I took my fur baby, I was able to walk him in an area that I felt safe enough to go out to. I also went with my boys, room was clean, pool was accessible, and it was pretty calm overall.

Check in and check out we're very simple. The location is fairly quiet. There is plenty of parking. There are 2 large fenced in dog park areas. This is the nicest Motel 6 I have enter stayed at.

No frills place, but it was clean and neat. We felt safe and tons of food options nearby. The beds were only double size but were they ever comfortable. No breakfast served. Parking was right at your door and free. We would definitely stay here again!!

I really like the property. I haven’t used the pool but it looks sparkling clean. Also, there are trees and grass which is an amazing find here in Beautiful Arizona!

The room was okay. What caused me to leave only 3 stars was the condition of the pool, which was GREEN! Completely unacceptable that in a place where it gets so hot, that the pool would be unusable.

Despite the check in process being overwhelming after the long trip, it was a very good experience. The pool was clean, the rooms where well kept, and the parking lot was well lit.

Cockroaches in room, visible stains on bed sheets. During a 3 day stay, room service never cleaned our room or re-supplied our used towels. Our room keys became deactivated everyday we were out and had to go to the desk every night for re-activation. Climate control for room never worked.

The room smelled like mildew and smoke. The kind of old smoke that gags you upon entry. The pictures and reviews did NOT match the reality. It was terrible. They required a deposit for hairdryer! Seriously? What an absolutely terrible experience.

The first room they gave us, had cockroaches in the bathroom and the sink area. As soon as we turned on the lights in the restroom, there was at least 10 cockroaches squirming around. We went into the front desk and they put us in a different building.

Staff was not friendly at all. Cigarette burns on everything! Dirty floors in room. Roaches in room! Noisy people next door on both sides all night long. Loud vehicles in and out all night long. No heat, just cold air. Not at all worth the $200 per night!!

The bed had old creaky lumpy shifting springs - very uncomfortable. It was cold & windy outside & the room was ice cold upon entering. The shower leaked all night & wet the bath mat. Upstairs guests kept dropping things & dragging a chair across the floor - thin ceiling. People talking outside was SO loud in the room.

The room was clean. The furniture was a little dated, but I was only there for less than 24 hours so it was fine. I wasn't aware that Motel 6's don't have hair dryers or shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, so I was caught off guard, as this was my first time staying at one. Its not a deal breaker for me, just let's me know I need to make sure I pack those items if staying at their motel, again.

Even though the bed was comfortable and shower very good, everything went downhill when nobody told us you have to call someone to change the temperature of the ac/heater, in other words, temperature has to be changed manually.

One the worst stays we've ever experienced! The bed was terrible. Not only was it soft and lumpy, it was broken or missing support on one side. When you put weight on it, it felt like you were rolling off all night. Pillows were flat. No extra blanket, which was needed because the heater didnt work. No fridge, no microwave, no complimentary lotion or shampoo. No kleenex, had to use toilet paper. It was very noisy. The bed was shoved against the wall even though there was plenty of room to move it over and put a night stand on each side. No charging ports and only one receptacle near the bed. BUT... I'll have to it was clean. These people just need to get into the 21st century. I never stay there again.

We got harassed by another person staying at the hotel, right in front of the worker to be exact. He did nothing, come to find out the person was banned from the property. They also let us stay the first night. Then we re booked the room and called down for tooth paste and got kicked out of our room because my fiancé didn’t have her physical Id(we had pictures of her passport and old ID). It was in the process of being mailed out.

Things would have been fine except someone made a mistake and checked us out 2 days early. Medications, personal items and my C-Pap machine were handled by unknown people and placed in storage. The lady at the front desk blamed us for their mistake.

The stay was very nice very clean very worth the price I was amazed at the cleanliness and felt safe . The only problem I had was the housekeeping barged in the room didn’t knock before checkout while my child was naked getting out of the shower .

I came frm 12 hours drive and The front desk took me 20 minutes to check in because they have money issue that day, they should have let me check in 1st and resolve their issues that day. When i check out front desk is so busy talking to his fon that i have to wait that long again just to give my key.

Checked in around 5 or 6pm. Got room through Expedia, was on call so left for a while. Got back to get some sleep. But all I hear is guest fighting, dog barking lady screaming like she was being beaten. I call office, they checked, then cops come banging .. I got no sleep. So checked out around 11pm. Had no more money, so have to find somewhere to park and sleep in my car while it was still over 100degrees out.. I asked for a refund told them everything I just stayed in my message to motel 6.they haven't even responded back to me. Been about a week now . The office guy that checked me in was cool. Don't know any of the others. But to not respond to my complaint or offer anything for the inconvenience.. I'm rating then at, would not recommend them for a place to stay.

Stayed for a night. Room was clean and mostly quiet. Golfland Sunsplash is right across the street, which added some noise, but not too bad. As we were packing up in the morning we saw a few "ladies of the night" leaving rooms, but it didn't really affect our stay.

Decent, it’s a bit aged and worn but it’s relatively cheap. There were a couple commotions over the night. It’s in a pretty run-down part of the city but again, it’s relatively cheap. I wouldn’t stay as a first option but it’s good if you’re pressed for $ or time

Ive stayed in many hotels over the last couple of months; Extended Stay, Metro Tempe Apts, a few others. I've always tried to avoid Motel 6 for its bad reputation, but due to finances, we had limited options and baded off recent reviews we decided to give this one a try. We were beyond impressed with the cleanliness! So much cleaner than the Metro Tempe Apartment we stayed at just a week prior. The water pressure is AMAZING and the best we've experienced. The rooms are obviously smaller, but cleanliness is our main goal. There's no appliances in the rooms, but there is a community microwave by the office and hot coffee every morning. Its not in the "best" area, but it is near many many stores and restaurants, so the lack of appliances evened out. Pets and kids also stay free unlike all others we've stayed at we've had to pay an additional deposit ($50-$75) plus a daily fee! Check in was extremely fast and the staff overall was amazing! We were very pleased and very surprised for it being a Motel 6.

Our stay ended up being most of the time peaceful. I was disappointed with what does not come with the property for the price of $188 a night. It did offer a bar of soap, an ice machine that would only provide shaved ice, and a bottle opener attached to the sink vanity. The bathtub, TV console, and dining table all had burn stains. Weird in our minds since we requested a non-smoking room. With that price, it does not provide a small fridge, microwave, shampoo, or hair dryer. We paid extra for a queen bed but were given a full/double bed. Hopefully, it was just bad luck on our part.
