I booked my room online after driving 13 hours we arrive to check in my room had a bed with no sheets trash with a hole in the vent in the bathroom with a molded towel to hide it we got placed in another room with dog hair everywhere a used condom wrapper in my bathroom tub drain nothing has been cleaned or scrubbed after I was told it was I was completely grossed out mad that I spent my cash with no refund due to no manager being up front everything that listed to this property is a lie the pool was green hasn’t been cleaned in god knows when when I booked the pool stated it was open the fridge was gross the kitchen appliances had never been cleaned I found a used razor by the stove in kitchen !

Worsr hotel ever. Expedia shouldn't even allow this property on their website. The 2nd floor balcony was rotting away and unsafe and they tried to put us in rooms right above the broken balcony. We insisted on changing rooms and the next set of rooms had dead bugs everywhere. We told them that we refused to stay there and they refuse to give me my money back. Tried going thru Expedia to get my money back and they were no help either.

The climate controls did not work at all. The second story wall way was crumbling and falling apart. There was a clump of hair I. The middle of the bed on top of the covers. There was hair throughout all the sheets. The toilet would not flush. The smoke alarm was dangling from its wires in the ceiling. And there was a huge hole over the sink where the roof leaks into the room. Also when I showed up to the room there was a bag of trash in from of the door.

A rather disappointing stay. I asked for the quietest room possible, and was given a room facing a busy highway. I’m very glad that I travel with slippers, because the floor was pretty much covered with dirt. Hair and I don’t know what in the corners and throughout. Stains on the bed coverings. The microwave had crumbs from something in it, so had obviously not been cleaned. I couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was out, and rusted. It almost looked like I had been put in a room that hadn’t been used much, so wasn’t even cleaned. I had to check out early, so I can’t rate the breakfast, but there wasn’t even coffee available in the lobby, and no coffee maker in the room.

The door to our room as well as the bathroom had both been broken in to, prior to our stay and lacked proper repair. Well we have steady at this particular hotel in the past and we've never had an issue with it this go round again not an issue but it was 101° and we were looking forward to swimming because it was very very hot out and no swimming pool that was number one number two was no breakfast that was a big deal because we have two kids we needed to get on the road very early and we were hoping to get the breakfast and get it and go which they did not have and no ice maker which was kind of odd but for the most part it was a very clean establishment always great customer service which we appreciated she was very nice and very helpful so would we stay there again yes definitely

This place was no better than a crackhouse and should be razed. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I’m pretty sure the room next to mine was occupied full-time by husband wife a few young children and cooking meth. I strongly recommend that you remove this hotel from your list.

Bed was clean & comfortable, air was ice cold. The room was cleanish other than the dead bugs of various types on the floor throughout the room, did not see any live bugs. There were no bed bugs. The front desk clerk was very nice. Got a “smoking” room but there was no ashtray in the room. Only a half roll of toilet paper no back up roll. Corner of ceiling in bathroom above the shower was moldy and deteriorating, did not use the shower. Needs updated, not Americas best value inn but not it’s worse either. I would probably stay there again if I had to. Property was quiet. A $25 cash deposit is required at check in and then returned upon check out.

Saw roaches, had no batteries in the smoke detector, toilet wouldn’t flush right . Was told I had a non smoking room but cigarette butts and zig zag trash under the bad, room Was not dusted, sink had dead bugs in it. When I told them what was going on they asked if I wanted a different room! HELL NO!!!

The room was okay, the staff though...checking out early morning had to be at work at 5 am, couldn't access the lobby, had to ring the bell at the window well no one showed so I left the key card, try calling them to let them know..I called the number before I could speak the gentleman hung up, so I called back, he wouldn't answer, I tried again he rudely hung up in my face, gave it one more try this time I got the answering service so I left a message, let's just say I might pass on another visit.

No smoking room and the bed cover had burn marks and the sheet. My wife would not walk on the carpet bare footed. We parked our car at another Motel down the street because we did not feel our car was safe there and walked back. The owners only parked there cars where the staff could see them people milling around outside. One looked like a lady of the night.
