This isn't the Ritz. I was in town for a concert and all I cared about was getting a cheap place to sleep and prep for the event. That's exactly what this was. The room was clean and the bed was nice. However, if you're looking for a nice place with amenities, this is not that. The blanket was thin, the breakfast was minimal, and a couple of the rooms (not mine) smelled weird. I'm pretty sure the pool was closed too. Another nice thing is that this place is close to a strip mall, including a Dollar Tree and food places, so that was really convenient. 5/5 if you're not picky, 0/5 if you care about staying somewhere nice.

I booked here on the promise of a pool and hot tub, and unfortunately they were not operational (looked like a health code violation). Additionally, no breakfast. The fridge in the room was rusty and looked decades old-I didn't dare open.The mirror in the bathroom looked like it came out of a garbage dump. You get even less than what you pay for with this economy hotel. Would not recommend unless you're on a serious budget and simply need a place to stay for the night. Good location and that's about it.

It really run down and shabby. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and the hot tub hasn't worked for weeks. That being said, the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable and our room was quiet. I've stayed there before and was checking in late and leaving early so basically just paying to sleep there.

Pool is great perfect temp clean and good repair hot tub has been broken for a long time it looked disgusting inside it. State of disrepair was more than obvious same as cleaning staff not caring a piece of wood was the safety measures for the window on a ground floor. The hotub in our room worked very good after we sanitized it and pulled all the hair out of the drain it was filthy. The ants around the base and in the bathroom were off-putting as was the tv services that did not work. We had a pillow case that had dried blood on the backsidd we through of the bed the sheet had multiple dried on stains. All around the grounds and the building there is need of major fixing and renovations they should not be running. Safety cleanliness amenities a 2 staff a 4 would not recommend this place to a inlaw I did not like much less a enemy. Spend the money and stay somewhere half way decent for your money there are many places around it that are way better. Overall a 2 disappointing at best felt like a cheap place for people to live without credit to get a apartment living there by the day....

The staff was nice. I requested a room on the first floor and they were able to accommodate me. Theres no phones in the room but maybe people were stealing them. The room wasnt in the best repair. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and there mustve been a large crack or hole in the past because you could see where it was painted over. It was a large area. The bathtub was very old and there was tearing on the floor by the tub. They had painted some of the tub. The tub was filthy. So much so that I went to Walmart for some very strong cleaner. It helped but I think it was stained for so long that there was still stains. The sink also hadnt been cleaned very well so I cleaned it very well. The television was terrible. I dont think they know how to hook up cable. But I had my phone. The one bright spot was the bed. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were as well. I wouldn't stay here again but it worked for overnight.

Dirty. Like REALLY dirty. There's mice, the breakfast was non-existent besides some old apples and a few bagels, holes in room walls, it smelled like cat urine in our room as well. Definitely not a good place to stay.

The room was so dirty, the worst hotel I have stayed at. The walls were gross, there were stains on the walls. Stains on the carpet! Stains on the sheets and blanket. The room had a very bad odor. The hallways of the hotel had a bad smell. The bathroom was gross. The nightstand had ashes on it. The light fixtures were rusting. The bathroom had rusted towel holders, hair around the sink and was dirty in general. I felt dirty and very itchy after the stay for one night. I would not stay here again.

He first room given the AC didn’t work, I pulled back the bedsheets to see dead bugs on the bed. I requested a new room, 2nd needed vacuuming, when I moved the night stand there was old food on the floor under it. The hotel is filthy beds where old and uncomfortable front desk service terrible. The Continental Breakfast was terrible, dining room also filthy. 0 out of 10 stars I won’t stay there again

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a smoking room, and after I got checked in and to the room, none of the lights worked and the television reception was horrible. The only light that worked in the room was the bathroom light. We were moved to another smoking room and that one wasn’t any better. Only 1 light worked, and the television reception was horrible as well. The refrigerator looked like is was picked up off a street corner about 20 years ago, I thought I was going to get tetanus from it. I booked another room for our stay and decided I was going to write the cost of this hotel off. The person at the front desk said that the smoking rooms usually aren’t the same as non smoking rooms, but there should be a standard for hotel rooms. He tried to get me to stay, but I did not want to stay in that place (even in a non smoking room). I’m pretty sure I was getting bit by some sort of bug while I was sitting on the bed booking the other hotel.

Beds were clean, nicely made, comfortable, and the pillows were great. Bathroom was clean. The hotel itself, less than good condition. I was three rooms in, from the dining area, and on the first floor. The people above me weren't loud, but walked around until 3am, and the ceiling creaked with every step they took. Sounded like they were going to fall through, just by walking. Got to sleep at 3am, then heard chairs like nails on a chalkboard, in the dining area. Thanks, for the 2.5 hours of sleep. Continental breakfast, was 2 types of cereal, milk, a couple of plain bagels, two types of bread, cream cheese, milk and coffee. Nothing else. Sunday, they had fresh apples available.

I arrived with my daughter to stay and head to a Concert, I booked on the way there and the pictures were very deceiving. When we arrived we followed an undercover cop in witha pistol and handcuffs. The entrance was very shady and sketchy. There were rowdy people jumping on the couches and yelling at the staff that the elevator was to slow and hot tub was broke. We stood there very uncomfortable and the front desk would not refund ud our money. The cop went in the back room and the motel staff handed them a stack of manilla envelpoes. SKETCHY place and felt unsafe. We eneded up quickly getting out of the building and driving to a Holiday INN where they had room for us. So we paid for a night at Norwood for nothing. Hoping for a refund yet still.

Rooms were very small, beds were ok, a little firm but that's just My taste. The TV was pathetic all channels were fuzzy and there weren't many of them. Disliked the fact they won't allow a legal cc holder to have their firearm when there's dozens of crackheads in the area. And their continental breakfast is terrible. Toast, cereal, and juice/milk who doesn't have waffles for continental breakfast these days? The pool hours are bad 10 am to 10 pm, no adult swim.

The building and rooms and furnishings were pretty old and falling apart. No outlets in the room. Walls and floors had holes/damage. Honestly not too upset about it though because the price was so affordable! But just be prepared, this is not a fancy place.

I come into the hotel just a sign saying someone will be back in a few minutes I wait and wait and call and call but nobody shows up. About 15 minutes later the check in guy appears with a mumbled apology about being on break.

Our bedroom was nasty. Sheets weren’t changed and had dry crusty stuff on it. Pillow cases had hair on them. Microwave didn’t work. Window screen was broken. However when we went and told the hotel clerks they were very nice and gave us new sheets and what not. Also came and gave us a new microwave. They also switched tvs for us since the one we had in our room didn’t have an hdmi port. Ki the hotel clerk was amazing and did all of the moving and switching for us.

Easy to book and stay, no real issues. Staff could have gotten check-in information from me earlier. And when I tried, they were not at the front desk. They need to make sure they are cleaning under the beds better. Some inconvenience, but overall, it was cool.

You get what you pay for snd there was more to like than not, Brad at the front desk was kind and efficient. The facilities are clean but dated and in need of some TLC especially in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but had no blanket or comforter, lucky I had my own. The parking lot had some interesting people hanging around a shopping cart filled with many useful items to survive outdoors. They were polite and non threatening. The walls are thin and I had some noisy neighbors but things got quiet early on. All in all, it was a very nice restful stay.

I booked here on the promise of a pool and hot tub, and unfortunately they were not operational (looked like a health code violation). Additionally, no breakfast. The fridge in the room was rusty and looked decades old-I didn't dare open.The mirror in the bathroom looked like it came out of a garbage dump. You get even less than what you pay for with this economy hotel. Would not recommend unless you're on a serious budget and simply need a place to stay for the night. Good location and that's about it.

I arrived with my daughter to stay and head to a Concert, I booked on the way there and the pictures were very deceiving. When we arrived we followed an undercover cop in witha pistol and handcuffs. Other than the fact that I got to breakfast at 7:15 and there was 2 packets of cream cheese and 7 or so packets of butter in the counter top cooler, and a dribble of milk in the dispenser. I asked front desk what’s up with the breakfast? He said previous guests came through and took everything, (I wanted to ask why don’t you monitor these filthy animals) He informed me he can’t replenish it because he won’t have anything for the next two days…he was clearly f.o.s bc when I checked out guests were sitting eating…I certainly didn’t miss much…otherwise very quiet all night, no foul smells

Well to start off. The room and the hotel upon entry was awful smelling. And our room had old crack and broken furniture. The carpet transition to the bathroom was coming up to where you could trip over. The shower was nice. Staff was nice. . But that's it's. I wouldn't stay there again

Key Inn was able to accommodate me when my original booking at another hotel fell through(Norwood Inn was closed and condemned, but they did notify me). The Key Inn is older and a bit shabby, but it appears that they are in the process of renovating one wing.
