located right by the front door, so if your dog is easily distracted, it was a pain.

I booked over hotels.com but when arriving there at 11 pm, they said that the the hotel is sold out and I had to spend the night in the airport as all other hotels in Austin were sold out. The hotel personel was just saying again again " we're sold out" whatever I ask for a solution. Horrible hotel and horrible experience.

If you just want a clean room and safety, then this is a great place to stay. If you want luxury, then this is not the place to stay. It feels kind of minimal, but that's the reason the price is such a bargain. Staff was great - polite and friendly. Free Breakfast - pass

Excellent location. Convenient to many areas and services. Hotel is in need of updating. While clean and safe it has a disinfectant odor in some areas. Some furniture, light fixtures and appliances are worn out and need replacing. Comfortable beds. A great value for the money.

Everything as expected--nice lobby, quick check-in, large room (with small kitchen), reasonable price, etc. The only hitch was the providing of the "Grab and Go" breakfast. It is advertised as beginning at 6 a.m., but that was not the case. Sometimes all items were not out until about 6:30 a.m. So, if you have to leave early you may, or may not, get your "Grab and Go" breakfast. Otherwise, all was good.

Disappointed. False Advertising on breakfast, Smelly hallways and rooms. Rundown rooms without even a door for a closet instead its a cover. Outdated bathrooms. Kitchens in rooms need to have kitchen equipment bought. No pots or pans provided, no kitchen supplies either such as soap, bush nothing.
