My tri was good, my stay was questionable... First , I have an issue with the facility trying to charge my card a day early. The site says that I pay at arrival, I get an alert from my credit card , a declined because my card was locked and then i get a call from the hotel approximately 9:47 p.m. on August 15, 2025 that I have checked in , I said ma'am I do not check in until tomorrow at 3 pm. She said no you are scheduled for today, I said no tomorrow. Comfort was good. They only gave 2 sets of towels for a family of four when requested more they stated they were out. Had to go purchase my own towels to shower Cooul not enjoy complimentary breakfast because waffle maker was broken, food was cold. Ice machine broken, my family that was on first level had to come to third level.

When checking out, when you went to get a luggage cart, door wouldn't let you back in, you had to get key reprogrammed to get back in to get your luggage , this was for everyone it was like you wasn't wanted or they were trying to get rid of you ASAP.

The room was clean and quite large. Their daily dog fee is apparently based on the size of the dog, which they didn't tell me when I called before booking. While the building itself was clean, there was a lot of trash strewn around the edges of the parking lot.

Every time upon coming into the hotel I felt as if I was getting a contact from the cannabis smell. I felt as if I was dizzy, but outside or in my room I didn’t feel as such!! Also the hotel had plug-ins in the hallway and in rooms. My room was to be a nonsmoking room but clearly it had been smoked in and I was moved to another. Also I asked the clerk for management to speak with me on three different occasions and no one ever did!!! And the staff member told me that he was there at the hotel at this particular time I asked to speak with someone.

sink wasn’t draining, called front desk to fix it. it took them another hour to fix it then left room with wet floors. I came back to the room to wash my hands and sink not draining again so i asked for another room. Pillow with blood stain and random hairs on the bed. Dirty towels with stains. I wasn’t happy with this stay

I think the reviews we saw online we deceiving, and not accurate. When we entered our room we immediately noticed it was stuffy and smelled musty. The sheets had a big stain. When I called the lobby, they clearly had no cleaning staff, as I was asked to come down to grab new sheets. The was room had not been cleaned, The bathroom had extensive moisture and mold growth. I understand you get what you pay for, at least be honest about your place of business.

It was a pleasant stay, rooms are clean. One thing, our microwave smelled bad, but we didnt' use it any way. It was very convenient and close to everything. I will stay there again. Thank you for a good time Huntsville!

We had an excellent stay. Every staff member was friendly. Good breakfast. Good clean rooms. Only thing that bothered us was we were on the bottom floor and a few guests had dogs that barked very loudly. We had two small kids so anytime we walked by or any noise was made they barked an growled.

My overall experience was good, however, there was one issue. The toilet was stopped up, upon arrival... We alerted the employee at the front desk, she in turn notified the management (owner). The owners told her to give US a plunger to unstop the toilet. I did not feel that was appropriate and why would I want to plunge someone else's toilet. So, the employee went to the room to try to unstop the toilet by plunging it but to no avail. The owner was not pleased by the employee giving us another room but to me, that should have been the first option!! Everything else was fine. Would I stay there again??! Absolutely.....

Half my reservation was cancelled when I got there and I had to rebook the suite which was not the room i originally booked, which was the only remaining room, at full rate. Manager didn't attempt to resolve the issue for me but was happy to rebook me at twice the rate. Beware.

The toilet was clogged upon my arrival. There was a plunger in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they would not change my room. The maid the next day tried to fix and said it was a plumbing issue and they should move me. I talked to the front desk again, they wouldn’t move me or remedy the problem.i had to use the toilet in the lobby all weekend. They said the manager was on vacation and would contact me when they returned to remedy the problem. They never contacted me and I left all info and explained in a note left for them. Horrible service and I wish that for nobody when staying somewhere.

I liked that there were several decent restaurants on the same block with in walking distance. I was driving all day and enjoyed the 2 - 3 minute walk.
