Sleep Inn & Suites Yukon Oklahoma City

My boss sent me back to Texas. We tried to cancel my reservation because of the change and got nothing. This was an unforeseen event but you kept my money! I hope it was worth it. Don’t stay in this hotel!

Rooms clean,staff helpful but breakfast was not too good,no varieties or options. Overall was OK.

I was staying at sleep inn for 2 nights with my wife and our 3 little daughters do to work purposes, our daughters are 4 years old, 7 years old & 9 years old, my 9 years old she felt of her feet while she was walking in the room , the front desk she called with a really bad attitude and told me that some guest complaining and some employees about some disturbing in the room and if that doesn’t stop she was going to ask me to leave the hotel without refund back, how come you think some one going to called you about some complain and be so rude like if she call me previously, She was accusing that we was disturbing the guests downstairs and next door, claiming the staff had complained as well when that wasn’t like that, We had arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM and checked in early for which we were charged $35.00 so we hadn't even been there an hour. I explained to her that we weren't making a noise ; my daughter had simply fallen of her feet while walking around the room. I told her that I keep my children under control and that we have stayed at other hotels without ever having a complaint, because I have raised my daughter well.s,, she was always with an attitude towards me, and I even asked her nicely can you please put us in a first floor, her answer was that she can’t put me in a first floor because I used the room already and I told her We hadn't even been there for an hour, she said They only charged me $83.00 out of the $295.00, and they haven't refunded the rest.

We always love staying here. Never once had any issues whatsoever. This time they went above and beyond! We called and asked if early check-in was possible due to a work trip. They were very accommodating and understanding! The customer service we received was way above any place we've stayed before! The room was cleaned very well, and breakfast was amazing as always! We will never stay anywhere else!
