3 night stay I, never got any coffe replaced, ice machine was broke, early morning staff was so loud laughing in the morning woke people up in their rooms. No prior warning of facility undergoing renovations and lobby was a mess. Not what I’ve come to expect from courtyard. Disappointed

Had two rooms, both on the third floor. One had the window wide open and lock mounted beside the door was hanging down broken. Holes that had been poorly patched all over both rooms. Other room had someone else’s clothes and socks in bottom drawer. Obviously had not been fully cleaned. The “courtyard” was nothing but weeds. And should have payed attention to “breakfast available” meaning you have to purchase the over priced food in the morning. Indoor Pool was ice cold as well which was the main reason for staying there.

Where to begin. From the time I got there to the time I left there was a dead roach in the lobby. First room I entered 138 dog hair all in the bed talk to guy at front desk get room 140 human hair in bed shower dirty snot tissue in the drawers how hard is it to clean? Never again

The room was comfortable. The shower had stains. Obvious that thry remodeled the room as there were screws and brackets wtill on the wall where items used to hang. Bathroom had stains in the shower and was poorly remodeled. The staff were all friendly. Check in and out was easy.

The moment you walk in the hotel smells like an old persons home. The room needs some serious updating. Cracks in the walls and tub, handles barely hanging on to the wall, the AC unit was cracked and you could see it was filled with dust and mold, very gross. We decided to try and partake in the indoor pool but it very much smelt and looked algae infested. The staff on the other hand was truly amazing, very friendly, no issues there.

Had a room on the first floor. The hallway had food debris all over the floor. For some reason there was a ladder and bucket right in the hallway for a good portion of the trip. No free breakfast and the little cafe prices were crazy! The room itself was decent sized and clean

It was dingy and the bed was horrible. To get hot water you had to turn the faucet to cold. Took us a while to figure that out. Elevators were very sketchy and I wanted to take the stairs.

I came here specifically because the OKC MEPs sent my Navy recruit son here…the area is loaded with restaurants and a mall…15 min from downtown…the room is big! Is it new and a modern feel…no but a solid 7-8 out of 10…great value for the money. Indoor pool that was nice and a workout room that’s good enough to get some work in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I had a key issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Our sink had leak underneath. Water was poring out when we used it. We’re running late for a wedding upon arrival so we didn’t have a moment to tell them. Early the next morning - I told the front desk. I emailed her a video. She said she would have it fixed. We were leaving again and couldn’t change rooms. I requested them to comp our room that night. Get it fixed. We returned late the evening. Housekeeping had not come and sink wasn’t fixed. We went to bed. We woke up to housekeeping coming in our room without evening knocking. Upon check out I kindly expressed my disappointment and would like a full refund. Sadly we used our reward points for half of it. So I am disappointed on every level. I asked the GM to call me tomorrow. We will see.

I’ve stayed here multiple times as I come to OKC quite often. I’ve never had an issue previously. This visit, I had the housekeeper attempt to come into both of my rooms with her key even after telling her through the door her services weren’t needed (as I had just gotten out of the shower). I likely will not stay at this place again but the surrounding area is very nice.

Everything was clean and in a great location. Check in and service were great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The only complaint I have is the shower had a leak and the tile had a rather large crack, which really didnt effect me but it wasn't pretty. Also, make sure you turn on the "avoid tolls" setting on whatever map you use to get there or you could get a surprise bill in the mail, which isnt the hotels fault but just a heads up. I would definitely stay again!

Even though this was in a high traffic area with turnpike just north of motel, this is a quiet place. I was traveling alone as husband could not come with me, I felt safe which was important for both of us. Amenities perfect, breakfast nicer than the normal breakfast buffet.....it was personally prepared as ordered. Will certainly stay here again
