Restaurant was not open. The website states breakfast available it’s not. The bar was shu try down Wednesday because the owner did not ge try a liquor license in his name. The atm was out of service the entire 4 days I was there. Valet parking is 30$ a night and they use the garage next door I found out my last night park yourself for 20

Everything was great. I have stayed here a few times in the past. I was disappointed the bar/ restaurant was not open. Though, so many places within a 5 minute walk. Better priced than its' competitors and a great location.

Overall the stay was fine. But, we were disappointed when we arrived and learned they did not have a POOL as the pictures had indicated. They had taken it out years ago to put in a fitness center. The front desk person only said "the owners have been trying to take that picture down for a few years..." They did not offer any concessions or free items. My son was disappointed. The hotel put us on the first floor. By 630am, there was a fair amount of noise in the hallway. It almost sounded like metal carts with metal pans hitting a bump and clanking all over. It happened at least five times. Finally, the general upkeep of the hotel was so-so. Lots of apparent knicks in the wood that need to be reapainted/re-stained. The shower head needed some plumbing help as it was spraying water into the ceiling at certain angles.

Does not have parking but there is a parking deck right next door, you do have to pay daily but it was cheaper than doing valet parking and literally you crossed a side street to get to it! It was close to coffee shops and other shops, great location!

Due to new ownership, there was no food or drink. However, staff Anna, Nick and Daryl were so helpful and supportive to us. They helped us with the trolley access and even walked us to a nearby restaurant in the rain to be sure we were accommodated. By mid-August, the license situation for the new ownership should be complete but in the meantime, you can depend upon the staff to do all they can to help facilitate your stay.

We chose this hotel for the price point and in the hopes it would be quieter as it is not on Bay St or River St. Unfortunately it was noisy every night we were there. It was also extremely dirty. The floors especially were disgusting. There was hair on the bathroom floor, my baby had black knees and feet after crawling around, etc. It was gross. Service left a lot to be desired. I was left waitong at the front desk and treated as an after thought instead of as a guest. The only parking is valet parking. They may or may not have enough parking spaces to accommodate you. You are required to send a text to request your car and if you did not receive an initial text, they will argue with you about retrieving your car. Honestly, I would stay somewhere a little bit more expensive or even outside the historic district and drive in and use public parking. The one and only plus about our stay was one of the valet employees. I don't recall his name, but he was wonderful.

The room was dirty. The lamp next to the bed had brown burn marks on the lamp shade. There was black hair on the wall of the shower and one of the towels had black hair on it. Came back to our room after it had been cleaned for the day and found the bed not made, the sheets and cover were pulled up to the pillows, trash was emptied but bathroom trash can left in bathroom doorway. I would never stay here again.

This was a dirty dirty room. Big blobs of red hair in the drain, long black hair on the shower walls, and dirty stained towels. Nasty nasty bathroom.My sheets smelled used- not clean and beds were poorly made- cheap sheets for 260.00 per night. Day manager was indifferent and dismissive about comments- so don’t expect things will change. Night check/ in woman was lovely. That’s about all that the hotel had going for itself. Pay an extra 20-30 bucks for a clean room.

The air worked great, and the water was hot. That is all I can positively say. The facilities were dirty overall. The room was just dirty, dust built up, a hole had been punched in the closet door, the towel hanger was hanging from thr wall by a drywall screw. I wouldnt stay there again.

The staff was great but the rest of the hotel had a lot to be desired. Our bed was broken and sunk to one side, the walls were paper thin so we heard even low level conversations from our neighbors and the horror movies they watched until 2am. The bathroom had unfortunately been only lightly cleaned - we saw some hair as well as some leftover trash. It is in a good location but for the cost for one night, wish we had stayed elsewhere. The reviews on here is why we chose this hotel but feel the Google reviews are a more accurate reflection.

The property was centrally located, and very convenient to historic area, but our room did not have any hot water for a shower in the evening after walking all afternoon. I contacted the front desk and she said maintenance wouldn’t be available until. as we were leaving this morning, I was offered a free drink ticket for a beverage but there again we left at 8 o’clock.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were friendly. It is convenient and walkable to Riverstreet. There is a parking garage next door if you don’t want to valet your vehicle. Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was obnoxiously loud and kept waking me up. Front desk lady said all the units are loud. She did get someone to check it but no success with making it quieter and they could not change my room because they were full. So I did not sleep well.

Cleanliness earned only 4 stars bc I noticed that the stainless steel faucet in the tip was not shiny and clean. Soap scum still on it. There was also a strand of someone else’s hair in the tub. Floors in room didn’t feel clean to bare feet. The tub didn’t drain very well. Comfort: great to have a Keurig, and thank you for replenishing the stock each morning but we needed stirrers. Also, bath towels were small. Larger body towels would have added a higher level of comfort. When towels were replaced, we did not receive a new floor towel. I noticed this only because I was bathing a toddler. Funny smell of “old” in the room. Likely just bc of climate and old building, but it was off-putting at first. We got used to it and it caused no allergy issues. It was not something that would keep us from returning.

Clean and fairly quiet. Some noise from hallway, but about the same as other hotels. Our double queen room had a kcup machine, which I did not see mentioned anywhere on the website. Room was clean. No carpet. Shower doesn't get very warm, but just warm enough. It was a tub-shower combo, which would be good for families with small children.Exhaust fan did not work at all, so the moisture had to dissipate once the door was open. My only complaint is that valet access to your vehicle is not 24hr. If you didn't bring another set of keys, and need something from your car after 11pm, you cannot access your car at all. The hotel staff do not have access to your keys. Requesting your car during regular hours is easy, and can be done remotely before coming down to the lobby. Was informed that tipping on app at checkout for car does not go to valet though, but goes to management who does not forward to valet, so ended up having to tip valet service twice, because that is just wrong to keep the tips.

The room was clean but definitely needed an update. The hot water faucet in the bathroom did not totally turn off so we had to play with it to get it to the right place to have the water stop. The bathroom lights were very dim. I know other reviews complained about the hot water but we had no issues.

Unless you have no other choice, don’t stay at this place. The positives: the location The night manager and most of the staff The pics of the room on Expedia are 10x better than the actual rooms The GM and the day manager don’t know the meaning of the word hospitality and I will never stay at this place again. Too many great hotels with competent management in Savannah.

Our stay would not have been anything to rave about…until we met Ebonee and little Rick. They helped us navigate Savannah. Your hotel is lucky to have these quality employees. These 2 made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. The hotel is fine, but the staff was top notch! Thank you Ebonee and Ricardo!!

Great hotel, super awesome staff. Rooms were great. The only reason(s) for the 4 star vs 5 star: Valet wasn't clear on the Orbitz reservation ($30/ night- great rate for the area, but would have been nice to know) Valet was late getting to work on Saturday morning by 30 minutes, I almost missed my event. And the office manager/ valet do not support each other (would have been good if the hotel manager could have pulled my car out). Breakfast was an additional charge. Good spread, but again another additional charge. Great location, easy access to highway. Easy access to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time in Savannah and one of the best parts was staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. On arrival, the registration clerk, Ebony, had great suggestions for restaurants, shops, provided a map of the historic district AND special attractions discounts. Parking attendants were fast and friendly and provided us with driving instructions.

Wonderful check in with ebony . Terrible experience with management. I checked in then left for dinner. When I returned my key didn’t work, it took over an hour while I waited in the lobby for a manager to come and let me in the room. When I asked for compensation they offered 29 dollars in water. I had driven 10 bites and was sick and his apology was weak. They told me I had to contact Expedia for compensation but Expedia wouldn’t send me to a representative. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty and the door was damaged. Other than ebony I had a bad experience

Excellent location with easy interstate and downtown access. Hotel is decently maintained. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. The "valet" service was so bad that I will pass on future stays here. It is a valet service that appears to be contracted by the hotel. My personal space was invaded repeatedly on multiple occasions to include touching me after I stepped back to put space between me and the attendant. If there was an on site parking option I would have chosen that but they only offer valet.

The hotel and rooms were super clean, the front desk staff (especially Vik) were very kind and helpful! Valet was super easy! The location was perfect for easy access to all attractions. Will stay here again, for sure!

The property was clean and convenient to everything in the historic district. The room was pretty and spacious. We walked to a number of restaurants and all of our sightseeing tours. The only thing about Savannah was there was no free parking but right across the street was a parking garage that was very reasonable.

This hotel had no restaurant to eat at despite the false advertising on their website. Our hotel room was disgusting. Dirt and hair everywhere; toilets and shower were never cleaned and the toilet barely flushed for half the trip. The room service was awful. They “fixed” the beds where the sheets and comforter were hanging on the floor and pillows thrown any which way, mostly between the wall and the bed. On average, our room wasn’t serviced until nearly 5pm. It was a far from cozy/peaceful stay with kids terrorizing our room all night body slamming into our door and “ding dong ditching” during the later hours of the evening. I was very dissatisfied with our stay here, and would never stay at another Wyndham in Savannah again, nor do I recommend anyone stayed there either.

Check in with 3 PM however I had to wait for housekeeping. The noise was off the chart. There was a lot of clutter and garbage in the hallway area leading up to the room. They also advertise continental breakfast which they do not provide.

The hotel was good overall. Clean with a nice modern decor. Breakfast on the premises was good with a good variety and at a reasonable price to what we would find elsewhere. It was initially advertised that the breakfast was included, but we received an email that they were under new management and the breakfast was no longer included. The staff was friendly.
