The hotel wasn’t bad, however the hallways were hot and had a strange smell. The elevator also had a smell. The gym is not useable and doesn’t have air conditioner. We were given limited towels which had stains. The phone in the room did not work, no dial tone. The surrounding area is unsafe and dingy. Be sure to keep your car doors locked. You get what you pay for.

The lobby has a weird smell and the hallways of the Inn feel like they are 90 degrees, however the room AC worked fine so it wasn't a concern. The elevator is pretty scary going up and down due to shaking and loud sounds. The room had a lot of issues like the bath spout not being fully attached, the toilet shaking as if it wasnt sealed to the ground and a large patch on the ceiling (possibly from fixing a leak) however none of them were enough of a issue to need a room change. For one night, and the price, the stay was fine.

Overall, it wasn't terrible... The elevator and hallways were super hot. The door to our room was broken? They had a bathroom towel wedged into the upper right corner, otherwise the door wouldn’t shut properly. Not the most safe or secure… There was mold in the shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was extremely basic.

Pool area was terrible, it was not clean and all seating was ripped damaged and not one person seemed to care, we didn't eat the breakfast because nothing seemed clean to me. My room I had to clean myself so I bought cleaning supplies etc... I found hair on my beds so I went out and bought my own sheets, I asked for towels for 4 ppl they supplied for 2 so I went out and bought my own towels. I asked for toilet paper they gave me 1 roll with 2.5 days left in our stay I also had to buy my own toilet paper. Our floors were filthy and I also had to wash down the stove top,refrigerator and walls near the bedding areas. This was supposed to be nice and relaxing for my son he had 3 days with us and just finished his basic training for the army. I cleaned most of the time instead of spending as much time as I could with him. I talked to the ladies at the counter but no one seemed to give a crap that this was an important trip. This hotel had good reviews and 8 mins from base that's why I chose this one. I won't make that mistake again. Also the laundry dryers don't work. 1 has no heat the other one kinda does. Spent extra time doing my son's laundry because only 1 dryer kinda worked. Also we checked out the day before. We dropped off my son at his base then left from there. We had enough.

The AC did not work sufficiently and we were miserable on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out so we had to carry all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room was not clean as we had hair and debris in the tub and the door to the bathroom was covered in dirty black hand prints. It looked as though it had never been wiped clean. Very disappointing!

Everything was very dirty, they gave us a room that was not ready and the one they changed to us was dirtier than the first one. They need more cleaning and empathy. The first night the room had a cockroach.

Pictures looked amazing. Upon arrival we noticed the place was very dirty and not very well takin care of. A member of our group had cockroaches in his room on first floor. Our bathroom had mold in the shower and the flooring was coming up all over the room.

The room wasn't the cleanest. The floor was sticky, and there was hair in the shower, on the bathroom counter and door, and in the room itself. I couldn't tell whose hair it was, but it was uncomfortable! The shower curtain was discolored, and the air conditioning unit was falling apart.

Sorry, but it was dirty, dirty… specially the floors! The coffee machine was missing the tray so we couldn’t have coffee. The breakfast in the lobby also didn’t have coffee! We had to walk around in shoes because the floor was so dirty! The security chain on the door was also broken and towels were dirty. The bed sheets didn’t smell fresh (like they weren’t washed or washed without detergent!).

The bed was comfortable, i found a dead cockroach on my night stand at check in and i showed it to the maintenance. I kept an eye for orhers but did not see it in my room but found another in the elevator. The AC unit had a mildew smell.. The bath tub was not cleaned thoroughly. It looked like dirt caked on and was rinsed but not scrubbed. The dining area was nice and person el supervising breakfast was a little testy and in everybody’s private space. She is watching everyone like a hawk that made people uncomfortable and feeling invaded. The lotion dispenser did not have any lotion.

Never in my life did I imagine we were going to experience bed bugs and roaches! We were horrified! Plus there was a musty smell in my daughter in law’s room with stains in the curtains. Mold was evident and our bedding was stained. Pool was extremely dirty on the bottom and its surroundings. Staff helped until a local who is a frequent customer spoke up on our behalf. Inspection needs to be done asap! Needs to be closed down until it’s demolished and rebuilt.

This place had a terrible front desk staff- when you could find them. The rooms were gross. Floors (not carpet) are sticky. The bathtub faucet leaked. They said they would fix it and did not. I requested cleaning service, towels etc. and never got it. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels but had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk. Find another place to stay! The mattresses were actually decent.

No hot water. After a long drive from Atlanta’s airport, there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. The next day, still no hot water. Issue was not rectified so we had cold showers for the entire stay. This is unacceptable!

Room keys didn’t work when we first checked in and then again later that evening the lady had to keep redoing them and they were not kept near any cellphones or in a wallet so there’s nothing that should have made them not work very inconvenient when traveling by myself and 3 small children. Area around the hotel was pretty run down. Hotel room was pretty clean and enjoyed having a fridge, sink and microwave. Walls/ doors are very thin you can hear peoples conversations walking thru the hallway and there tvs outside the room.

ZERO SHOWER OPPORTUNITY. Do not expect to get a shower at this hotel. They only provide cold water and they have zero solution to solve this issue. I would expect to hear an apology or some kind of partial refund. They should not be allowing guests to stay here in at all. If this is a temporary issue, then you should not be giving rooms out to any guests.

Lady at the counter with tattoos on her chest seemed to get irritated after I went back downstairs to ask for a different room since there were 3 large flies inside my room, second room had a German cockroach, I headed back downstairs as I searched up a different hotel. Once at the front desk lady approached visibly irritated by my presence and said I would need to look for a different hotel. I was not rude nor disrespectful at all. I asked for a refund and they could not provide me with any type of receipt showing I would get a full refund. Extremely disappointed with the way she went about it as well as the owner I believe, he was very sour from the moment he came from the back room after I asked to speak with someone else. Anyone looking to stay out here in GA, I advise you to pay an additional $50 and stay somewhere else, these people don’t deserve clientele with the poor service they offer.

Upon arrival on 2/17/24, at 7:30 p.m., the front desk clerk was not available for approximately 20 minutes after I arrived because she was sleeping. In fact, she was snoring so loudly that even yelling for help did not wake her. After calling the desk several times, I finally got her to wake up. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with checking in at a hotel in my life.

We are traveling with an RV trailer and we were able to park it on the property over night. Friendly and professional staff. A lot of quick dining options nearby. Nice spacious and clean rooms. This is our second time staying here and we plan to return.

Property was fine - great location, close to Fort Moore. Staff was friendly, and helpful. I understand what people mean about surrounding areas - but I felt perfectly safe traveling there (as a female, by myself). My only criticism of the facility was the Wi-Fi was spotty/unreliable (connection kept dropping) - but really, I wasn't there for the Wi-Fi. I was there to see my Soldier!

The front desk manager that checked me out and the woman that signed me in were very pleasant and efficient. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I also needed an accommodation for my baggage and the manager was more than happy to help, it was greatly appreciated.

The hotel its self was clean and the employees were nice. However, at 4:00 am our second night there we had a random man just bust into our bedroom (scared us so badly). I went and told the front desk and the response I got was, “I’m sorry, that shouldn’t have happened. Someone must have asked for a room key and we gave them one to yours. Usually we ask for ID so we know they are on the room they are requesting the key for.” So they don’t take safety precautions at all and will let anyone into your room.

Went there to see my hubby graduate bootcamp and wasn’t really satisfied. As staff was rude and barely anyone to help. Asked for more towels cause our room had like 2.. the lady said sorry they don’t have towels.. breakfast was the best part. Ms. JJ was so kind and helping with us. Showed she really cared. Overall hotel was just okay. I’d give it a 2 out of 5 stars.. will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly and there when you needed them. On the day we checked out the elevator was out so we had to carry our stuff down from the 3rd floor, which was fine. They were working on it when we left at 6 am. It was very convenient to the base, took us around 5 minutes to get there.

Hotel was clean and back off the hwy enough to be quiet. Check in was good and person was friendly. Hotel has pool and back covered patio. Pool was closed for season but looked nice. Patio was good size. There wasn’t very many food choices close to the hotel but several not too far away. Room was small but efficient. It was clean and effectively laid out. Nice darkening curtains and no bright lights shining in while you were trying to sleep. We were very happy with our stay.

It was fine, but I wish I had been told beforehand about the new $100 deposit for incidental damage. 3rd stay here and normally breakfast is good with a lot of variety, today there wasnt much, I waited 30 minutes hoping eggs would show up and finally gave up, had to get McDonald's later down the road. The staff is always nice

The hotel was extremely clean the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was polite, however she spoke so softly that it made it difficult to hear her questions. They only issue we had was the attendant for the breakfast. She was rude and just disgruntled.

The room was very clean and comfortable, customer service was great. But this property should work on the the breakfast amenities when it comes to running out of paper ware plates during busy stays. The breakfast attendant J.J. tried to accommodate guests with what was available but didn't have any plates for the guests to enjoy breakfast. So the manager that operates this property should reevaluate how to accommodate guests during your holidays and busiest stays
