Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. The pool and hot tub were also clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay at this property. The hotel is clean, and the staff are nice. The location is great for shopping and is overall pretty quiet. The hot tub and pool are also wonderful ammenities after a day of driving!!!

Had a very nice weeknight stay at this property in Yukon, Ok. Very quick and simple check in-room was very comfortable & clean. Very clean. The coffee and tea were nice and the mini fridge was a plus. The absolute BEST pillows in a hotel ever—I’m actually planning to order a pair for our home very soon. The breakfast is over the top in my opinion. Very generous, plenty of options including very healthy ones, and it’s all fresh and temperature correct. My only disappointment is in the pool area. It’s an indoor pool and sauna and the air is very stale, overly humid and there’s poor ventilation. The pool water was too cold to enjoy and the hot tub was only lukewarm. Not a great time poolside. Hoping they get the issues addressed. We definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, IHG & Expedia!

This property is fairly clean. The staff is friendly. However, our television in our room did not work. The lady at the front desk informed me that there was no maintenance on staff so there was nothing she could do about it. There were blood spots (not old ones) on the fitted sheet on one bed.

This property was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was nice and there were restaurants and entertainment options nearby.

Terrific breakfast, parking, front desk clerk, and very nice room at this Inn. I found a dead cricket behind the toilet so a small deduction on cleanliness plus there was some transmitted stomping from the folks around me so sleep wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Easy access off I40 too.

Clean, great shower pressure and hot breakfast

This location is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in! I was also very pleased with the front desk staff, especially Jessica. She helped with getting some hot tea for my sore throat and was very kind! The beds were super comfy, and breakfast was well-stocked and delicious!!! I will definitely stay there again!

The room was very roomy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable for sleeping and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was extremely good and we were very pleased. Just would have liked a walk in shower as my husband and I have back trouble and it’s difficult for us to get into a tub/shower combo

Great location and good size room with a comfortable bed. The only issue was the TV service was poor with “No Signal” shown on many channels intermittently making it difficult to watch a movie, news, or weather.

The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable breakfast was very good. The room has a MAJOR design flaw. There are only two electrical outlets on the table between the beds. This does not allow for two C-Paps and two phones to be charged in the night. The switch to turn off indirect lighting above the two bed headboards was the same that TURNED OFF THE TWO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. We had to sleep all night with the lights on because we needed to keep the C-Paps and phones connected to electricity. WHO DESIGNS THIS? AND WHO WOULD NOT CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY?

Over priced hotel. Make sure you bring ear plugs as well as a sound machine. The hotel was clean but off putting when you walked up, towels along the front entrance and two space heaters plugged into one outlet in the entry prior to the lobby of the hotel. Staff was constant seen around the hotel cleaning. Our room was clean and there are mattress protectors on the mattresses. The hotel is poorly insulated and you can hear every little conversation from either side of the next rooms as well as the hallway. There was about a one inch gab on the bottom of the door. Each time a door was shut around us, the room would shake. Water was always hot. There is maintenance needed in the bathroom, our shower leaked outside the tub. Would not stay again for the price.

We booked a night to stay for my sons birthday so he could swim. I called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open and they said yes. When we went down to swim it was FREEZING. Nobody could get in because it literally hurt. I went to the front desk to ask about it and they said “yeah the pool heater is broken.” I said that would’ve been nice if they told me that when I called before booking to inquire about the pool. One other issue was the bolt lock on our door did not work. It didn’t line up at all. We tried lifting up on the door to lock it and it was so off there was no way at all to make it work. Cleanliness was pretty good.

Front desk check-in person was less than congenial - could have had a way better attitude and demeanour. Obviously wasn’t thrilled to be there. Everything else was fine but that’s not a good first impression on a hotel property.

The young lady who checked us in was the friendliest, most helpful and professional person we have interacted during our entire trip.

I arrived at the property after 3 days of cross-country driving. I was greeted by Jessica, at the front desk. She was very kind and polite. It was a pleasant surprise and a warm welcome. There was no issue with check-in and, just as requested, I was given a room with an assisted shower. Jessica gave me the indoor pool hours, but because we (my teen son) arrived late. She was gracious enough to let him swim one hour later, if he wasnt to loud. Breakfast buffet from 6am-10am. According to my son and his plate, it was hot and delicious. The lobby also sells snacks and drinks 24/7 with a large assortment of goodies. When I opened the door to our room, I was so relieved that it didn't smell of smoke or any foul things. Having spent the 2 prior nights in some questionable hotels. Jennifer's name was on the housekeeping card and the room was spot on clean! The AC was set and the room perfectly chilled.The comforter had no stains and the sheets were clean and fresh. I did pull back the fitted and mattress pad. Their mattresses are in cases. But I still had to check. Creepy crawly things in bed freak me out. The bathroom was spotless. No smudge on the mirrors or counters. The tub and toilet were clean. The shower curtain not stained. No cleaning on my part needed. I was so relieved to see that I didn't have to complain OR clean the room myself. The room was perfect and the huge TV was a plus Staff was so hospitable and the hotel was inviting. A

Accessible to a lot of shopping options. Easy stay off the interstate when traveling. Kids enjoyed the pool, and adults the hot tub.

Overall, an awesome place to stay. Very well clean, awesome breakfast, plenty of areas to eat and shop. Everything is so close and within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at a great price for how nice of a hotel this is. It’s clean in every way— rooms and the hotel common areas. Very nice room and comfy bed. Good shower pressure. The hotel is in a nice area and felt very safe. Had my car packed and left it in the parking lot with stuff inside and no issues. Hotel staff were nice and friendly! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Lots of people partying (drinking & vaping) with children running and jumping in pool area well past posted hours. Breakfast foods were not kept hot. Coffee had a very acidic taste to it.

The best hotel between Illinois and Arizona. The best breakfast since Covid. Will be back!

Friendly and helpful desk staff. I was informed what tv channels were local. So I could keep informed of the bad weather. Breakfast was very good. Staff was constantly keep the breakfast area stocked and clean. Clean rooms, well designed! Like the coffee area in the room. The bathroom had good location to hang towels. Soap dispenser by sink and tub.

Stayed here after driving 12 hours. Jacuzzi was a welcomed respite! Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and well stocked. Staff was friendly and parking was plentiful. Will be staying here again on my return trip.
