Rooms are very cleaned and ready to go. The entire hotel was exceptional. Beds are very comfortable and they give you extra pillows. Kitchens are very stocked with utensils. Lighted patio area was nice and clean with 2 grills. Very pet friendly. No loud barking.

What I didn't like was the pet fee. $75 per night per dog which wasn't easily advertised on their website. It was sort of hidden and we would not have stayed if we knew that.

The newly renovated candlewood is a pretty nice hotel. My room had a kitchen and a nice bathroom. It was a great experience. Rooms were clean didn't find anything gross or unusual. Next to the highway but you don't really hear it from the inside. Service was great and everyone seemed very friendly. The price to have your dog stay with you was very reasonable.

After check in we were informed the property’s elevator was broken, we then checked in and discovered we had been given the wrong room. A married couple with two beds. My husband is 6’4, didn’t work. We had to move the nightstand and put both beds together. We were running late for an event so we had to leave quickly and had no time to leave or change rooms. When we moved the beds we discovered trash, left over clothing and a vape in the non smoking room. We turned on the air and it smelled like smoke in the non smoking room. Later one of us fell ill and we had to extend the room to get well, it wasn’t ideal to stay there and with no elevator, a leave had to be permanent. Finallyy felt better and left called Expedia who contacted property, they refused even with broken elevator to give any compensation, contacting my card company

I booked the stay through hotels.com. I was told it was pet friendly but was not told until I arrived that there was a $75 charge per pet per night. Not a $75 deposit, but a $75 charge. When I told the manager that I was not told there was a charge prior to my arrival, she basically just said "oh well".

Size of the room was nice- the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. When we 1st walked in the room had a smell and had to open up the window- the counter top still had crumbs on it and the bathroom tub had dirt on the bottom. I wasn’t very happy with my stay unfortunately.

I would never suggest this hotel to a single person! The lady who checked us in tried to charge us more money after I already paid. She said oh I am sorry I forgot to charge you the incidentals, but that was already charged when i gave them my card. This place was disgusting. The bedding was used, the pillows had mascara all over them,(not stains, actually freah makeup) there were other peoples hair in the sheets. The counter tops were covered in cigarette ashes and dirt. We tried to tell the people that worked there but no one cared. They kept using the excuse this is extended stay. So extended stay mean we dont clean ever! The housekeepers knocked on our door and asked if we want the room cleaned i said yes, also explained that the counters were filthy and covered in cigarette ashes. They never cleaned it and they left our room opened the entire day. When we came back we found the dirty towels on the floor still and our door opened. The room was not cleaned before we checked in and I doubt they will clean it after. DONT NOT STAY HERE!!! They also ran out of clean towels. The elevator broke. We waites to talk to the owner. He was not any better. He had the same excuse thia is extended stay hotel.

Room was very dirty carpets were sticky. My dishwasher didnt work in the room. Shower was patched with white duct tape where there were holes. I stayed 12 days and my room wasnt even cleaned once. No towels or sheets, trash was never taken out. Id reccomend finding somewhere else for the money this place costs.

The room and location were fine typical hotel room. Our room had an odd smell at first but went away after a little bit. The room had a lot of moisture for some reason, by morning my hat was soaked. The double beds are not big enough for two adults. I wish hotels would stop providing double beds. Queens and kings only.

First off the check in staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Then what I got upon opening my room door was a pleasant surprise. The room is what I'd consider perfect. It had everything I needed and more. It's my hope to make this my hotel of choice.

Rooms are advertised as having queen sized beds, they are NOT; at most they are doubles. That was the biggest disappointment as I was sharing a bed and they are not big enough. Relatively clean, nice staff.

The room was not up to standards. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillows. Our room was switched and then the tv did not work. Front desk lady was very nice and did her best with what she had to work with. I was told I would be refunded, as we left because of the room conditions and there were not available rooms after being switched once. Waiting to hear from management on my refund.

Most of the staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They made our stay feel very home like. The overnight desk attendant was not very nice and did not communicate well at all.
