Ik heb hier niet een fijne ervaring gehad. Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar ook niet gastvrij. Receptioniste gaf geen uitleg over de faciliteiten, huisregels of wat dan ook, was ook bijna vergeten de kamersleutel te overhandigen. Er is geen lift aanwezig en parkeren op straat is enorm prijzig. Handdoeken in het hotel waren versleten en het bed was niet comfortabel. Enige positieve wat ik kan zeggen is dat het redelijk dichtbij het centrum ligt met de auto.

We had a lovely room under the eves. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to public toilets and we were able to walk to the port in about 20 minutes. The only issue was hauling our heavy suitcases up two steep flights of stairs. So thankful for the staff who helped us.

The only draw back is absence of the elevator. I have to walk up about 38 steps each time to my 2nd floor room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The place is wonderful and cozy. I love it :)

Nice friendly staff, great rooms for the price. Close enough to everything you need and not far from city centre. Great bike rental prices aswell. Will definitely stay again.

El internet está pésimo, no hay un área en donde puedas sentarte a responder correos, no tienen personal que te ayude, si necesitas dejar tu equipaje antes de las 3pm, tienes que ir a otro hotel a que lo guarden. No tienen elevadores y las escaleras son muy reducidas por lo que llegar con equipaje es complicado.

El internet está pésimo, no hay un área en donde puedas sentarte a responder correos, no tienen personal que te ayude, si necesitas dejar tu equipaje antes de las 3pm, tienes que ir a otro hotel a que lo guarden. No tienen elevadores y las escaleras son muy reducidas por lo que llegar con equipaje es complicado.

De accommodatie was netjes, de mensen aardig, maar het was erg eenvoudig. Zowel de accommodatie als het ontbijt was eenvoudig en simpel. Voor wat we ervoor betaald hebben, vonden we dit het geld niet waard. Er is een bar en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, echter vanaf 15 uur is die niet toegankelijk en ‘s avonds een drankje drinken is dus niet mogelijk. Voor dit geld, kiezen we de volgende keer een ander hotel.

De accommodatie was netjes, de mensen aardig, maar het was erg eenvoudig. Zowel de accommodatie als het ontbijt was eenvoudig en simpel. Voor wat we ervoor betaald hebben, vonden we dit het geld niet waard. Die Unterkunft ist ca einen Kilometer vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein lebendiges Viertel mit zahlreichen Kneipen und Cafes. Es gab Zimmerservice, was wir gar nicht erwartet hatten. Es war wegen des Verkehrslärmes sehr laut im Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, nur eine steile Treppe, die in die oberen Stockwerke führet.

I was not very satisfied with the condition of the accommodation in this hotel. My room was extremely noisy as the main window was broken and not closing properly and I could hear all of the traffic from the street. When I told the Receptionist on check out she really didn't seem bothered about it. The shower also didn't work properly and there was no hot water. I would not recommend this and it is very overpriced for the standard of room you get.

The staff (I think I met the owners) were very helpful and welcoming, for e.g. it was raining heavily and they let me borrow a personal umbrella and suggested restaurants for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. It was very clean throughout. This hotel is excellent value for money considering its cleanliness and location. My only criticism is not the fault of the hotel but other guests, who were noisy in the corridors late at night. Some form of noise insulator/soundproofing under the gap under my bedroom door might have helped quieten noise from the corridor. But overall this a minor quibble from an excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel which is clean but a little dated. We had one with a tight window and the window is not able to be opened (air con in room tho!). Quite close to everything, so we didn’t really need public transport. 15-20 min walk to most parts that guides reccomend.

It was a good enough room for 1 night just to sleep because it was clean and tidy, but the matras was very thin and hard. Also, there was almost no water pressure at the sink and in the shower so it took a long time to shower or wash your hands because of how little water there was coming out. The toilet seat was broken as well and was falling off all the time. We told the front desk but unfortunately they didn’t offer us anything. We think a €100 for one night was too much for all of the above.

Rotterdam est une belle ville tout est accessiblea pied donc l'hôtel était plutôt bien placé ! Seul petit bémol sur l'insonorisation, nous entendions tous les bruits du couloir. Mais le personnel lors de notre arrivée était très accueillant. La chambre était propre et au calme.

Buen tamaño de habitación con aire acondicionado y buen tamaño del baño. Regular la calidad del Wifi, no llegaba bien la señal, debiamos ir al lobby. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor y estabamos en un tercer piso con unas escaleras muy pequeñas y maletas pesadas, aunque noto que es algo de Holanda. Cercano a puntos turisticos.

We had a lovely room under the eves. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Schlichtes Hotel in relativ guter Lage. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. ÖPNV sehr nah. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider war es (Januar 25) in vielen Bereichen sehr kalt. Im Zimmer gab es keine Heizung. Die Heizung im Bad war nachts aus, morgens war das Bad kalt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, allerdings waren z.B. die Pfannkuchen kalt. Es gab frisches Obst. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt.

Nice hotel which is clean but a little dated. We had one with a tight window and the window is not able to be opened (air con in room tho!). Quite close to everything, so we didn’t really need public transport. 15-20 min walk to most parts that guides reccomend.

Over rated over priced hostal this is not what i would call a hotel no service atall reception closed i think 4 pm out of city centre difficult to find not near tram sytem i would not stay here again

Die Unterkunft ist ca einen Kilometer vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein lebendiges Viertel mit zahlreichen Kneipen und Cafes. Es gab Zimmerservice, was wir gar nicht erwartet hatten. Es war wegen des Verkehrslärmes sehr laut im Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, nur eine steile Treppe, die in die oberen Stockwerke führet.

Schlichtes Hotel in relativ guter Lage. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. ÖPNV sehr nah. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider war es (Januar 25) in vielen Bereichen sehr kalt. Im Zimmer gab es keine Heizung. Die Heizung im Bad war nachts aus, morgens war das Bad kalt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, allerdings waren z.B. die Pfannkuchen kalt. Es gab frisches Obst. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt.

Bonne situation pour découvrir Rotterdam Chambre fonctionnelle, literie comfortable, salle de bain propre Un rafraîchissement des sols et des murs pourrait donner un coup de peps à la déco et ressembler davantage aux photos ! Pas d'accès à la salle à manger, pas de petit déjeuner possible, dommage !

De accommodatie was netjes, de mensen aardig, maar het was erg eenvoudig. Zowel de accommodatie als het ontbijt was eenvoudig en simpel. Voor wat we ervoor betaald hebben, vonden we dit het geld niet waard. Er is een bar en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, echter vanaf 15 uur is die niet toegankelijk en ‘s avonds een drankje drinken is dus niet mogelijk. Voor dit geld, kiezen we de volgende keer een ander hotel.

Clean and open room, perfect for a short trip. The staff were lovely and I had a delicious, sweet, fresh lemonade from the cafe downstairs. Easy access to public transport and good location. I really liked the decor in the room and have nothing but positive things to say about my stay! Note: If you have physical accessibility needs, the stairs are quite steep so may pose some difficulties.
