Very nice peaceful property. Very spread out so if your room is far there is a lot of walking. Pools are great. The spa pool is off limits unless you have a spa appointment. It has the best views though. It would be nice if they had a sitting area for us guests not using the spa to also enjoy the views. Cafe by the pool is decorated very modern, uninviting and cold. Does not match the rest of the property’s’ vibe at all. Staff was awesome!

Very nice property with a family pool and an adult-only pool. The rooms are larger than average and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. I would skip the restaurants and opt for dining around the area as the restaurants on-site are average and overpriced.

Self Parking requires a lot of walking to and from your room. Also, you have to rely on golf cart pick up if you’re not a walker. Overall, good experience. I would suggest a breakfast buffet be offered as breakfast menu is limited.

The property was beautiful. There were many areas to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and using the family pool and the adults only pool. The drinks at the pool were delicious and the customer service was great. The room was spacious and had a patio with a lounge bed and chairs. The bathroom felt like a spa bathroom. Would definitely return to this resort.

I went to Scottsdale as a quick getaway and chose the Omni for the first time. It was a good experience. The property was nice and so was the staff. Food and drinks were good quality and prices what you would expect for this type of resort. There were a few issues. I ordered room service for dinner and it never came. The kitchen manager offered me a dining credit to make up for the mistake. Overall, the spa services were good. The hot tub tiles were missing. They said they were aware and replacing them the next month. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would return!

We just stayed at Montelucia for 11 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. During that time the elevator up to our floor was never cleaned. It had drips of food or grease and several globs of string on the floor the whole 11 days. The body lotion was never replaced in the bathroom for the entirety of our stay and our bed wasn't made on four different days. The staff was helpful and pleasant but the level of maintenance was definitely a disappointment. Management needs to step it up and be more hands on. We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. We were sad to see the level of detail decline. Not sure if we'll be back.

room patio furniture very dusty, left dirt on clothing after sitting on the furniture. clearly monsoon dust might be hard to clean all the time, but seemed like the furniture was fairly caked with dust dirt. put towels down on patio chase lounge, etc, to avoid.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and I loved all the amenities available to guests. Housekeeping and mainentenancd could definitely be improved. When I checked in my room it was unfortunately not up to standards for what one would expect for a 5 star hotel. I had to do some cleaning, disinfecting and dusting (there was even some trash that was missed behind the tv stand) before being able to properly settle in. Other than that, everything was great. Everyone employed here is super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to the baristas and cashier at the cafe!

We found an old blueberry, an old glass of wine, a children’s toy in our room upon check in. The toliet and adjacent wall were also stained like someone had gotten sick but wasn’t cleaned up. The larger pool, one of the main reasons for choosing this property, was closed until the morning we left. Room service closed at 9, though menus and online informatiom said 10. When I called the front desk, instead of telling me that I could still get food at the bar for another half hour, just apologized and told me to have a good night. I had been traveling all day and am glad we decided to wander down ourselves but I wondered why that wasn’t suggested. Landscaping was beautiful but I was disappointed by how much we spent versus what we got.

We had a great stay. We were a little concerned prior to arriving since there were reviews of the property seeming dated and having small rooms. That was NOT our experience at all. Rooms were clean, updated, and well-maintained, with great views of Camelback. There was also a wonderful patio with comfortable furniture and lots of manicured lawn-space. The bed was comfortable and I haven't had that much water pressure in a shower in a really long time. The only complaint was the distance from the main area to the room, as we were at the far end of the complex. This did, however, provide us unobstructed views of Camelback from the room, so it was worth the extra steps. Food was excellent, especially at Prado, where we sat outside next the the fireplace. Our waiter, Oliverio, was outstanding and made excellent wine pairing suggestions for Spanish wines to compliment the Spanish cuisine. The pool was very nice, but poolside service was slow. It's walking distance to the Echo trailhead at Camelback (just a few blocks away), so the Omni is a great location if you're planning to hike. You'll have to drive a bit if you're looking for other activities or dining, but honestly, the property is so nice, there's no need to leave. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the groundskeepers even picked us some ripe oranges from the tree outside our room as we passed by. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance, and ask for Oliverio as your waiter for dinner.

The staff was friendly and responsive. But the resort is somewhat tired, with rusting steps and rooms in need of regular maintenance. We had to change rooms due to a musty smelling mattress, and second room had leaky faucets and low water pressure but we stuck with it due to a better view as staff gave us an upgrade for our troubles which we appreciated. Pools nicely heated and swimmable in November and sauna area very nice. In resort restaurants, while pricey, offered very good food. Location not close to eateries so we depended on our rental car for travel.

Terrific location and generally well-kept property. Service was good, food/beverage was good and amenities were good. The grounds are extensive and beautiful. Rooms were generous......the shower was a bit difficult to turn on/off, the bed needs to be replaced. Lovely balcony with extensive view....unfortunately, someone nearby us smoked and we could smell several times a day. We would likely return to the property for a future visit.

The staff and customer service were five stars all the way, so helpful and accommodating. Response time is not like anything we have experienced before. The room was very comfortable, the view was lovely. The pools were so relaxing, again the service at the pool was phenomenal, great cocktails, and food.

I have reservation obviously coming there and check in is at 4 i come at 12 and ask if they can do early checking so they give me room not worth 500 so i went and asked for another room that was at 12 30 and they say they can give me for 75 $ more better room i say ok and they will text me when i ready i went my way 4 and half hours in city and malls and nobody text me and i come on front desk and they say they dont have nothing for me or anyone say anything imagine of o show at 430 and nobody will text me still and they cant found me a room so i lost 6 hours around thinking someone will text me th3y finally give me room after half day of hustling and service desk u cant talk to them ower phone they misspelled any word u tell them

First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt would be closing after breakfast. And then the next day the pool menu was drastically reduced and breakfast options were limited. Had we known about the transitions they were making, we would've had planned on having a rental car to go off property or maybe chosen a different resort for this stay. We wanted to be able to stay at a resort where we did not have to leave for the entirety of the stay but unfortunately with the changes going on we had to find other options off property for dinner 2 nights. It would've just been nice to have had more communication from the resort prior to pur stay. If we would've been able to fully experience the resort or known going into it what to expect, I do believe my review would be a 5 star.

Loved the area, gorgeous resort overall. Very clean. Rooms were worth every dime! Some lows, there’s no system that keeps track of people for the check in golf cart service. We waited in 114 degree weather while people after us were served first. Did not ruin the experience but definitely disorganized. The adult only pool was so nice! But I forgot my ID and they had me walk all the way back to the room in AZ heat to get it. They served me previously without the fuss. Regardless there’s definitely some beautiful ambiance there that transports.

The Omni is the best summer getaway in the Phoenix area. The staff is excellent from the valet service all the way through housekeeping. Every employee we had an interaction with was top notch. Congratulations to the Omni management for hiring and training a staff of people who really have the guest’s best interest as their top priority. We will be back.

The property is stunning and I have never met such a considerate staff before -so attentive and inviting . The only downside is it is somewhat remote so you need a car to get to restaurants or anything and parking is $30/day

Property was beautiful, well maintained, have a great fitness center and classes. We did a morning yoga and it was wonderful. The only downside feedback I have is restaurant food options and public facing menu is not accurate or up-to-date. Staff shared it is months old. With it being QR code there is no excuse not to update your menu.

We had an excellent room, but beware they charge an additional $75/day for resort and parking fees. This is frustrating and prevents me from giving a higher rating. Also food at both restraurant onsite is decidedly mediocre (althought the atmosphere at Prado if very nice). I'd give both a pass since there are plenty of other choices nearby.

The hotel is beautiful. It feels like you’re in Spain of some sort I didn’t get to eat on a restaurant but the restaurants close early at 10 PM so no late night dining options. It’s in Paradise Valley so it’s surrounded by some really beautiful houses. The pool is spectacular with great pool size service I give it a 4.5 out of five.
