Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-Fossil Creek

The property is close to the LM facility. The property is clean, the breakfast is good, and i like swimming pool.

Location and ease of parking. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Pool was indoors but water was cold

The property was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. The pool was ice cold and unswimmable. Its an inside pool and since no sun is able to warm it,it needs to be heated. The hot tub was out of order and that was disappointing. Overall its a nice place to stay if you dont want to swim or use the hot tub.

The pool was so warm- it was wonderful! The hot tub was out-of-order unfortunately. The hotel, pool and rooms were very clean and nice. The front desk person was very nice and welcoming. Good variety at breakfast.

Overall our stay was okay, but could have been much better. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was FREEZING! Like ice water cold. We were not able to enjoy it even though it was 100 degrees outside. It was that cold! The first room we were assigned to had an air conditioner that screeched quite loudly. We tried turning if off, up and down and nothing worked to stop the screech, so we asked to be moved. The room we stayed in was nice, but the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet around it was wet and smelled moldy. For a Hilton property it was rather disappointing to see these things. The breakfast was typical of what you would find at most hotels that offer a hot breakfast. The bread that was available for toast was very good!

The front desk staff aymt check-in and check-out were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable....really made us feel welcome. The pool and hottub wete both working and perfect temperatures

The staff was so welcoming, room was very nice and quiet pool and hot tub was nice and very relaxing especially since we were the only ones in the pool area.

The room smelled very stale when we entered, then when getting into bed the sheets literally smelled like poop. It was disgusting! Everything seemed very old/in disrepair/cheap. There was no trashcan in the kitchen area, the evening employee was acting a mess with others when we walked in, doors slam on their own so the hotel is very noisy. I would not stay here again... save yourself the trouble and pass in this "hotel."

When I turned back bedding a brown object was under sheets which stained side of sheets as it fell to floor. It was nasty and gross. When I went over to phone in room to call front desk the phone was broken. I walked to front desk with photo of sheets and the brown object in a kleenex. They put me in my another room. They were unwilling to refund because of “policy”. Non refundable policy. So it wasn’t about me the customer and making things right, it was about policy. Very disappponting and I will not be staying there ever again.

The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. I would stay here again. One suggestion: update or clean the sofa. Area for improvement: the cleanliness of the bathroom and floors. There was a disturbing amount of hair just outside the shower, on the floor. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed. There was mud-like dirt pieces on the carpet.There was no rain during my visit so it is unclear how long the dirt has been there.

Room condition, mismatch furniture, appeared to be pieced together, bathroom sink didn't have a stopper in it, water spout in tub was loose. I found other people's barrettes on carpet, room didn't feel clean after that. Property didn't live up to past Hampton's that I've stayed in.

We went to port Aransas a few weeks back and stayed in a Hamptons hotel. We love it so much that in our trip to Forth Worth looked for another Hamptons for our stay. Staff was excellent! Special thanks to Kim from front fest who was super sweet to Us and very friendly to all guest. The cleaning lady was very nice as well. Have us what we needed and seem happy to help. Kitchen lady as well! But I have to say that cleanliness could be a little better. Showers need a good scrub in the walls and we had trash in our trash Can from the previous guest. Besides that, we enjoyed staying there and getting to know forth worth!

It’s average for one night. I could not stay 2 nights. Room is old and in need of repair. Desk chair stained, couch is worn and the toilet runs.

Trying to reach someone at the front desk was a chore. However, checking in was relatively easy. The room was spacious butnodly setup. Poor placement of the TV made it difficult to watch from either the couch or beds. The shower showed signs of a bad remodel but otherwise the room was pleasant. Comfortable beds, even the pull out. The breakfast had many options and was well stocked even after a business conference came through. I would definitely stay here again.

I gave this property and overall 2 star review and its because we stayed on the first floor. Do not, I repeat, do not stay on the first floor. It is worse then if you live in apartments as far as hearing every single step the people above you take. We had to switch rooms to the 3rd floor in the middle of the night. Glad they were able to at least put us in another room because that would have sucked. Just please do not stay on the first floor towards the end of the hall. I don’t know if it’s the same in the 2nd floor.

The a/c in our room was insufficient for the size of the room so it stayed a bit on the warmer side.

The hotel is clean, the staff is great, but it's *noisy*. Every footstep in the hall, or the rooms above, was loud. It was really hard to sleep. The walls are simply too thin.

The rooms are clean but you can tell the room needs a full remodel, the lobby looks new but the rooms are old. Cracks in the ceiling out dates showers, stains in the chairs and couch. The staff was great and helpful. I had to change my first room because it had a odder that i couldn’t get past.

Big mistake. The first night (Thursday) was fine. No issues. Saturday - I woke up looking forward to breakfast as Hampton always has a good breakfast. Instead I found oatmeal that was mostly water and ice cold (they never turned on the crockpot for it) and sausage bites that were rancid. That afternoon and until well after 1am, I could hear every person stomping above me and every person talking in the rooms next to me. The walls are paper thin. I tried to go to the hotel pool/hot tub Friday night and was disgusted to see how filthy the hot tub was, so I told management and they closed it. But ew! Saturday was not much better for breakfast and still very noisy throughout the day. I will say the breakfast Sunday was back to the usual Hampton quality - no rancid meat (same type they had served on Friday), oatmeal that was actually cooked, etc. However if you're looking for variety for breakfast, this isn't it. Other than the meat changing, they served the same potatoes and eggs every single day. I like this Hampton for the location and the large desk in the suite so I have room to work, but in the future, I think I'll look for somewhere else to stay.

We did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our first night we had very loud neighbors above us that ran and jumped on the floor all night long. When I asked the front desk about it the next morning, they said they could move us to a different room - instead of asking the loud neighbors to move. We loaded up all of our stuff and went about our day. We came back to the hotel later that afternoon and moved in to our new room. In the middle of the night one of my children woke up needing to use the restroom. To our surprise the entire bathroom floor was soaking wet because the toilet was overflowing. I cleaned up the mess and had to wake all of my children (I was traveling alone with them) to use the main restroom downstairs. When we got to the restroom it was a complete mess - someone had been sick all over the floor, walls, and one of the stalls. The lady working the night shift at the front desk told us she felt sorry because she knew that bathroom was really dirty and someone got sick in there. We went back to bed and decided to wait to use the restroom in the morning until we left the hotel and went somewhere else. As I was telling the lady at the front desk she asked if we wanted to use the managers restroom - why did the lady working the night shift not offer that!? I called several times to talk to the manager and never got a call back. An employee told me I needed to talk to hotels.com - who also did nothing about the issue. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was dirty candy on floor upon check in. No shampoo etc in bathroom. Room above us up all hours screaming jumping etc sounded like ceiling would fall in. Staff did nothing about it.

We switched hotels from another hotel where we had a bad experience and this hotel was seriously the best! Soooo accommodating and helpful! The front desk people were amazing and helpful!

We had a minor problem caused from upstairs room and the staff was very prompt to get us relocated to different room and was very courteous to all my family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast staff was very friendly as well.

The front desk staff was very friendly. We had a maintenance request for our room and it was handled promptly.

It was a great location for our stay. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9:00am. I’m a late sleeper. Otherwise, everything was great!

We chose to stay here because Geoffe was so sweet on the phone prior to the stay. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again. Not too far from Billy Bobs.

Continental breakfast was great, but ending at 9a was a little early. I had to wake up my three kids so they could eat. Multiple families came down after 9a looking for breakfast.

Friendly staff, decent rooms although mine had a remote-controlled blind on the window with no remote and really no power to raise. Breakfast was plain, uninspired hot items and all microwaved, included what I think was an egg product chopped up that had no taste. Count on eating out.
