We loved this hotel. My only complaint is that the pool was freezing! But we stayed in February and the indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool so it’s to be expected. We stayed during renovations and there was still minimal disruption. 10/10 would recommend and will likely stay again.

The property its self was very nice. But the purpose of our trip was for my grandson to be able to swim I ask several times would the pool be available I was told yes. Then when my daughter checked in with my grandson they went to the pool not open so she called front desk said it would be ready in a few hours they go back later that night still closed go back to front desk said it would be ready the following morning get up early so he could swim before check out still not ready front desk said 10am went back at 10 still closed of course checkout is at 12 noon just a waste of time. Could have stayed somewhere else so he could have swimmer. Thank you

The property was very nice. When I checked in, it was communicated that construction would be occurring 10-5, including weekends. Only hiccup was the address given by Expedia. It is in Governors WEST, not Governors Drive. That should be corrected.

We always love staying at this Westin. We love that it is close to Bridge Street. We love you have to have a key to get on the elevator for safety reasons. We love the indoor and outdoor pools how they join each other and we love the unique white tea fragrance of the hotel.

Overall staying at this Westin was disappointing. The room was dirty - not cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and water marks and soap scum on shower doors. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned - they came at 4 pm and did the bare minimum. They only removed the dirty towels and made the beds. The bathroom was not restocked with fresh towels or water bottles so I had to call several times for basic necessities.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. The staff were all very friendly. The room itself needed improvement with cleanliness- hair was found throughout the bathroom and floor. Also, the room does not have a microwave.

Beautiful property but needs remodeled/refurbished. Ive stayed at this property many times over the years while visiting family and this visit was discouraging. Was saddened and concerned to see mold in bathroom and shower. I took pictures and provided them to William Chace. Mr Chace said he would get back to me about refund after speaking with Travelocity. This was Aug 3, 2023, and after many emails to Mr Chace ive yet to hear back from him. I did reach out to another team member last week and now awaiting a call

The property itself is nice, and convenient to shopping and dining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the bathrooms were not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. There was hair in the shower, assuming from the previous guest which made me question the cleanliness of the whole room.

My husband and I are from Huntsville and every year on our anniversary we would stay at The Westin and eat dinner at Connors. We moved away 8 years ago and this was our first time back. We could not wait for the pampering we always felt staying there. First, we had to bring our dog. We get in the room, she goes under the bed and comes out with peanuts. THENNNN, she goes back under there and comes out with a rolled up DIRTY DIAPER!!! Seriously. We tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. The furniture was chewed up, the bathroom was dirty, the shower flooded on the floor, and we had the air at 68 and it wasn't anywhere near that. On the day we were to check out my husband went down to the lobby to get a cart and there were none. He went floor to floor looking for one and there were none. He asked the desk clerk for help and she told him he would just have to wait around. I paid $250 for this room. I have never spent that much money on a hotel room but thought it would be a nice getaway and help with the sadness of having to go home for a funeral. I won't ever step foot in there again.

Room condition shower with mold on it the bottom of glass doors had rust on them shower faucet loose with exposed caulk from previous repairs. Main room had wall paper peeling in several areas. Wallpaper is moldy by the heat register

Only real plus is is you want to stay right on Bridge Street for shopping and dining. Lack of attention to detail. Bedside lamp had plugs and USB for charging. Only half of them worked. In-room coffee maker not near an outlet. I had to get on the floor and crawl under the desk to find an outlet. TV & remote would not work. Called front desk. Said they would send someone right up. Never came. Stay at the Hyatt across the street.

I have been staying in hotels for 60 years and the service at this hotel was close to being the worst ever for the type of hotel it is. I walked to the front desk to check in and I heard, last name and give me your card. No how are you, no welcome to our hotel, just name and money. It continued as I tried to find out about a charge I was not aware of on the receipt, still have not been able to get an answer. Last time to stay there.

We couldn’t get into our room until 6pm. I had dinner reservations for 5pm so we had to carry the luggage with us. I was expecting to get the room around 3 or 4 and my husband could have showered and changed. They didn’t have any clean rooms so we had to wait. We did have this reservation for a month so I didn’t expect these types of issues.

I checked in and left a credit card on file for incidentals. I tried to pay for food and drinks later at the bar and the male bartender told that I could not because I didn’t have a card on file with the bar on file. I told him I had one on file with the front desk. He then proceeded to discuss with other customers how ignorant I was for trying to charge to my room without a card on file with the bar. So I gave him a credit card at the bar. He checked me out but not until he attempted to look at the back of my credit card for the 3 digit code on the back. Travelers can spot a theft move from experience. After returning to the bar later I ask to charge to my room. He looked in the register system and yelled from one end of the bar to the other end of the bar and ask was my room number 615, with everyone at the bar listening! No bar tender does that! The hotel was nice but the bartender made them look like a rent by the hour joint off route 2!

Got to the weston at 11:45pm and they told us they moved our room the the Element Part of the hotel which I specifically did not book in. Was told I would get free breakfast for the issue of being moved hotels. I did not get that. The front desk staff was RUDE and I was charged twice one for each hotel!! The hotel they loved me to charged me $12 more than my original booking at that! Not happy.

Was kept awake by a hotel party from 10:30pm-5:30am. The hotel is not equipped for proper phone transferring/holding so I could report these matters and I was informed I would need to come down if I would like to speak to anyone at the front desk to report it.The only thing the hotel could do was to inform them of noise complaints. Nothing else was done

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and our children had fun in the pool. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and just sit outside in the courtyard in the evening. The view to the little lake and yard is spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room were beautiful but where was no early check-in, the food was not so great beside the omelet and dessert. The outdoor bar area did not have staff it was closed. On the other hand, sitting in the outdoor area were very smoothing.

Only had one bad review I went down to the hotel bar and sit at the bar, waiting for someone to take my drink order. The bar was pretty much dead only for customers. I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there. So I went over to red Robin instead.
