From the check in, the staff is very not welcoming, you have to talk through a peep window like you a paying for gas at gas station overnight. No breakfast, I have a cleaning service come to my room banging on the door. Overall not satisfies at all.

My room had blood stains on the side border of the bed no refrigerator in my room had to call management to come fix my A.C at 130 in the morning and stains on the sheets will never go back the pool was clean .

The hotel exceeded my expectations on a weekend I couldn’t find a hotel room that wasn’t outrageously priced because of F1 and the football game. My only complaint is that there is no dining options within an immediate walking distance from the hotel. I did go on an extended walk to Lazarus Coffee which was nice and Lazarus Coffee is definitely worth it.

I was surprised by the lack of amenities at this location. For $200 a night they offered no breakfast, no shampoo or body wash, they only provided one small bar of soap, no hangars, the shower curtain rod was loose and hung too low, and no hair dryer. The establishment, towels, and sheets were adequately clean however.

Normally this property is well taken care of and clean but this trip around there were several issues. First of all, I was given the wing room. I had requested a deluxe room with refrigerator and microwave.I did not get that room until next day. Secondly this time around there were roaches everywhere. I would have given leeway for a couple due to the rain but this was ridiculous. Hopefully they will get it back up to par for my next visit

Room smelt like weed. Tub was dirty had hair in it. Including pubic hair. One 1 wash rag for 2 people. Floor was not swept. Not happy at all.

The first room we got had poop on the restroom door and the shower curtain had alot of mold on it. And it stunk in there. She moved us to another room and the smell was still there on top of that the towels had brown stains on them. So we left and went elsewhere just glad I got my refund back. I dojt recommend that place to nobody.

The room had roaches!!!! Room seemed fine at first. However when I woke up the next morning I was surprised by roaches. Roaches everywhere. Gathered my things. I went to the office and asked fle a refund. I was told that because i stayed the night i don't get a refund. She told me I should of come to ask for a refund as soon as I saw roaches. I was not giving them things time to jump in my luggage & go home with me. I told her i was going to post my photos, she said ok.

The front desk was boarded up & i had to check in at 4 pm through a tiny window. The registrar lady gave no info . The room wasn’t the best. There were roaches & the place looked sketchy. We purchased a blanket at Target to cover the bed. Cleaning lady came in at 9am without knocking. I told her we weren’t ready & she says check out is at 11am which i was aware of ! She came back two more times … opened the door without knocking & i had to get rude & told her to come back at 11:01! She really pissed me off. I would give zero stars if i could

The rooms are Motel 6 standard but with intensive strange odor and cockroach visitors. The room on the side not facing the highway was not to noisy, this may be different for the rooms facing the busy highway. Staff friendly and supportive.

The bed was mushy (needed replacement) the property itself (outside area) was pretty filthy, there were no refrigerators in the room. The provided furniture was not comfortable/ergonomic for sitting at the provided table. Digital no-mads would be yes-mad. Otherwise, the property met our basic needs. Perhaps, given the low price it was a bargain. I am not an expert on hotel costs in this particular market, and our budget was low.

Our room was clean but very basic. I should have checked on what was included. No coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer and a small bar of soap at sink and one for the bath. Bed not comfortable. The ladies at the front kindly gave us cups of boiled water to make hot tea and the do have coffee in the small reception room.

This place was sufficient for sleeping if that's all you're looking for. It's not a hotel so lower your expectations a bit. It was clean. It felt pretty safe. The staff was polite and came by for cleaning each day. The beds are like laying on a bed of cement and we had to go buy pillows from the local Target because the ones there were horrible and flat even with 3 stacked up. The highway is incredibly loud at all times so it can be hard to sleep if noise bothers you. I had to buy some earplugs but not really that big of a deal.

Not impressive. All channels on TV were oldies. No up to date channels like Travel, History, SyFy, HBO. Had to use my vehicle to drive across hiway for food. Mattress is cheap and worn, developed back ache. Used my YOU TUBE doctors to cure my back.

The tv was broken. Had to wait till 7pm to get another one, which didn’t have a stand so they left it leaning against the wall where it almost fell over multiple times. Woke up the next day. Check out was at 11am. Got a loud knock at the door at 11:01am telling me to checkout now. I asked if I could get a checkout at 12pm if possible, lady said no, you have 10 minutes to leave. Got a phone call to the room at 11:03 telling us to check out already they need to clean the room. As we’re walking out at 11:07 I see the lady coming back to come tell us again to check out already, like geez, I get it we’re leaving. Just overall very rude, and really trying to get us out as quickly as possible. Very unpleasant service.

The motel was no frills and basic, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was in a good location and only about 12 miles from the airport, and just 4 miles into the main city. We had a front room which was overlooking the highway, and it was rather noisy all night long as you can hear the traffic quite a bit.

Very poor heating. Highway traffic will keep you awake. Smells like blunt smoke being covered by Lysol air spray. Thankful for the front desk person who helped us get a room with at least slightly approved heating
