Heather in pool not working water cold. Also no jacuzzi like advertised in pictures

my room was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the 24- hour pool.

1.) Website shows indoor pool and spa, we arrived No spa.. 2.) The door to our room did not lock at all, you didn’t need a key to get in. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to get us a different room.

The staff is 5 star but the hotel is not. Although this property has been renovated, the workmanship is poor and the property has not been maintained. The elevator pitched and stopped hard on the ground floor. Freeway noise was hard to sleep through.

Overall experience was good. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool is heated and open 24hrs.

I’m very specific on what hotel to choose when I go somewhere. I want an indoor hot tub, free breakfast, and free parking. I read the reviews and LOOK AT THE PICTURES. It can take me hours to choose one. I can no longer look at the PICTURES. Imagine my disappointment when we got to the hotel and the first thing I ask is if the HOT TUB is hot(I’ve read reviews where some have not been hot)and I’m told that there is NO HOT TUB. Then why is there pictures of the hot tub, I said? I was told that a customer posted those and that the company has NO control over the websites and that the pictures can’t be removed. I don’t think it works like that but whatever. Other than the false advertising about the hot tub, there was very little hot water to be had. I had to run the hot water straight for 3-5mins just to get it warm enough for a shower and it never got hot when I had the knob turned all the way around to hot. I’m disappointed. I should’ve stayed at StayBridge nextdoor. And now I’m going to have to call to make sure any hotel I’m looking at actually has what to shows online.

I liked that the pool is open 24 hours.

Someone pulled the top floor buttons out of the elevator you had to use the stairs and carry everything down and up they couldn’t get it fixed and it only had the one single elevator.

It was a great stay very clean and great free breakfast. However the indoor pool was very cold and we asked twice for the temperature ty he made warm and it wasn't. Very upset we couldn't use it.

It wasn’t a bad stay only issues we had was one the Elevator had a very hard stop to the main lobby floor and two the carpet in the hallway smelled bad like mildew and lastly the ice machine was not working on the our floor. But rooms where clean location was good and around food.

Its in an area with several food options. The rooms and hotel in general was clean. I enjoyed the indoor pool as well.

very very noisy inside hotel. Kids and grown ups yelling and fighting during night into morning hours. Dogs barking inside hotel all night. Lots of rift raft going on. Shabby old towels with stains on them. A Broken toilet. Showers was horrible. Definitely will not be back to this hotel. A hard pass!!!

Easy check in. When we turned back the sheets and flipped over the pillows, there was blood splatter on pillow cases and sheets (thought it was dried blood). When we took off the sheets and pillow cases there was blood spots in the same place as on the sheets and pillow case. THEY DID NOT Change the bedding since the last occupants!

Great clean room always a solid choice

I waited to post this review because I was told the manager was going to reach out. That hasn’t happened so I’m going ahead with my review. When we first got there, I was greeted by an employee who seemed like being there was the last place she wanted to be. After a few attempts at small talk, I was met with nothing but coldness. Which, fine. Not everyone is up for that. The room wasn’t bad, we didn’t even stay long when we first got there due to our plans. Night came and we got into bed the mattress was not very comfortable. Again, nothing is going to be like home so moving on. Morning came and the breakfast was nothing to brag about but it was offered and others seemed to enjoy so again moving on. I am getting ready to leave and I wanted to shower before I left, mind you the shower towels are small and thin. I’m almost certain the bath mat for the floor is almost the same size as the shower towel. The edges of the bath towels are all frayed and worn. Now for the WORST part, I step in the shower and the only thing I have touched is the faucets to turn on the actual shower. I haven’t even begun to wash myself or anything. There are soap bottles with pumps attached to the shower wall, I wet my hands and went to pump soap when I felt something odd, only to look at my hand and SEE MY FINGERS COVERED IN PUBIC HAIR!!!! I was so extremely disgusted. Especially considering that I know for a FACT that it didn’t come from me. Only makes me wonder now what else hadn’t been cleaned.

It was ok, could be cleaner. Pull out bed was dirty.

As soon as we walked into the room we saw a dead roach and were immediately feeling uncomfortable to stay there. I let the staff know and they moved me to a different room which I inspected before staying the night.

This was a great place to stay with friendly staff and a great hot breakfast. The only problem was we could hear the highway traffic in our room, but it wasn't super loud, just noticeable.

the breakfast was really good. The hotel room was clean when we arrived. They have a washer and dryer you can use for free. The only thing was that the refrigerator was not working.

There was no refrigerator which was promised so that was a disappointment

Our first room had an issue with the water to the toilet. There was none, not even when I turned on the water valve. We had to change rooms.

Will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we're in the Ft. Worth-Fossil Creek area. This hotel was conveniently located, the room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren't so comfortable for my taste.

We stayed there for 3 days for a gym astics competition. The room Was very large and clean. The coffee pot takes K-cups. Even though our hotel was right off the freeway, it was very quiet. You could barely hear the traffic. The pool was super warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent! It included biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, two different kinds of sausage and an array of other items. I would definitely stay there again!

I loved the room and the complimentary breakfast. When I checked in the front desk associate was not great or helpful.

I am not one to write a review, and especially a lengthy one, so believe me when I relate the details to you to be my very honest opinion!!! My family and I booked this hotel, because of its convenient location near the places that we wanted to visit during our stay in Fort Worth. I booked through Travelocity, for a better rate of course, to which I was very pleased with the price and ease of booking this hotel. After a nerve wracking experience on the expressway /freeway, we arrived safely at the hotel. Upon checking in, we were greeted by a young lady named Diana, who made checking in a breeze!! Our rooms were very clean, but I’ll admit that the rooms could use a little updating. The amenities were nice and easily accessible. My family was very pleased with the breakfast bar, the beds and endless supply of towels!! We traveled with two small dogs, so the accommodations for them was a plus!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel didn’t smell like a kennel, but maybe I’m just nose blinded from being around dogs!!! Alicia, the clerk that checked us out of the hotel, was just as friendly and helpful as Diana, which completed our enjoyable visit to Fort Worth. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this hotel on your next visit there!!!

It was close to Billy Bobs were we went to a concert. For people with kids McDonalds next door.

Indoor pool was decent enough for a young child to play in. Conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and freeway access. Cons: the room had a faint pet odor, like a dog had been in the room prior, and the beds weren't very comfortable.

I like that the hotel was close to restaurants. We did not have a car, so it was nice to be able to walk to places.
