Hotel was ok but the advertising said it had a hot tub which was wrong.

The stay was less than convenient. The elevator stopped working, the internet didn't work Saturday,and we had to have our room keys reset 6...yes 6 different times even following the instructions to avoid electronic, .microwaves and metal. Overall the staff was pleasant about it but one young lady was visibly annoyed. There was also a broken tile in the bathroom. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

They advertise an indoor pool with hot tub… NO HOT TUB and pool was closed…

The pool was closed due to a "Pipe broke". The property was in decent conditon, but not the cleanest. Lots of dogs in the hotel which people should be aware of. I came out of our room with my 2 yo grandson and a person with 2 large dogs was outside our room and had to reign them in to keep them off my grandson. just be aware

The indoor pool area was cold and the pool water was cold making it unusable.

First off, I booked it trying to use my credits. While the prive was discounted, I had to pay and didn't get to use my credits. Not sure if I read about a hot tub or saw it in a photo. A family member mentioned this location was great when they stayed a few years back. Surprise...indoor pool yes. Hot tub, no. No hot water for showers...that was disappointing. Toilet seat seemed to be broken. Free breakfast offered great options but the food was cold. It was a quiet building and location was close to a variety of restaurant options. It was simply a quick trip to give us exhausted seniors a chance to rest after a long day of celebrating Christmas with family.

It reads as an owner who doesn't want to repair and keep up property and a staff that doesn't care to give effort. Maybe both are true. The pool is a health hazard and molded. The fitness center equipment is gross and broken

Avoid room 308! Everything seemed fine until I pulled back the cover on the bed and found... blood stains? I went to shower. I pulled the towel from under the sink—all the towels were soaked and had mold. Black mold under the sink!!!! The lady at the front was very nice and quickly assigned me a new room but didn't even apologize for anything. I honestly don't think she was surprised about the mold.

The room was huge and could of been fine but there was smell of urine, animals and smoke.

The hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and maintenance.

There were bedbugs in the suite we were put in, when pointed out they said they would close the room and treat it but that's all they would do

My room was wonky - you could tell it was at one point a double converted to a king. It had a random chair in this big empty side of the tv. The room next door the door was left open all night and it looked like something set the carpet outside the room on fire at one point. The bathroom did not have enough towels and the bedsheets were either stained or dirty.

While the room was nice and spacious, it was really dirty and on serious need of an update. Our room was really gross, furniture was falling apart. Also the breakfast was really mediocre. The staff were really friendly, that’s about the only thing this place has going for it.

Pretty awful. The first room we stayed smelled and was just dingy. The couch and chair had a lot of staining. There where paint splatters in several places. And the worst part was the furniture had been stained and the stain came off every time it was touched. It ruined several clothing items. They moved us to another room with really scrappy ac units. The same kind of uncomfortable stained gross couch and chair. Both rooms had dirt and splashes/ spills on them. The microwave had old food left in it. The elevator seemed like it needed work on it. The hallways and lobby had a smell to them. They would leave the door to the laundry room open. There was another gross unkempt maintenance room door that was open all of the time. Oh and we called ahead to ask about the coffee makers in the room and we're told that they were just normal machines that use the basket type filters and we could use our own coffee. Nope. Not the case. They were just crummy little machines that use the pre-made little coffee pillows. Overall just a really disappointing stay. Especially for over $100 a night

First room was not cleaned at all! Second room they moved us to was clean except bathroom was nasty dirty! Terrible hotel and would never recommend this to anyone! We left at 3 am because beds and pillows stunk and couldn’t sleep! They should have paid me to stay there!!! Front desk lady was amazing and that is all I can say about this Sh$$ hole!!!

The room had a weird smell. The headboards were dirty the refrigerator was dirty, and we found cockroaches.

Upon arrival we were informed that the tv didn’t work due to internet outage earlier in the day. Was instructed to turn off tv using the power strip to reset the system. This never resolved. Room (ada) was very dirty and dusty. Hair in the bed, crumbs on the desk chair and a very dirty bathroom. Missing hand towel rack, missing overflow drain in tub, missing floor molding and black mold. We did not feel comfortable using the shower/tub. Floor in bathroom was dirty, we didn’t go barefoot. Walls are paper thin. Could hear all the comings and goings at all hours. FYI As an ADA room this bathroom needs a complete overhaul. Should have a shower with a low entry. We did not eat the provided breakfast as it seemed unsafe due to improper handling and heating. Only positive was the friendly staff. We will not return to this hotel until it’s been remodeled.

We asked the desk on three separate occasions to check the A/C in our room it was working but just barely....As many hotels as there are in OKC we don't have to settle for this treatment.....

We were very impressed with the location and ease of finding La Quinta Inn & Suites in Yukon. The room was very clean and comfortable with a refridgerator and microwave and good T.V. The bathroom was very nice and everything worked well. Plenty of hot water. They provided a nice breakfast area with plenty of choices for food. We were very pleased with our stay.

The beds were terrible to sleep on

Beautiful room. The bathroom alone was bigger than some rooms I have been in. An all around enjoyable stay

AC did not work in room 109 and we were moved to room 105. AC didn’t work in that room either. Room 105 needs to have quite a few repairs in the bathroom. Room 109 has rust in the tub. Breakfast was good.

While the breakfast was one notch above motel, the strong coffee and soft comfortable bed makes all the difference when you’ve spent 12 hours driving. Waffles, biscuits/gravy ( needed salt and pepper), hotel eggs, tiny yogurts.

The air conditioner didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was poor

When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was greeted by a young man who seemed upset and frustrated. He told me he hadn’t slept because he works two jobs. He gave me a room key, but when I went to open the door, I found someone already asleep inside the room. I went back to the front desk and told him what happened. He immediately blamed the morning shift employee, calling her incompetent and saying she never does her job right. Then he asked me to please keep quiet because he hadn’t slept in two days. Eventually, he gave me a key to a different room, but it wasn’t what I booked — instead of two queen beds, it had one king bed. I told him it wasn’t what I wanted, and he got annoyed. After that, he finally found me a room with two beds, but it was on the second floor instead of the one I had originally reserved. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

The staff at the front desk jimmy i believe was his name was phenomenal! Nice staff all around property. Jimmy was very helpful with all my questions and helpful telling me everything when checking in process.

We got 2 hotel rooms for a weekend stay. We showed up to check in around 11 pm. The male at the counter (older with a limp) was very rude making several disrespectful comments like "Can you be quiet" when I told him I paid online. He also said "Can you stop talking? You're making no sense." when he asked me if I had a question and I went to answer he cut me off before I got through my question. The smells were awful in both rooms and there was no air moving. As we looked through our rooms, one of the rooms had a slash in the curtains, coffee spilled all over one of the bed sheets, black makeup on several of the pillows, the carpet was coming up, and there was coffee spilled on the nightstand dried up. I went downstairs to speak with the front desk and he again was very rude. I tried to tell him what was going on in that room and he cut me off saying "Don't yell at me. I'm just a night worker. I am not a cleaning lady." He gave us another room and it was in better shape. We asked for extra pillows, towels, and blankets since we had a pullout sofa bed. The male at the front desk told my husband and me (at different times) they didn't have any extras to give. I questioned it and he got rude, again. We had two rooms that slept 6 each and were only given 2 towels in each room. There were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed in the rooms. Breakfast was good and our kids enjoyed the variety. The rooms were quiet and we didn't hear anything from the halls or our neighbors.

When I checked in the front desk lady was horrible rude she didn’t greet us had been traveling for a cheer competition so checked in after 10 pm and the receptionist was so unprofessional. She didn’t greet me didn’t tell me the time of breakfast then slammed my card key down on the desk. And to top it off she charged my card twice. I will never stay at this location again

Hotel staff went over and beyond to make it very comfort and inviting. We were invited with cookies. They were able to accommodate an extra pillow. Would I stay at this property again? Yes, I would.

I wish saying that this was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel was a joke, but alas, it is not, and it has ensured I will never book with a La Quinta ever again. 1) we checked in and the clerk said he tried to run our card earlier in the evening when we weren't there, and it was declined, so we had to provide a different card or pay cash because that card can no longer be used. (Called bank the next day and card is fine...?) 2) Every day, we had to go back down to the reception desk and have our card for the room changed because it no longer worked. 3) we got room service on Tuesday but Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday nothing. We asked about it on Sunday morning and our room was so passive aggressively cleaned that day, it was comical. The beds had literally just had the blankets and sheets thrown on them, new cups had been tossed onto the microwave, and all the towels (including the clean ones) had been taken. 4) Sunday, I get an alert from my bank that the hotel has charged my card. Um, we paid cash at check in. Oh apparently the first guy told us the wrong amount and my card got charged for the difference without ANYTHING being said to us... and they charged the card that was declined and was said that could no longer be used. I will say, the shining spot of this hotel at the moment is the woman who works in the afternoon/early evening. She was absolutely wonderful, and so apologetic by the end.

Hotel was perfect place for my nights stay while attending a men’s conference. The hotel was great location for food, shopping, etc..

The hotel is conveniently located near to the shopping places and restaurants. It was peaceful and laid back.

Very convenient location right off I-40. Really nice & helpful receptionist for an easy & quick ck-in. Great large & safe grassy areas to walk my dogs. Beautiful & spacious rooms. Good hot foods for breakfast too. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk was nice and great with checking us in. The stay was comfortable, no noisy neighbors and the rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was perfect for us due we traveled as a family of 4!

The fire alarm went off and scared almost everyone in the hotel. Breakfast was edible at best, should've went to the Waffle House instead

We checked in late, and the front desk lady was WONDERFUL. That is the only thing that was decent about the stay. There were garbage bags in the hall on the 3rd floor, the elevator was filthy, and floor was sticky. The room was not dusted and there was dry wall dust and remnants on the bathroom floor. The next morning my husband went for breakfast first at 6:50am. Although the food wasn't ready, it was shortly there after. When he returned to the room, I went down and by 7:20am there was no more sausage and would be a 15 minute wait for eggs. When you offer breakfast, and you are out of main products by 7:20am that is bad. Also, we along with another couple waited for over 35 minutes for a person to check out and we ended up leaving. The Kitchen lady was rude and told us that it's not her fault there is no food and that the morning person decided not to come to work. This was horrible customer service.

I only went to breakfast a couple days because the lady snapped at me. The Spanish guys got a buenas Dias from her. The black guy got a good morning sweetie. No words but negative for me. It was obvious to me that I was unwelcome.

The breakfast was not good. The sausage patties were over microwaved crunchy burnt and the gravy was on the cool side; needed to turn the warmer up. The lady chopped up the eggs in almost mashed pieces. There was only one kind of muffin out both days we were there. Very disappointed. Also the electric outlet by the microwave and refrigerator in the room kept blowing the breaker on the outlet and had to be reset. We ended up unplugging the microwave.
