The hotel is surrounded by homeless and bums. The hotel smells of urine and is in deplorable condition. The curtain in the room was down, the pool was dirty, and despite canceling, they charged me for my stay.

Dont go i know its cheap but this place is not worth it first room we got had no tv in it but a big ass mirror that was not even on the wall it was just leaning aginst the wall ready to fall off so we got another room this one had a tv but it dint work 2 remote non worked the tv 1 towel n some soap . The room was nice n ac keep it cold the lamp in there for light was like someone stold it left it there they just used it the beds were ok there pet frendly but someone the pets are not had an owner with a lil white dog go by as we were leaving loading up the car his dog came chraging in to our room scared my son the owner was even yelling at his dog as soon he took off not to go in there meaning the room we were in oh there was no shower curtian in the bathroom they did have a pool it had water dint go dint trust the place

This hotel is in a scary part of town. There is a reason it is low priced and we did not stay. The staff told us upfront that the bed is probably broken, the microwaves do not work and the TV is iffy. He asked do you want to check in, and I said no. Beware that this is in bad shape. As we left the property, we passed two different groups of "ladies of the night". The whole property is surrounded by a security fence and the front desk is closed off behind bullet proof glass shield. Scariest hotel I have ever booked thru Orbitz - DID NOT STAY - and did not get our money back!

Absolutely the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty, roaches, everything was broken or did not work. Area around room was full of homeless and trash. Wifi was bad and had to keep bringing key to office get fixed. They have an armed guard.

Long wait at front desk to check in and for any questions/concerns. They don't answer their phone either. No waste basket, no towel bars or toilet paper holder. No ice at motel and no fridge in room. No working light in bathroom which also had no door. Ceiling was falling off, and deadbolt on door was unfunctional. Key card quit working on day 2. Swimming pool vacant because it is disgusting. Noisey freeway nearby was drowned out by even noisier neighbors. Photo online is deceptive/misleading. Avoid this place unless you're absolutely desperate with nowhere else to go.

The pictures did not match at all. Holes in walls, broken locks, toilet chain gets stuck, curtains broken allowing in the sun, other residents screaming and fighting outside at 6 AM. Seen a cockroach. The entire front lobby was closed off and we did transactions through a security window. Did not feel safe in the area or in the hotel.

Cockroaches, no running water until 20 minutes after checkin, no phone in room, cigarrete burns in the blanket of both beds, no rack to hang clothes, no tv service without a ROKU subscription, bathroom door so badly damaged it was barely operable, flooring needs replacement, window curtains in need of repair (half of the curtain hangers missing), no ice available, no washclothes in the room, unrepaired holes in the walls, defective smoke alarm beeping until replaced by a nice maintenance man 30 minutes after checkin, wiring to A.C. hazardous, wrong toilet tank cover, desk clerk needs attitude improvement. The room was falling apart. The floor had parts that were sticking up and my daughter ended up with a pretty bad cut on her leg as a result. The room smelled like smoke even though its a non-smoking hotel. The tub looked like it was ready to fall through the floor at any moment. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We spent 3 days with no water and were not informed prior of shut offs. They require a $50 cash "deposit" but refuse to return the deposit on checkout even though nothing says the deposit is non-refundable. There were constant fights each night among guests. I would recommend finding different accommodations

The photos on the website are very old. The property does not look it does in the photos nor do the rooms. Our flour and roof were coming apart. Every piece of furniture and item was broken, faded paint, graffitied on or not working. The bed was just on top of box spring that sat on the floor. There was a roach crawling around when we entered. The whole room smelt like a toilet.

Motel is completely filthy. Dirty sheets, pillows, and towels. Burn marks on the blanket. Holes in the wall and ceiling and no deadbolt on the door. First room had broken curtains (no privacy) broken tables. Lamps with no shade on them and no light in the bathroom. Hotels guests are mainly long term occupants and look like extras from a demon horror film. It was pretty alarming.

I strongly advise against staying here. The low price is a reflection of the poor conditions. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever encountered. There was graffiti all over the room—on the walls, dressers, and doors. The bathroom door had holes in it, and the TV was broken, with vomit on it. The sheets had stains on them, as did the bathroom door and floor. To top it off, there were no towels or toilet paper provided. It’s clear that this place is more of a rundown, unsafe environment than a proper hotel.

Horrible place to stay. Never in my life have I seen a place so filthy, old and disgusting. I paid in advance for 2 nights and didn't stay for either. Had to find additional accommodations. Those pictures of the hotel on the hotel.com are a complete fabrication. Gross.

Toilet seat had a very weird drawing on it, see pic. There was feces on the toilet seat. Electrical sockets are exposed see pic. Fan in bathroom missing from ceiling see pic.The sink faucet was so loose it almost came off the counter when I tried to use it. Door deadbolt lock is broken. Light bulbs have no shades on them, just bare bulbs. This is like a Quentin Tarantino movie. Never stay here.

The drapes did not work properly. The floor and baseboards were a wreck and needed redoing. I took a shower but the water would not shut off. Noise from the freeway was intolerable. I was so distraught I packed up and drove to a friend's house and slept in my car. Really the place should be condemned.

My man and I were trying to get away for a night and he left me there because of the hotel conditions. Saying he wasn't going to stay in this rat hole. No TV to watch, cable cut. No hot water to take a shower. Bathroom door was badly damaged. Numerous other damages throughout the room. I thought to myself dam this place can't have many maintenance people or they just don't give a dam about the property. Anyway I had to call a taxi and go to my friend's house for the night. What a big waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The only good thing to say about this place was the front desk clerk and security guard were both very friendly and polite.

The pictures online of the rooms DID NOT match what I walked into.. the door barely latched along with a flimsy deadbolt. It looked like the door at been broken into multiple times (Room 228). There was no shower curtain, no tv, no lamp shades, no phone (everything that was shown in the pictures). Looked like carpet had been pulled out never replaced. I booked for 3 days but only stayed one because I was an afraid of someone breaking in. I ended up having to stay on a friend’s couch. I don’t complain often but this was an awful experience. I would like to be refunded back at least the 2 days I didn’t stay for

Light fixture had water dripping from it and no light bulb and exposed wires. 2nd room had same issues minus light fixture and beds werent made. 3rd room door was kicked in. We were put in a room that had black brown marks on the wall stains on the sheets no TV missing handle on the sink handle falling off on the bathtub no lid on the toilet tank door barely worked. Had to constantly go get our keys redone to get in our room and that was after it took forever to get checked in because no one's paying attention to their front desk luckily I was desperate or I would have dropped out right there

The room (114) was dirty, the floor felt sticky all throughout. The bathtub faucet was leaking all three days I was there. The TV did not work. I asked for a remote control and was told they didn't have any and gave me a universal remote with no instructions so I had no TV for the two days that I was there. The worst part of my stay was when I discovered the room was roach infested, specially in the bathroom and sink areas. I went to the store and got an insecticide that was safe to use while I was there. I sprayed the areas where I saw the roaches and in a very few minutes there were several dead roaches in those areas. No I didn't report these things to the office because I figured they already knew and didn't care to fix the problems just as when I asked for the TV remote control. I didn't take pictures of the room. Will never stay there again and will share my experience with friends and relatives. I emailed the corporate office with my complaints two days ago and have not heard from them.

I booked a double bed room for myself and 2 children and was given a room with a single bed with torn bedding. The entry door was badly broken obviously from a previous forced entry and had a metal keyed bolt lock on the outside of the door meaning it could be locked from the outside only. The drapes were barely hanging from the window with a clear view into the room from outside and it was impossible to close them for privacy. There was a large hole in the ceiling drywall with exposed beams and the room was dirty and smeared with paint on the bathroom floor. It was very unsafe and the front desk told me they couldn't offer another room to accommodate 3 of us or provide a refund

The first room we were given had a door which had previously been forced open and not repaired with loud music coming from the room next door. The room that we settled for had half of the toilet cistern missing, a smoke detector hanging from wires.

Long wait at front desk to check in and for any questions/concerns. They don't answer their phone either. No waste basket, no towel bars or toilet paper holder. No ice at motel and no fridge in room. No working light in bathroom which also had no door. Ceiling was falling off, and deadbolt on door was unfunctional. Key card quit working on day 2. Swimming pool vacant because it is disgusting. Noisey freeway nearby was drowned out by even noisier neighbors. Photo online is deceptive/misleading. Avoid this place unless you're absolutely desperate with nowhere else to go.

So scary,,when we got to our room we couldn’t get the door open. Finally it opened from the inside. There was a man and woman in the room. They told us the cleaning lady said it was ok for them to stay in our room until we got there. It was filthy, no phone in the room, it smelled sweaty, we turned around and left found another hotel.. They refused to return our money. We really felt we were in danger on this scary property.

The room was falling apart. The floor had parts that were sticking up and my daughter ended up with a pretty bad cut on her leg as a result. The room smelled like smoke even though its a non-smoking hotel. The tub looked like it was ready to fall through the floor at any moment. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We spent 3 days with no water and were not informed prior of shut offs. They require a $50 cash "deposit" but refuse to return the deposit on checkout even though nothing says the deposit is non-refundable. There were constant fights each night among guests. I would recommend finding different accommodations

The property owner was yelling at other guests for using basic hotel amenities(such as turning on the tv in their room), staff was unhelpful and giving new guests keys to occupied rooms. The entire property was filthy, there was trash and drug paraphernalia littering the grounds, and there was open illegal drug use as well as guests openly selling drugs on the property. My family did not feel safe here and we will never book here again.

Arrived tired, there was a crashed abandon car in the entryway. No person was at the front desk for about 10 minutes. We were informed that there was no availability and they had no room to satisfy our reservation. No rooms at all. This was the same story given to another couple that had booked a reservation for that same night. Meanwhile there were shady characters and hookers roaming around the property. I felt in fear for my life AND I was never able to get a room there. I need a complete refund.

This hotel is in a scary part of town. There is a reason it is low priced and we did not stay. The staff told us upfront that the bed is probably broken, the microwaves do not work and the TV is iffy. He asked do you want to check in, and I said no. Beware that this is in bad shape. As we left the property, we passed two different groups of "ladies of the night". The whole property is surrounded by a security fence and the front desk is closed off behind bullet proof glass shield. Scariest hotel I have ever booked thru Orbitz - DID NOT STAY - and did not get our money back!

The pictures did not match at all. Holes in walls, broken locks, toilet chain gets stuck, curtains broken allowing in the sun, other residents screaming and fighting outside at 6 AM. Seen a cockroach. The entire front lobby was closed off and we did transactions through a security window. Did not feel safe in the area or in the hotel.

I didn't stay. Immediately when my wife and I pulled in we noticed that the area was crime infested. A lady approached me trying to sell me sex. The first room I checked out had a foul odor and roaches scurrying everywhere, no working A/C and the door had been previously busted into. Next, the second room had just been vacated by a lady and her daughter because the room had no working shower, and the TV didn't work. When I went in, I noticed the same things, along with the same foul smell, and the beds were in disarray because they had previously been used by the lady and her daughter. At this point, I had already been turned off, but the clerk, Christine insisted I try her last room. She apparently didn't know that the shower there had no knob to access the water and that the A/C was leaking and left a puddle on the floor. It looked like the place should be condemned. When I walked back to the front desk, I noticed that the fire alarm on the wall near the service window didn't work, because it was in the "activated" position. Overall, I say that place was a disaster and should not be in service, I mentioned it to Christine the clerk and she agreed. I recommend it be taken off your list of clients.

Bad people hanging out in the parking lot. as out in the open drug deals all over the place. Should be condemned and lose there business license. Shame on Roadway Inn and Orbitz for even being affiliated with such a dump. Front door jam all broken so you cannot lock the door. No Tv someone stole it. It’s a disgrace

Avoid this place! It is a transition housing for homeless. The place is absolutely disgusting. They didn't wash sheets, didn't clean the toilet for who who knows how long. It is being changed to a Super 8 but no way they gonna help this place! Meth capital of the area. Pool hasn't been active in at least a year. Wait till you see the photos I have, I'll post if this site lets me.
